Our experience with this pharmacy has always been great! They have always been helpful and willing to answer questions. Nice to see Bethany at the drive up!

I will never shop at Walmart pharmacy again. I arrived a few minutes before they closed. I have an eye infection that needs to be taken care of and I live an hour away so I eas trying to get the prescription before I left town. So The guy looked up my prescription and said I didnt have one. I asked him to look it up again because the Doctor had just sent it over. So he goes in the back and looks through some papers, talks to amother customer when hes supposed to be helping me he finally comes back and says he cant find anything I ask if he could look one more time and He says sorry were closed.

Great experience, courteous assistants. They filled my prescription while I shopped. Got a text when it was ready for pickup. It only took about 10 minutes!

Some days they are alright then some they are horrible. Some employees need to work on their attitudes as well

My wife and i were visiting twin falls idaho from California and had to get a prescription refilled. Margaret from the pharmacy dept went out of her way to accommodate us and had my prescription refilled. She was very kind, sweet and very professional. Thank you again Margaret !

They are too slow, could wait up to a hour for your prescriptions to get field.

Its convenient to fill a script, then get shopping done while waiting. However, Im officially done. You will wait in lines that take up 45 mins just to hand in prescriptions. You will have to rewait to pick them up. Ive had a pharmacist start firing questions at me about why I needed more skin ointment when I filled it only a lil bit ago (they could only half fill the dosage so I had to come back for the rest). Mind you, asking personal questions within the hearing of over a dozen people. Ive waited for 30 mins to fill a script utterly miserable and sick and not once did they say they couldnt fill it. I got a call, had to rewait to get the script back and they told me no one writes that prescription anymore. Yeah.... Every other pharmacy had it. So lets add lying to their list. They arent cheaper than Walgreens and Walgreens is more professional and faster. Walmart pharmacy is just awful. Do not bother. Go ANYWHERE else and save yourself the headache.

I used to like this pharmacy because of what they have in stock, but the last 4 prescriptions I have had sent there they have messed up one way or another. They have lost 3 that I have had to have sent multiple times and then call and confirmed in order to get them taken care of. Today they blatantly lied to me over the phone saying that it would be done by 6, only for me to show up and them tell me that they didn’t even have it in stock and would have to order it for tomorrow.

Customer Service at its worst! Expect to be greeted with no happy friendly face and to wait even when your script is called in advance. Wont be back, Ill pay more as a cash paying customer for better service elsewhere.

Walmart pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy in twin falls! They take at least 2 hours+ to fill 2 presciptions! They almost always have 9+ workers for in the pharmacy but they are still the pits. I wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemy. I wish i could leave 0 stars.

Very helpfull, polite, and private staff. Great prices and helpful with suggestions on how to lower med costs.

You can expect to stand in line for 30 minutes because none of the employees acknowledge that theres a line of customers waiting to get their medicine and if youre paying through your insurance dont expect it to work because even if you have had the same medicine with the same insurance for three years they try to tell you that you dont have any insurance and they make you pay for it right then and there.

This pharmacy is ridiculous, i wouldnt recommend you fill your prescriptions here unless youre willing to wait 3hrs for your medication.
