A better time could not have been had anywhere than was had at the Barnes & Noble here today by myself and a dear friend as we perused the books in self improvement, transformation and encouragement; lots of belly laughs, tears, hyperventilating and possibly the almost peeing of pants all were experienced. Best and most needed afternoon ever. The only thing that would have made it better would be comfortable seating, or any seating other than the floor, for that matter, but the floor was good enough.

Wonderful place for a journal. Great escape for an hour or more...

Nice to see a bookshop still open! Sadly, they have eliminated their customer service desk, but the selection is still excellent.Nice coffee shop too.

Barnes and Nobles is a place I don’t feel I visit as much as should. I tend to think that bookstores and libraries are actually my second home. More specifically speaking, I love the variety of the stock that out local B&N carries. With the coffee shop right there, it makes the place be very light, relaxed and comfortable.

Barnes & Noble has kind of become a staple of twin falls at this point. Ive spent many hours walking around, and sampling all the books. They always have what I need, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I love the fact that Barnes & Noble has their discount book sections! Ive always been able to find interesting, inexpensive books. I was able to buy four awesome books on anatomy for about $40!

Great store, Barnes and noble is one of the best chain bookstores. Keep an eye on prices on their website, if they have it lower on the site than the store, they will swap the prices. Clean and well organized.

I may be biased, but I love this place! I’m one of those people who LOVE reading, so I could live here and be perfectly happy for the rest of my life. There a TON of books in every genre and age range, and the books are pretty cheap! They have a little cafe with delicious scones and treats and coffee and water. This place is by far, my favorite place to go while I’m in Twin!

They had the books that I wanted. I came a little late so I was forced out after about 15 minutes of browsing... Greg

Very helpful staff. They researched the book I wanted, ordered it and had it mailed to my address. It arrived very promptly. Love the coffee area. Again very nice and helpful service.

Its a bookstore... Remember them? There is something about holding a book in my hands while I read it. Not a screen, just paper pages to turn and stories to enjoy. All the employees that work here are great, special and very nice.

Stopped for coffee and enjoyed book heaven

For a place that sells those rectangular things with paper pages and a lot of words, oftentimes containing stories printed on them (books, are they called?)… this place is as good as they come. It provides hours of electronics-free entertainment for the whole family every time we go.

I shop here to buy my manga and comic books. Ill be honest, a lot of the times they are out of the specific volume I need. But the employees always offer to search for it online, and do their best to figure out how to get me, what it is I want.

My favorite place to come and hang out when I need a quiet place to read or study. Their cafe has super customer service and their food is great and the coffee is wonderful!

I only gave them 1 star bc I cant give them negative stars. We normally enjoy shopping at Barnes and Noble. But we will NEVER return to the Twin Falls location. Most of the employees were great. But one very pregnant employee gave the absolute WORST customer service ever!! I left the store fighting tears. I have never felt so uncomfortable & unwelcome in my life. I couldnt leave fast enough! I dont care if she was having a bad day or fighting with her boyfriend. You DONT treat people the way she treated us. Last time I checked, customer service mattered at Barnes and Noble.. Apparently not anymore! Ill happily take my business and money elsewhere!We went in on 8/4 at approx 3p. If my employees were to treat clients the way she treated us, I WOULD FIRE THEM ON THE SPOT!

Just even going for the nostalgia and to walk around looking at the books is a pleasure. The prices are higher than you could find at other places, but that is the premium you pay for supporting a rare find such as a bookstore.

Always has a great selection of the newest titles and great place for puzzles and games. Staff is super friendly and eager to help you find that special book or game.

Barnes & Noble is the best place. The temperature is always perfect, the musak is subtle, and the air even has certain pleasant neutralness to it. I would like to nap there.And books. Books are nice. Especially when there are nice people to sell you nice books.

Very strict on mask. That could be wonderful for some but awful for others. Really disappointed in their children read a long selection. They used to have a wonderful selection, but not anymore.

Just like this store, it has so many types of books and magazines that time just flies... we bought books for the kids and the staff was very friendly. theres also a cozy coffee shop inside the store, highly recommend.

It was a nice quiet atmosphere. Had a cup of coffee from there small coffee shop and had a pleasant time conversing with friends.They have a good selection and great staff. Book stores are always a great place to relax.

Always a great place to visit. Have a wide variety of good reads. Only reason I didnt give a five star is they never have a complete series to purchase. Can always find the first book but occasionally not the next few in the genres I like to read

Lovely bookstore in the heart of Twin Falls! I hope more people in the community use this place as a center for gathering, sharing ideas, and expanding the mind! To keep us inspired, theres even a lovely little cafe with grand imagery of historical figures in humanity.

They talked me into buying a membership because I would get free shipping then they tried to charge me shipping for each magazine and book and said the rules have changed . I send books and magazines out quite often and each time I ask when my items will be shipped its a completely different period of time. This is only in Twin Falls. Every other Barnes & Noble is the same day or next day. The management is not very knowledgeable at this location and its unfortunate that I would have to make a 4 hour round trip to deal with another location.

I absolutely love going to Barnes and Noble. There are so many books that catch my eye, mostly when I search for the book or author I love. Thats the best part of it for me; unexpected surprises that introduce me to new authors and new genres to read

I love this store, but I dont love the prices. I was able to save so much by ordering the books I wanted from elsewhere. My son loves there kid section and was able to find many books that he was interested in.

We love Barnes and Noble! Every time we stay in Twin, we stop here to buy books and have a drink in the cafe. The staff are always super nice and helpful. We will always be back!

Super helpful staff, love this place!

Ive been to this B&N many times and Ive always enjoyed my visit. Im more of a Funko collector than reader, so I cant particularly comment on their book selection. This location does have friendly employees and often a clearance rack which contains some pretty good deals. The atmosphere itself is great, and its nice to just walk around to see if something catches your eye.
