Tory Harvey stuck with me from start to finish. From the minute I said I was interested in buying a hot tub clear through installation! He showed me many hot tubs and was patient and very informative about all of them. Never once did I feel like I was getting the “car salesman “ experience! He delivered the hot tub himself and set it up leaving me his cell number in case I had questions on chemicals and care! What great experience!!! They communicated with me and listened to my needs and responded in a reasonable amount time, treated me with respect like I spent big bucks even though hot tub I bought was the Inexpensive smallest little hot tubs they had. Mike Lender at the Twin Falls store was great . He ( Mike) and the stuff answered many question and giving great advice and support. Refreshing in today world. Because I live in Salmon Id I pick up my tub. My trailer needed a thing remove and their employees came out and help with no questions asked with a great attitude. As far as a Hot Spring hot tub this is our 2nd one the 1st one last a long time and I move, cant tell long it did last. And my friends that has a Hot Spring hot tub working great with no problems he like he also . I would give Hot Springs hot tubs of number 5 rating. I have owned more than 10 spas over the past 35 years, and I have never had a worse experience than I did today at the store on Eagle Rd. The person in the store refused to sell me hot tub chemicals without demanding my personal information. I can’t imagine how this place does any business.

They were attentive from the moment we walked in the door. They showed us what we wanted to see and did not try to push anything else on us. They relocated to a building behind the one on the main street.

The crew at Snake River were fabulous to work with. They took away our old spa and installed the new one very efficiently. The lights on the inside and outside are beautiful and the jets are magic! We’ve had a long time relationship with spas and Snake River Pool and Spa. Through the years Steve started his day with a lengthy soak to get his body limbered and ready for the day. He also thought through issues in that early morning solitude. Health problems eventually dictated an end to those relaxing times. I contacted Snake River Spa questioning whether relocating the spa to our son would be reasonable given it’s age and because it would be moved. They assured me there was no reason to not consider the move. Technicians came and took the spa to their Twin Falls location for a thorough maintenance check, then made arrangements to relocate it to our son and his family. Sierra was my go to girl, answering questions and responding to concerns. Staff members kept me informed with recommendations to improve the spas function, progress updates and delivery plans. My son and his family are now experiencing the rewards of having a spa. Thanks again to the friendly and efficient staff of Snake River Pool and Spa.

Purchased our first spa in February.Mike and the team were so helpful and very informative on what would fit our needs the best. We recently purchased an Endless pool swim spa from Snake River Pool and Spa and couldn’t be happier. They accommodated our budget and time frame and kept in constant communication. We had custom needs because of how we were placing the spa, and they were always gracious in accommodating our measurement requests, etc. I also have sensitive skin so I wasn’t sure which water plan to go with, Beau had me come test one he recommended and I haven’t had any issues at all! 🙌 We are definitely glad we kept our business local!

I decided on a hot tub after experiencing the ease of maintenance of salt water spas last winter. Hot Springs Spas has the system and that is what Snake River handles, along with others. Mike was the first person I met and he answered all my questions the first time, then when I thought of more, he answered those on my second visit. When I decided on a model, he reviewed everything again so I had a very good idea of how to take care of the spa. (it is not a nickel and dime purchase.) When it was delivered and set up at my home, the installer really knew his stuff and went over everything while it was filling. So far, I am very happy with my decision and do enjoy the spa every evening. Looks good and feels good, whats not to like.

We bought our spa with the help of Lynnette. She made it easy to understand how to care for our spa from the start. After meeting us after business hours one time to provide us with the circuit box we needed, we were sold!

We bought a spa about a month ago from this Twin Falls location and when we first bought it, Mike was so helpful with his communication on how to initially set up the chemicals. We had some remote issues and Mike showed a great sense of urgency to get us taken care of quickly. He drove to Rupert to replace the remote and spent an hour and a half going over all the features of the spa with us and best chemicals, how and when to use them. We’re very pleased with the standard of customer service this company instills in their employees and their product! We will always recommend to friends and family!

I like the idea of a topnotch pool and spa company right in my backyard. They seem to have all the supplies we need to keep our spa running great!

We are first time hot tub owners and our experience with Snake River Pool and Spa in Twin has been great! We had some initial issues getting the water chemistry correct but Lynette and JJ were very helpful in getting the issue solved. If I could make one suggestion to the team it would be to spend some additional time giving instructions at delivery especially to first time hot tub owners on water chemistry. The test strips don’t tell the entire story especially with a salt water system. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking at purchasing a hot tub.

Bought the Beam Hot tub on a Wednesday and was able to travel on Friday and pick it up! Super efficient and friendly service. Completely ready for me to sign the paperwork and get me loaded as soon as I pulled in. James at the twin falls location was an excellent salesman to work with.

I stopped in real quick to see what pool cues they had in stock. Mike greeted me right away and took me right to the billiards Cues and accessories. They had a good selection of cues and Mike was very helpfully and knowledgeable. I’ve been really happy with the cues and I’ll be going back to SRP&S because of the great customer service.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had in making a purchase. Greg and his install crew were so great to work with. Mike at the Twin Falls store is incrediblyknowledgeable and friendly beyond belief you will not feel pressured but you will walk away feeling educated with your decision. He showed us around the store explain products to us and helped us feel like we were making an informed decision. My wife and were looking for a pool table and went to Snake River Pool and Spa. We found the perfect Brunswick table for our game room. A few days later we went back and looked a spas. We also found the perfect Hot Springs spa. A week or so later they delivered both the hot tub and the pool table. The technicians set the spa up first then made all the connections. While the spa was filling with water, they set up the pool table. The table was set up perfect, level and clean. They showed us all of the features and answered all our questions. We then went back to the now full spa. They turned on the power and the spa started to heat. They demonstrated all of the functions, reviewed the owners manual with us and answered any questions we had. Later we sat in the new spa then played pool till 3 in the morning. This was not our first hot tub but bar far the most professional team my wife and I had ever experienced. Every thing WORKED. Highly recommend this store and its team. I was telling Paul at Snake River Pool and Spa how I havent needed to go to the chiropractor after buying my Hot Springs Spa two years ago. I work in concrete and used to spend about $1500 a year on adjustments. Now, I spend 20 minutes twice a day in the spa relaxing and stretching my muscles. I call it farm boy yoga. My boyfriend, Pat and I decided to purchase a hot tub in late summer 2015, we looked at several different kinds, brands, and sizes. We mainly wanted to get one that would help us as we both have on going back problems. We Met Beau Burk at the Twin Falls County Fair, he showed us several different sizes and specifically tubs that catered to our needs, He was very professional yet personable. We purchased our hot tub in October and we Love it. It was delivered and they coordinated the delivery with the electrician so it all went smoothly. Beau even came to our home when we had some questions about the chemicals and showed us what we need to do. We have wanted to purchase a Hot tub for many years and we are so happy with the experience we had and would recommend Snake River Pool & Spa to anytime. We use every morning and most evenings, couldnt be happier.

Snake River Pool and Spa really went above and beyond for me and my family. We had a spa that cracked. Factory defect which from time-to-time happens to every manufacture. Instead of a cracked tub that couldnt be completely fixed they worked with the manufacture and delivered us a brand new tub yesterday at no cost. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks for taking care of us and I certainly appreciate the great care we received.

Great working w/ Mike Lenker, very knowledgable about the products and prompt in responding to questions in person or via email/text. The 2019 platinum hot tub was better than expected. The lights are truly unbelievable at night time! We were also very impressed with the installation guys navigating that huge tub around the back yard through trees/bushes w/o wrecking anything. Highly recommended overall and we will continue to purchase products at this store.
