Great service!

I took my I/O for impeller, bellows, yoke and gimbal bearing replacement as a normal maintenance routine. So, I thank them for doing the work. When I went to pick up my boat I notice they had dragged my trailer electrical plug all over the gravel parking lot. Then when I got home, I notice greasy hand prints on my white upholstery, thats two strikes. Now for the kicker and final blow, I notice that my lower unit was leaking oil by the puddle tell tale sign on the drive way. I moved the boat to a different location and got another puddle. I got to investigate and lower unit fill plug WAS LOOSE !! I COULD TURN IT WITH MY FINGER !! That was really shady.

Century Motorsports was absolutely horrible. I took my pretty yellow boat in for an estimate/quote to get it up and running again. Originally, they said, We will take a look at it either tonight or tomorrow. For an entire week I waited as they continued to say this each time I called in. It was extremely unprofessional for them to continue to tell me they would have it done the next day over and over. After finally giving me the information that the engine block and manifold were cracked (which I am not sure is true), they charged me $110. They were not up front about the boat labor cost that would be charged for the estimate. The invoice did not clarify how much time was spent for the so called labor charge or what was even broke. We asked for them to look at the dash which they did not, along with other things that we asked to be looked at.

3 star at best. They close at 6. I get there at 430 and I am told they are leaving in 10 minutes. I drove 3 hours to buy a boat. Was also told they werent open on Saturday bit what I see is Saturday hours are 10-2. Happy to get what I came for unhappy with the customer service.

They told us they were going to quote the boat the next day and here we are 3 weeks later and nothing we called and we showed up and ask and all they say is we will look at it this week or your next in line we will look at it tomorrow

Bought a boat and motor from them. We tested the motor in their pit prior to purchase. Motor idled fine. Took it on the water here in MT...just enough power to get boat on plane with one person (16 boat with 80 hp motor). Took boat and motor into mechanic here in MT. Mechanic said one cylinder had low compression and was scored. He showed me scoring with camera. Called them and they said they couldnt help me out because the mechanic may have done this. Make sure you take used and new boats for test rides with them before purchasing...and dont expect them to help you out with your motor down the road. Now that I look back on it it seemed like one of the mechanics had something to hide or say.

Poor service from a business, holey cow! Do business like that. Called to order parts from them. I get l ll call you back. When? Next week, next month, maybe this year. Customers beware, shady outfit!!!!

Wouldnt take anything there had a side by side they put a new motor in and they left a part off on the air filter box so when we went to service it the air intake was full of dirt.
