I have naturally curly hair and when I finally caved and decided to take care of my curls properly I went here. The selection they have of products for natural curls is amazing. This is where I shop for all my hair care and styling products now.

Literally the cleanest store Ive been in since I got to twin falls. I didnt want to leave but my pocket book was pushing me out the door! I did leave with a bunch of goodies!

I had to visit this with my mom but Ill give it a three-star because of how expensive it is. Here is some proof. I dont understand how they make Blowdryers so expensive. Thay have everything for a girl tho.

Hannah is amazing! Highly recommended at the Ulta salon. She cut and styled my 5 year old daughters insane amount of hair exactly how I had requested. I wanted more layers and a v-cut to help with the weight and maintenance. It turned out beautiful. Absolutely will be going back.

This location is wonderful and the girls are always nice. My frustration is with online ordering and the app. Considering it takes them up to a week to fill orders, it would be nice if while the orders are processing, they could be easily edited or canceled. If I placed an order on the app two minutes before I call customer service, I know they havent had time to do anything to my order and it should be easy to cancel. Instead, it takes a cancelation department up to two days to cancel my order. Smh. I would only shop in the store but most of the fun deals and gifts with purchase are online only. I know the world has bigger problems...just venting my frustration. 🙃🤗❤

Great selection, usually can find a sale/coupon. Great rewards/loyalty program. Staff is very friendly once youre ready to check out. They are also very helpful and knowledgeable...if you can find one before you are done shopping. I have been in my store 2 times in the past week and have never been greeted or offered help while I was shopping. Both times I did have questions before I was ready to check out. One time, the employee at the register walked me over to what I was looking for. ❤ (This review easily would have been 5 stars if I had been offered assistance while shopping.)

I was on hold on the phone for 3 minutes exactly and BB said their ulta phone phrase and i continued with Hi i had a quick question and she said hello and hung up very quick literally slamming the phone? With that said Customer service could be reviewed with phone procedures!

Stop store stalking people!! Its super annoying. Not every shopper is out to steal from you. I had to go in there because Sephora was out of a particular type of lip color and this dumb woman training someone had the gall to stop me and then ask me what Nars product I was holding (in plain sight). Sephora knows how to treat those of us who dump truckloads of money into cosmetics. Lol tards

The only reason I visit Ulta is for their brow service. Tabatha is so good with what she does. She always leaves my brows on point.

I think this is probably the worst customer service that Ive ever had. I never get greeted I never get asked if I needed help and this is probably the sixth time Ive been in there. I finally had to ask for help after so long of not being offered. And when I did I dont felt like I was being heard of what I was needing and felt like I was being rushed out of there. This is the last time I will be shopping at Ulta ever.

Very clean everytime Ive been in. There was a girl there who was super rude when I tried to schedule an eyebrow waxing, even after I told her it was no issue if there wasnt any availability for a while.

The staff is not pushy, they hear what you would like and help you with different ideas if you dont have a specific one.

Not as great as Sephora. They are more cosmetics, a hair salon here as well as hair products and tools. Prices and offers vary. I am a person who does not use makeup on a daily basis. The employee who I spoke with couldnt give me the tour on how to find what I was looking for. She simply suggested buying bundles of things. I prefer to know what they are and how to care for the things I buy properly. So back to I dont need makeup buuutt it looks great state of mind.

I normally love coming here but the esthetician they have there was not helpful at all. She mapped my face but talked way too fast, didnt explain any of the products she was picking out for me and asked me if I had any questions even though her mouth was talking a million miles an hour. After all the recommending she did, she left me to find the products she recommended on my own which most of them werent even there. I was kind of upset and ended up purchasing the sample pack. Some of he girls are really pushy-pushy sales ladies and I really dont like it. TYou work at a makeup store where girls are wanting your advice and help... Theyre coming to YOU. i will continue to shop here but just didnt like my recent experience at all.

Just walked out of ULTA crying! The lady who did my eyebrows just completely messed them up! Both are completely un even and don’t come close to even looking similar! Next time I’ll stick with the lady I usually book appointments with (tabitha)
