Garret is our delivery guy and he is great. He doesnt just pop in and drop off the water, he checks in with us to make sure we are happy, and asks if there is anything else he can help us with. We didnt even know they offered Apple Cider, Tea, Coffee, and more. We are going to be trying all of it now! Dont move him to another route, or we just might consider another company :)

When we moved into our new office there wasnt any avaiable drinking water. We saw their product at Atkinsons in Ketchum and thought we would try it. The water tastes great and the service is very responsive! Garret brings our water in every week and changes the bottles for us, we really appreciate it!

In the beginning, the service was exceptional and the communication was good. As time went on this all changed. Without any communication, this company changed its delivery day to Thursday. As we are never open on Thursday, they were unable to deliver the needed water to our facility. As a result, we ran out of water, they were not flexible and requested that someone be at the Facility on Thursdays to receive shipment of their water. Finding this completely unreasonable, I cancelled our delivery service. It is now over two weeks later and they have not picked up their equipment and are threatening to charge $371 for each additional month their equipment is in my facility. This feels like a SCAM. Be careful when you deal with this company. You may ended up with more than you bargained for.
