This bridal store is the best in town! We planned a surprise dress shopping afternoon for a friend that was recently engaged. They allowed us to bring snacks, flowers and champagne with us to toast the bride to be. We rolled into the early evening and the owner even stayed late to allow our GF plenty of time. She felt like a Queen!

Such a great experience today! Went in to see about making an appointment (or just browsing if I could) after being snubbed by Christa’s Dress Shoppe, and received remarkable service. The gal at the front desk told me she had an appointment get cancelled so she had some free time and was happy to help me look around and find dresses to try on. She could’ve just as easily have told me to make an appointment and used that time to catch up on extra work. I will definitely be back to purchase my dress here.

Great options and serves, I have gone their many times and when I went to my concerts the audience and other musicians had given me many compliments on my attire. Would recommend to anyone who needs a suit or dress just make sure you know when you need it.

I stopped in with a dear friend who was visiting from Florida with plans for a wedding in the fall of this year but wanted to try on dresses with her Mom and Nana who also live near Twin Falls, ID. My original thought when she texted this adventure to me was to take them to Boise for more choices but because her visit was short and she was also bringing her 1 year old daughter we decided we would make due in Twin Falls! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS CHOICE!! We stopped in within a a half hour of opening and were treated to our own episode of Say Yes to the Dress the staff was excited and very helpful not to mention very patience with the little one. Although she never planned on a purchase only wanted the experience to share with us, the staff did not hesitate to make us all feel welcome knowing this. After a lot of options and almost 2 hours, the dress that was the most beautiful and brought tears to everyone including the bride- to- be, was also the most affordable, in conclusion She said YES at LaNeige Bridal & Tuxedo!! and is flying home to Florida with a beautiful wedding dress and memories that will certainly last a life time for us all.

She did such an amazing job! I felt so helped and she figured out what I wanted before I wanted it! I will definitely recommend because she was amazing! She was so sweet and laughed with us and made helpful suggestions!

Excellent service! My daughter had already had a dress she bought elsewhere but felt that maybe she might have been hasty in purchasing it. The lady at LaNeige warmly greeted us, let us try on dresses to see if we liked something better but told us to bring in our original dress too. After unsuccessfully trying on several dresses in the shop the veteran bridal worker motioned that it was time to try on our original dress again. Voila! Like magic, it was just what my daughter wanted all along. I guess having seen other options she was able to put the matter to rest. We were so pleased by our experience we decided to buy our veil there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Loved this place people are very friendly and always happy to help, there dress selection is pretty good. I chose them for my wedding dress and suits. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great service! I have been here with my daughter looking for formal dresses and both time, we have been given many options and time. Though we have not yet found the dress here, we will for sure be coming back nest time.

Emily was awesome. The suit fit like it was supposed too. Only complaint would be how worn out the shoes were. They definitely need retired and taken out of the rental fleet lol. Great service and great value, would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we had an awful experience. We had 9 tuxes and 3 ended up fitting ok. My sons ties came in the wrong style/color. We had horrible fittings on 6 tuxes, even after having them fixed. Fortunately the wedding was still perfect, but i will never do business or refer.

I would highly recommend Laneige Bridal & Tuxedo. Even though I did not find the perfect wedding dress at Laneige, I had a wonderful experience there. They are very helpful and patient. They were not rude or pushy. It was very refreshing & want to say thank you to the staff there for the great experience.

After how my girlfriend was treated at this place well never go back. She was trying on dresses for our wedding and the girl that worked there was rude and made her cry during the fitting. My girlfriend is still crying here at home after what was said to her here. I hope no one has to go through what she went through here at this horrible place.

If a bride comes in to find a dress she should be treated like a princess and she should leave feeling like a princess excited about her wedding dress. Not completely torn down and leave crying.
