Good tires and service. The price was a little above average and there were no discounts given even with how expensive tires I bought. I found comparable tires that were michelins from a different place for about $300 less. Their service is what makes them stand out. If you need to save money you may want to go to a discount tire store.

Had a low tire pressure light go on. I expressed my concern about a nail in the tire. They only put more air in the tire. This concerns me as I drive to Boise often(111 mi). Sure hope Im safe. Ive had to many car accidents already.

Normally we are die hard Les Schwab people. The location in Twin Falls, Idaho on Blue Lakes Blvd not so much. During vacation we got a flat tire on the highway about 17 miles outside of Twin Falls and my husband threw on the spare and we limped it into this location. They told us about 45 minutes for repairs and we sat for almost 90 minutes watching as half a dozen vehicles pulled in after us and got serviced while we still waited. They didn’t even try to pull it in and get it repaired until we went up and complained. The tire was non repairable but thankfully the tires I bought were still under warranty and they had one in stock. So there was no charges. They also replaced the spare tire and jack in the storage area for us. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. Even though this location initially disappointed us, the overall warranty of the Les Schwab company and our prior experiences at home still make it a company worth sticking with.
Very busy. Took over 1 1/2hrs of waiting even after visiting in the morning, told to come back later and my order would already be in line so the wait would not be so long. said I be back at 1pm. Told that would be fine. Still had long wait. People friendly, great service, good price.
When I asked why they chose a more expensive tire, I was given an attitude.
Needed new tires for my car (one had a nail in it and they were getting pretty well worn anyway so it was just time for new ones) and these guys helped me well enough. They seemed pretty busy so had to wait a couple of hours but once my car was in it was in and out no problem.
Very good. I have never been turned away if I came by later in the day and my issues seemed a priority to be taken care of. I also have not felt like I was paying for anything I didnt legitimately need. I feel I can trust the service they give..a big deal for me!
It was fairly busy but to be expected this time of year. Very hospitable and have your best interests in mind. I was informed that it was free to plug a tire but after paying the 20 dollars I was informed that only applies if you purchased the tires from them. I cant really complain though.
The workers at the store in Twin Falls were very friendly! This is the location on Blue lakes in Twin falls. They took two screws out of one tire and one screw out of another tire of mine for free! Amazing!

Fantastic shop I was on the road and had multiple tire failures with a trailer that has a hard to find tire. I needed 7 of them that were scattered across stores. They were able to bring then together quickly and make the repairs plus take care of some rim issues that I was having.Id like to thank the technicians 4 helping with my emergency.I miss the popcorn!

Dropped my car off at 12 pm and was told it would be ready by 3:15 pm. Awesome! I understood that it was busy so 3 hours wasn’t bad. Fast forward to 3 pm and I hadn’t received a call saying my car was done so I decided to call and found out that there were 3 cars ahead of me which was agitating to say the least but it was fine. Finally, around 5 I walk down to the store and wait for an hour. Got my car right before closing. Thank you Les Schwab for keeping my car for 6 hours. Super cool and speedy service.
Customer Service guy was nice. Said 2 hours for an alignment, so I had someone pick me up. Didn’t hear back after 4 hours, so went in. Car hadn’t been looked at. I get it that they’re busy but don’t quote a time if you can’t meet it. This is NOT the way to run a business. Sorry, not sorry for the poor review you deserve.
The employees here are amazing! We had a tire blowout on our trailer, and they were able to get a new tire for us so we can get back on the road. They were so helpful and Im so grateful for all they did!

Stopped in as only a second time customer . Two guys in line ahead of me. Both declined service they wrote up my ticket tell me about an hour and a half. One guy comes back that was in line in front of me and decides to do his service after me. Yet he left before me During my two hour wait. So then I ask will I be out by 2pm ( three 1/2 hrs after arriving - 1/2 after o was told I’d be done.) she said I don’t think so there are still two people ahead of you. Now I understand being busy but I don’t understand not letting people know it’s going to take 3 times as long as told. I know I was only spending $300 and this will not hurt there business. But good customer relation is the key to repeat business. Had I been told it was a 3hr or ever 4hr wait I still would have done business with you.( would have made plans to do what I needed to get done in another way) and cane back to pick my car up. But being treated like I am not of any importance to your company doesn’t make me want to return or say anything positive about this company.
We were on a trip and had bad tires, stopped at this les schwab to get tires changed, and they told us that it would be 2 hours before they could get it into the shop. when we asked about other near by places that could do it quicker, they magically could do it within 30 mins. it has now been 2 hours and they haven’t even brought the car into the shop, nor did they call to tell us we would have to wait longer. 0/5 stars but that’s not an option.
I usually go to the Les Schwab over on Pole Line and since I never had a bad experience there, and had heard good things about the one on Blue Lakes. I decided to take my car over there to have it checked out.Waited over an hour just to have my car looked at by one of their Service men. Was about to jump start my car without even looking to check to see the reason for my car not starting. (Brand new battery and it was just a loose connector.) They didnt give me quotes for the repairs that needed to be done on my car. The only thing they did was hammer out my brakes saying that there was a lot of dirt and brake dust and that they confirmed the first reason I was there in the beginning... Is indeed in need of repair.Why else would I be there!?So then they offered to fix my connectors which I agreed to. Nice of them to do that, but after all is said and done. He left black hand prints all over my WHITE car. Yeah, okay. My car looks a little rough and its not a BMW or anything fancy, but Im putting it back together and the less work I have to do to keep it in one piece is always nice.I know you have other people who have good experiences there and you have your regular customers. I will stick with the Les Schwab on Pole Line, and hope you dont make it a habit of leaving cave man paintings all over your customers cars.

Stopped in to get my tires rotated, they werent busy, then some other cars came, they were helped first instead of me, I waited an hour then the guy came out to help out, I waited 5 minutes, then he told me that I have two different size of lug nuts, he said he could get the first couple out, but then he would have to find a different socket, and hopefully not strip it out, if it stripped then he would have to drill out the stud and possibly damaging the wheel, and he didnt have time for it,How hard is it to find a socket, and rotate the wheels, and do your job right instead of declining people and making up some bs story. They were all the same size.Never had this problem before.

We had a flat that couldn’t be repaired and we barely made it to their store, 15 min before closing. They stayed late and put on all new tires for us.
We had an issue with our valve stem on one of our RV tires. When we showed up with the tire, a guy came running out to help my husband get it out of our vehicle. He fixed the problem with in minutes and even gave us a metal valve stem. When we asked where to go and pay, he told us there was no charge! I could not have been any more grateful for their help and how they took care of us.
Its a nice place to have an account with for when certain things go wrong with your car. Were paying on a battery, 2 new tires, and the CV axle for our car. Whats nice too is that our payments are affordable makes it easy for when youre preparing a monthly budget. I highly recommend going to Les Schwab for tires, batteries, and other certain car, truck, RV, and SUV things.

Amazing service. I had a blowout on my horse trailer outside of town on my way home to Arizona. I was stuck. I called Schwab and Creighton showed up. Got me back on the toad and over to the shop where a new tire was mounted and I was ready to go in unbelievably fast and efficient order. He gave me good advice and explained my options without trying to sell me something I did not need. Wish they had these stores in Arizona.
On my way to Sun Valley Idaho from out of state my rear tire went flat on my almost brand new 2018 Ford truck with brand new tires on it. Air was leaking out of the tread in the middle of the tire but there was no sharp object in it. I put the spare on and stopped at this Les Schwab location because I thought they were a good choice. I arrived first thing, at 8:30am on Nov. 2, 2019 to get my flat tire fixed. Thought it would be a quick and inexpensive stop. Two hours later they said it was irreparable and suggested I buy four new tires for $1250.00. I was shocked at the slow service and attempt to up sell me. I drove the rest of the trip on my spare and got the tire replaced for free at the Ford dealership.

On vacation our tire blew on the RV were were pulling. Les Schwab had it quickly fixed and on our way. While we waited they provided free popcorn. A $20 bill accidentally fell out of my pocket while I was waiting. The staff there were able to track down that it must have belonged to me and actually mailed it back to me. This Les Schwab has very poor customer service! They messed up my tires then made me wait another hour to fix their mistake. They are also rude to patrons walking in.
Came here to get a flat fixed took over 45 minutes for them to even look at it. Then another 45 minutes to fix it. If they are this busy I would appreciate they would tell me so I am not wasting time here when I have things that need to be done before the day is over.

Jared was awesome! We had a tire blow out on the interstate on our work trailer. Called in the morning and he pulled strings and made sure we could walk in, and walk out with the perfect match at a great price. He even stopped to run into the waiting room and apologize for the wait.

So mad!! Dropped off lawnmower tires at 3:30 ish today they said they would call when ready. 10 minutes to 6 p.m. we go back to check, the lady at counter said they wouldnt close without giving us a call. 15 minutes to 7 PM I pull up and they are closed. The guy behind the counter took off as soon as he sees us pull up. Now I have to take a day off work and a 40 mile round trip to go get them tomorrow!! Im steaming right now!
I would never recommend thia this particular store the one in Jerome is better. I would rather give them no stars. I called this place on way on a tight schedule to get to work on my first day of the job because my tire showed low and asked them if they could take me up the road about a half mile to work so I would be there in time if I dropped it off. They said Oh yea we always provide those services. I only had 10 mins to to get to work they took up almost all of that checking me in .. Then when I got there they told me they couldnt come get me and I had NO time to go over this. It was my FIRST day I couldnt be late. They said they would leave my vehicle OUT FRONT with the keys in it. Since my duaghter was still at her job I had no ride after work I had to WALK a half mile with a spinal condition that I am having surgery for soon then when I got there my car was NOT out front it was in the Back OPEN with NO KEYS in it. So since I live in another town quite a few miles away I had to call and pay for someone to come get me and take me home. Normally every morning I am UP and at my daughters house at 6 am to help get the kids off to school and day care. I told them about it I believe it was Jared said he was sorry with NO offer of any trying to make it up to me maybe by having great customer sevice skills??? Gift card oil change maybe brake or rotor check for future NO... NOTHING! So I called the corporation and the first man I spoke with promised to call me back with an answer as to what they would be doing to compensate me for the time, the cold weather I walked in with hurt me badly for the next days work which has landed in so much pain I can barely walk even today. I HEAED NOTHING ALL DAY.. So I called again and the 2nd man I talked to at corp also said he would communicate with Jared at the store and see what they could do but he would or Jare would Definitely be calling me back from the store ASAP. It wasnt about a store Credit for future services and definitely not at that store! I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 18 YEARS.. It WAS about the WAY they treat their Customers!The next day Thank God when my daughter took me later that evening the keys were in it Thank God still sitting OUT BACK. Because I help shuffel kids in the mornings at 6 am to school while she gets to her clinicals for college to get her get degree and it takes BOTH Cars. This also caused her a major hassle she had to come get me 15 miles away early with the 3 kids then I had to drop her off and take the kids and then run to 3 Dr. Appts I had scheduled then back to my home to get ready for work and then she had to take me back to get my car thank GOD the keys were in it and it was STILL sitting in the Back not the front like they professed. Like I said I would not take my vehicle back to THAT store most Les Swab places are better than this. But I would have taken it back to a different one. Not now! Since I see how they DONT care about their Customers.
Went yesterday to get a flat tire fixed (I was driving on the spare). They were fast and professional - and when I asked how much it was they said, just remember us when you need work done in the future! I certainly will!
I was traveling from Utah to Seattle and was having steering component problems and I went into this location to get it solved and seeing if I could continue on the trip. They did an alignment and balance of my tires and told me what the problem was. Even though I didnt fix the problem there (continued traveling to Seattle and got the problem fixed at the Ballard location of Les Schwab) they informed me that it was safe to travel on and gave me a quote that transferring nicely to the other location. The lady at the front desk was probably the most helpful car shop person I have ever dealt with. If you are having problems, go here for quality service.

I always have the best service at 421 Blue Lakes BLVD. If you need your air checked, or a tire fixed, this tire crew has your back. Ask for Jared, Jim, Dave, or any of the guys working, and you will receive great service knowing your vehicle is being handled as if they were working on their own.
Right now the place is under construction; but that did not stop them from greeting us with smile and giving prompt service. Amazing job! Amazing service!
We of Les Schwab however today was a little bit of an embarrassment. Upon leaving my wife went to pay the bill with the service writer at the counter and service writer told her that her card was declined. Although she couldnt believe it she agreed to go get the money out of the bank and come back only to find out that she did have the money in the bank and the service writer was wrong and didnt take the time to run the card again properly. Instead my wife had to run across town to get money out of the bank during rush hour traffic. When she returned and told the service writer that he had been wrong he said perhaps maybe he had run the card wrong. No apology nothing just sheer embarrassment for myself and my wife. We will continue to go to Les Schwab because they do have the best service. Just hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

We will NEVER be returning to this location again. First of all, we made an appointment about 2 months ago to come in and get our Jeep checked out, we came in and someone said they would be with us when they could, an HOUR after our scheduled appointment someone finally asks us if we’ve been helped, when they check out our Jeep they said they needed two front tire rods, They gave us a quote and I said I’d check back in once I knew I could pay for it, an hour later once I confirmed my finances I called and we tried to set up an appointment with them. A week or two later I get a call telling me they don’t know the exact part and to bring it in again to check, surprisingly they got it on right when I got there and said that since it’s aftermarket suspension they need to check around for the part. Understandable. I had gotten a new phone in the next couple weeks and called to check in with my new number and the status of the tire rods, the guy said he’s take down my new number and have them call me back. Two weeks go by...nothing. I call and ask what’s going on and someone told me they had the parts in stock and that they didn’t have my new number on record, I ask them to update it (again) and they guy said he updated it and we set up an appointment for 11 today, I come in at 11:08, I called them at 10:50 letting them know I had to jump it and I would be a tad late since the Jeep has just been sitting there, Once I get there I had to call and I get someone to come to the front desk, I told him I have an appointment at 11 and he looked at me confused, we try to look up the appointment with my new number and it’s not there at all...so every time I was told my information was updated, it wasn’t. So they blatantly lied to me there. We look up my old number and there is the quote (no appointments scheduled though) so he tries telling me it was scheduled for 12, a lie but whatever I just want my Jeep fixed at this point, I had also asked him if i should keep it running or not and let him know that the battery is very low and hasn’t been driven around long enough to build a charge back, he said it was fine and they could jump it no problem. He said it’ll take a couple hours so we go out for coffee, about a half hour later I get a call from someone named Jeff asking if they need to install a new battery, sounding quite annoyed. I told him that we were told that wouldn’t be a problem, he sounds annoyed with me and I explain my situation and how this is 2 months in the making and he didn’t seem to care at all. Once we ended the conversation we walk back to les schwab, my Jeep is still sitting in the parking lot untouched, so I wait at the front desk to ask what is going on, Jeff approaches me red in the face and looks like he wants nothing to do with me like I am a huge inconvenience to him. He sais they are busy and can’t get to it yet, and also proceeds to tell me they don’t even have the parts. I think okay what? I ask him why they would tell me they did and why I had set up an appointment if they didn’t even have the parts? He said he couldn’t answer that and that the guy I spoke to is out of town, Wich I don’t understand why they didn’t communicate to each other if I had set up an appointment and I’ve been trying to resolve this for 2 months, why does only one person know what is going on? Extremely disorganized, i said I’d give it another hour and I’m going somewhere else. He showed no concern whatsoever. After that I had enough, we called a cab, got our truck, and asked for my keys back, and told Jeff I diddnt appreciate the way he handled the situation and they way he treated me, it’s been 2 months!!! He said I thought we had another hour? I said my appointment was at 11 and that I’m done!!! We jumped the Jeep in less than 5 minutes and drove off, I don’t understand why he treated me like it was such a hassle? I understand they get busy, but again, 2 months and they did NOTHING to my Jeep. Again, will never return to this location.

Liars and Crooks! I took it here to get new tires, which they did. It was a little more expensive than I thought, but what happened next, shocked me. They came and claimed that I needed new shocks, struts, and breaks. This was a recently bought car, there was no way it needed that, but they had all the paperwork made up and ready. It would have cost over $500. I told them heck no, and took it to my mechanic, who was more than baffled by their claims. To this day, I still havent needed breaks, struts, or shocks, but I get angry knowing that they tried to convince me to get work that I just didnt need.
Reasonablly priced. I needed tires for a boat trailer in a day and they got it done. It seems their might be a communication hurdle between the front desk and the service department, as I was originally told thered be nor problem fitting me in, but the guy doing the work was so slammed he couldnt get to my trailer for 5 hours. When I called for an update, he got right on it and got it done.
