Its a beautiful place. They made a cake for my daughters graduation of her favorite drink. It was delicious. And a very cute cake. The look on my daughters face was priceless. Oh I forgot to mention they did this for us on a very short notice. Thanks cookie basket.

I Love the Variety of Treats The Cookie Basket has to offer! Not just your chocolate chip cookie, but sugar, toffee, butterscotch oatmeal, snickerdoodle, sugar-free and many more! We saw the sign out front for homemade ice cream sandwiches and I was sold. Had toffee and oatmeal butterscotch with ice cream sandwiched in the middle! Yuuuummmy!!!

Great place best icecream sandwich anywhere. You pick the cookies to go around your icecream. Hey they even have sugar free.

Amazing place. Everything is made in house, great prices and great taste. Great people very nice. Had a birthday cake done by them awhile ago and tasted and looked amazing. The cookie basket is the best place in Twin, Jerome, Burley and all surrounding areas, so whether youre passing through town or you are a local this is the place to satisfy that sweet tooth. They also have amazing sugar free options.

I was shocked at the high prices. Last year we got cake and 7 dozen cupcakes. Cupcakes were very nicely decorated. This year we ordered 3 dozen very simple cupcakes and were charged 80 dollars. Never going there again.

I have had several different flower arraignments sent to me that came from the cookie basket. Rachel the owner is amazing every single arriangment was beautiful ❤️. Unfortunately this place is not very good anymore. Under the previous longtime owners the cookies were amazing. She had a good thing going. We got some cookies today for the first time since they changed ownership and it was very disappointing. Hard, crunchy, overbaked cookies.

Excellent customer service and thoughtfulness! I live in Cache Valley and wanted some balloons delivered to my 5 yr old granddaughter that just had her tonsils taken out in Twin Falls. They offered to make her a special basket and catered it to her needs! Im pretty sure this made her day! Thank you so much!

The lady working when we came in was very helpful! We had never been in before and she walked us through their selection and was super nice! The cookies are absolutely to die for, my favorite was the magic bar and my husband loved the cream cheese bar! Will definitely be going in again when I have my next sweet cravings!

Made a huge order for my baby shower this last weekend, was VERY DISAPPOINTED. We were very specific with our order and even talked with the owner for 4 days to ensure everything would be perfect. I wanted 3 different shades of pink and teal incorporated with my cupcakes, rice crispies and pretzels. When we opened the box there was one shade of pink on everything. Then we paid extra for “candied flowers” which were just candy dipped faux flowers you can get from the craft store. Also paid extra to get fondant flowers onto my cupcakes and never received them either. Everyone was disappointed with the taste of the “buttercream frosting” cupcakes which turned out to be Betty Crocker cake mix and i don’t even know what frosting on them. New ownership has definitely ruined the business. Will be going in to ask for a refund or at least a partial refund considering I was highly unsatisfied and so were my guests. So embarrassing!!! Do not order from here, not worth the money!!!

They did an amazing job on our dads 50th birthday cake. For starters they were very patient with us when we went in to design and taste the cake samples. Also, when it was delivered the delivery boy took his time to explain handling instructions on the cake. The cake exceeded our expectations, it was what we wanted and more. Had my wedding cake and some cupcakes done here. Staff didn’t seem very happy or excited to help me during such a fun time! I wasn’t overly pleased with the overall look and taste. Probably wouldn’t recommend and won’t return.

Just a couple doors down from the Sandwich shop makes a great location for a quick dessert. The owner was a delight. I enjoyed a cutely decorated sugar cookie and took a pumpkin muffin to go for breakfast the following day. Both were quite good.

They are very nice and they have very beautiful flowers also and they will do anything to help with what you want to have done.

Good cookies, not such great customer service. Very disappointed I had to wait 45 min for her to finish a basket just to purchase 3 cookies (took less than 45 seconds). I do not think someone should have to wait for you to putting together a gift basket for 3 cookies. And the only thing she even said was Im almost done that was after 20 min and then waited another 25 mins. Just poor service!

Professional, friendly, helpful staff! I have used them for cookie surprises and gift baskets. Everyone always comments how wonderful they always are......I appreciate this business and highly recommend them.

We were very disappointed in the wedding cake that was made for our daughters wedding. We gave them a picture of the cake and they said they could do it in butter cream frosting. A few days before the wedding the cookie basket called us concerned about the heat and for a few dollars more they could do the cake in fondant. This was an outdoor reception in July. I told them not to worry we had made arrangements for the cake. When they arrived the cake was not even close to the picture we had provided them, the color was wrong, they used the wrong kind and color on the flowers that we had ordered and paid extra for. We also paid to have the cake delivered to the reception site. As they were putting the cake together a chunk fell off of the bottom layer.The owner of the Cookie Basket tried to tell me the problem was because we didnt want to pay extra for fondant. I am not sure what the flower type and frosting color have to do with buttercream verses fondant.We were very disappointed in the cake and at no time were we told they could not reproduce the picture in butter cream until the cake showed up the day of the wedding. In fact, out order and deposit ticket states duplicate picture identically.We had also ordered 2 sheet cakes for our rehearsal dinner and we were very disappointed in the flavor of all the cakes.Was not a good experience.

Its all about keeping things Local and making our community stronger but today has shown that as long its benefiting them is what that means. We called to ask for a simple Donation as we are doing an auction to help a local women fighting brain cancer not only was the person who answered the phone very rude they ended the statment with weve already donated and dont have time to deal with this! Giant Thumbs down!
