I made an appointment with their competitors across the street first. I drove all the way from Burley just to be treated like a leper because I didnt arrive with a mask. I cant wear one and yes I have physician documentation of that and masks arent required here anyway. I left that office and called these guys and had an appointment the next day. I walked out with two pair of glasses and a smile all in under two hours. Thats including time for an eye exam, picking frames and picking up finished glasses. Time and money well spent!

I Absolutely Love Eyemart Express. I get my eyes checked in the back by Eye Pros and the I can go out front and get glasses. I can get them in under an hour. The people who work there are the best at what they do and they seem to care about you.

My husband and I went in for our first exams in many years. And they were very good. Very up front. We were very happy with how helpful and friendly they were. And very gentle with me needing glasses for the first time and very sensitive with how nervous i felt. I would definitely recommend going their of your looking for quality care.

Plus she filled out the appropriate papers for my insurance to mail in. I requested her when I went in to be fitted for my glasses and she explained in detail what I will experience with my progressive lenses. Was greeted as we walked in the door and asked what I needed or if I had an appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was told my glasses would be ready in 1 hour and they were ready in 29 minutes I was so surprised and happy because I was just in town on vacation and was leaving that afternoon. The girls in the office were amazing, and helped me decide what glasses I should choose. Which it was hard because I liked 6 different pairs of glasses. Everyone from the eye exam to picking out frames is so nice. Picked out a frame and they even found me extra discounts. Left and went across the street. Literally 10 minutes later I got a text my glasses were ready. Best price and best service all around.

Got my eye exam and my insurance covered it. Picked out glasses, they told me they had to wait 24 hours before they would know if they took my insurance. I had an appointment for my son the next day so I told them they could let me know then. My son had his eye exam and he picked out his frames. They said “if you pick out another pair that is under $49 it is only $10.” I said “you don’t take his insurance?” She said “no” I said well want about mine? It has been 29 hours so you should know by now” she said “what’s your name?” I gave it to her and she could not find any information. I said “you know what? My son is in tears because he thought he was getting these glasses and you can’t find my information. This is extremely unprofessional. You should have let me know before now that you did not take his insurance. I hope you didn’t bill my insurance company for mine because I am going somewhere else. Some place that will give it to me straight.” Will never go back!

The doctors and receptionists were awesome. However when I went to the glasses area there was an older lady working there that was INCREDIBLY rude to me. I have to go back to pick up my contacts but that might be the last time I go there.

Store was very busy but I was promptly attended to and my order was done well ahead of schedule.

The staff was so incredibly helpful! They helped explain my prescription because I wasnt sure how to interpret it. I got a great deal for my boyfriend and I to get two pairs of glasses. I am not giving 5 stars due to one employees actions. First, I LOVE Dr Hartwell. You can’t find any better, but we were unable to purchase glasses the day we had our exams. A few days later we happened to be in twin falls so I decided to run my child over to pick out a pair of glasses. I walked through the door and was greeted with a very rude, dark haired employee that asked us if we had an appointment. Her tone was very rude and she appeared to be annoyed that we were there without an appointment. I informed her we didn’t but he already had a pair we were probably going to buy. I assured her we would be fast and efficient. She was very unkind and VERY unaccommodating. Another sweet, light haired employee rushed over and took over the situation. We took 5 minutes picking out glasses and another 10 paying for them...therefore not being much of an unexpected nuisance. I would love to give 5 stars but being treated that way from the moment we walked through the door soured my experience. Thank you to the kind, young lady that took the reins and made me feel welcome.

Hi,my name is Guadalupe Lara.I went to Eye Mart yesterday in Twin Falls, Idaho to take my kid to his eye exam. After that I tried to buy his glasses there and this really rude lady that worked there, Genie, was assisting me but she has the worst customer service. My son was looking at which glasses he wanted and Genie said, are you ready if not I dont want you wasting my time. I sat down and gave my insurance card to Genie without saying anything since she was so adamant about wasting her time and she told me, see youre wasting my time, we dont take that insurance, and I told her, how do you not take my insurance, Ive brought my son here multiple times in the past, and she told me again, we dont accept this insurance spectera. I told her its not spectera its vsp and she started screaming at me and she showed me the insurance card you see here It says spectera and I told her its not spectera it says special copay $20 and she told me to go to Walmart and that they may take my insurance.

I was treated great by the staff but the manager amber has no people skills after spending close to 5-600 dollars in her store she wanted to make me feel like a lying customer over a 29.99 replacement that she said she would not honor after it was given in a printed quote . She got smart and mouthy i called the district manager and it was quickly resolved and with a promise the manager would call and rectify and apologize . She did call and was rude but honored the quote . When i told her i did not feel comfortable coming back without . Her apology she refused .and was rude again . She has no business managing a store or working with the public she should not be training that staff. Eye mart is a great company but i will not spend another dollar in this store as long as she is not retrained or replaced . I will travel to boise eyemart or see there competition . One bad manager can destroy . A company’s reputation

The doctor was great. The process was good. This is one of the best pair of glasses Ive ever owned. Clear, crisp, good view. And I didnt have to wait 2 weeks, since they do thw glasses in house!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service at the Twin Falls location! I walked in not knowing what to expect, as it has been years since Ive had to shop for new glasses, and Jeanie was fabulous! From helping me find frames that actually fit me correctly, to explaining how my insurance would work and assisting me with paperwork for that, to both pairs of glasses being ready in less than 2 hours- plus you cant beat the prices! Ill definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

I would not recommend going to get your eyes checked here! They got my eye exam wrong and still didn’t get it right. They sent me contacts through mail and the package was torn and I only got one contact for my left eye and nothing for my right. Very disappointing.

Recomend this place 100% everyone was so kind and helpful. They sat there and worked with me, and helped me get the best deal i could possibly get. I was blind for a week and a half. Im so glad i found this place. They made my glasses fast, and where always helpful. If you need glasses that same day, come here, you wont be disappointed.

This store has the friendliest staff. Greeted with a warm welcome in . It took 23 minutes for my sunglasses to be made, NOT a week maybe 2. I would recommend this place, plus their selection of frames are good. Ill be back for my next pair.

They went out of their way to accommodate me. My vision insurance was going to expire, and they had to order my lenses, so they did that, and then shipped them to a forwarding address. (We were moving across the country.) The staff were friendly, and willing to do anything for the customer. I will be a repeat customer. Also...got my glasses today, and I love the quality and style of the frames and perfection with the lenses.

Eyemart has been fantastic for myself as well as my kids. The ladies answering the phone to schedule appointments were friendly and professional. They were absolutely a pleasure to work with and were kind to me and my kids making it a pleasurable experience for them. The Dr. communicated with me about how and why my kids eyes had changed. I appreciated that more than I can express because the place I had taken my kids in the past was very much the opposite. Then picking out frames and explaining what the recommended options were was made easier by the professional staff up front. They did different ways to quote differences in prices with the different options. Then they quoted me 2 hours for our glasses to be done, just in case the lab had any trouble. We were back in 45 minutes and my daughter was fitted and looking fabulous and able to see better all in under an hour.This place has so many positive qualities and everyone I came in contact with, was kind, supportive, professional, and overall fantastic! My glasses are very broken and the lenses are scratched from being in the construction field for work. I went in to get new frames with the same prescription and was told no because it was expired. My vision is the same as it was 2 years ago. They just want you to pay for the exams just to get more money from you.

This was my first visit to Eyemart Express. A very patient, kind lady named Holly helped me. There was a problem with my insurance and even though she was tied up on the phone for what seemed like forever and the store was pretty busy, she was so sweet and so so patient. She said she was going to do whatever she could to help me get it taken care of. My current glasses were damaged and I was in dire need so I can not express how much I appreciated Holly and her determination to make sure I got my glasses. Thank you so much! Went in to get started on some contacts. They gave me a trial set for a week to see if I liked them. Also got 2 pairs of glasses. One of them was free because I was using my insurance. They had both my glasses done in 20 minutes! Recommend 1000%!

I was told by my son that there was a place where I could get new glasses in hours instead of days! Hard to believe until after my cataract surgery a few weeks later. Staff was amazing and customer service was definitely there. My baby was a little fussy that day unfortunately but they helped me cater to her needs while I was there and assisted me in transporting her car seat and diaper bag around the building. I went there this last week, and I was totally impressed. Not just how Dr. Heitzman who got me in and helped me get my vision figured out. But, Jeannie, who works in the glasses part of the clinic, was the nicest and most welcoming gal I have come across in a doctors office. She was down right awesome! She helped me out quickly and got me my glasses ordered. I mean she told me they would be ready in 3 hrs. Which is still amazing, but 15min later I got a text saying my lenses are done! WOW! Highly recommend!

What a nice surprise. I was told 3 hrs and my glasses would be ready. Since this was stop #1 I was okay with the wait. Thirty minutes later I got notice my glasses were ready. Wow! And they are beautiful and fit perfect.

I had a concern I may have something in my eye. They got me in as priority to get looked at. Turned out I had a small scratch in my eye. It was recommended that I not wear my contacts to allow my eye to heal. I didnt have any glasses so they helped me pick out lenses and a frame. They had the lenses made and installed in my frames in 35 minutes. The whole thing overall was less than an hour. I cannot say thank you enough for the wonderful service they provided.

I broke my glasses in the morning. I called Eyemart when they opened and the staff was extremely helpful from the get go. They got me in the same day for an eye exam and my glasses were ready to go in the afternoon. I absolutely loved everything about my visit. From the time I got there to the time I left everyone was so nice and helpful. The doctors were HILARIOUS and explained more then I have gotten explained before at an eye appointment. I got contacts and I got glasses the same day :) contacts were ready immediately glasses were ready in less then half an hour! Never going anywhere else again!

They were amazing! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and asked what they could do. One of the ladies, Jeannie, took my son and got him set down with blocks .I was able to look and ask questions while he played without feeling rushed with him. They were extremely quick at getting my glasses cut and finished .And I am extremely happy with my choice .I will keep going here for all my glasses needs.

Reasonably priced and inexpensive. Multiple styles of frames and various colors. I bought one pair of glasses and recieved another one for FREE! My total was $45 (after insurance and total includes $25 copay ).Much more economical than if I had gotten one pair of glasses where I had my eye exam. $120 (after insurance and includes $25 copay).I will be coming here from now on for sure!

My eye exam was the best Ive ever had. When they found out I had diabetes they even called Medicare. Medicare paid part of my exam. They helped me pick out glasses and was less than an hour. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks

This was my first experience going into eyemart to get glasses after shook closed and I was looking for a new place to get glasses. I have awful vision and hate waiting for new glasses when I get my prescription updated. I waited literally 10 minutes and my new glasses were ready and I was able to get them and wear them out within an hour of walking in, getting the exam, and finally choosing a pair of frames (which took the longest). 10/10 would recommend and already have.

Love how quickly the glasses are done. Most of the staff is nice and helpful. They do get a little scattered with multiple clients, but generally a good experience.

Honestly, I had an awesome experience here. I got my glasses the same day as my appointment. I haven’t had glasses before and this was a great place to go, I have head horror stories of people having to wait weeks before getting their glasses, I only had to wait an hour. Then when your glasses are done they send you a text letting you know. Awesome place!!!

My disabled daughter broke her glasses and isnt due for her yearly exam until October. I called Eye Mart Express and I had a copy of her prescription and they told me to come on in. Gabby was so friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. She assisted us picking out 2 frames. We had just got home when I received a text saying 1 pair was done in 17 minutes and as we were on our way back to them I received a 2nd message saying the second pair was done in 27 minutes. This was the most easy process I have ever had. 5 stars to Gabby in the Twin Falls office and their lab for the service we received. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends and anyone checking out their service and quality.
