Brian Avelar is amazing!!! He is so good at his job. He really takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for. He gave me and my husband the best experience we could ever hope to have. He helped us find the perfect wedding set that fit our styles. Brian is very professional and wants all his clients to be happy and well informed. We have never had an unpleasant experience at Kay; however if something did happen (wrong ring size; a day late etc.) I know that Brian and the entire staff of experts at Kay would do everything to make the situation right. You could not find a better group of people that care for you and your jewelry needs then them.

I highly recommend Kays in the Magic Valley Mall in Twinfalls Idaho. There friendly customer services is what keeps me coming back Ive spent about 5,000. I plan on spending more. Make sure you ask for Bryan Avelar or Tony those guys are very helpful.

I wish I had read the reviews for this place before we purchased a ring from them. I have had nothing but issues with this store. My husband purchased a Valentine’s Day present for me here, so it’s been a total of 10 months since we purchased. I have only actually been wearing the ring for about 5 months. They have had it for the other 5. I am so glad my husband purchased the insurance because we have had 5 diamonds fall of out it, 5 different times. The time before this last time the manager blamed me for their employee not checking off the ring for inspection after it came back from the shop!! He told me that it was my responsibility to ensure they do that! I was so upset that they ”made an exception” and sent it away yet again. When I got it back I had 3 more diamonds fall out one being the one I had just gotten replaced. I went in there and told them it must be a faulty ring. The manager looked at the ring and told me it was my fault this was happening so the only option he had was to send it away YET AGAIN ! He called me a week later and said they had decided to replace it with a new one. It was gone again for a good 2 months. When I went to pick it up the manager tried to charge me for the ring again because he said “the paperwork wasn’t all together” . I will never buy anything from this store ever again.

Not Happy about them closing the store in Twin Falls we have spent lots of money there and now to keep up with the warranty we have to drive to Boise.

I just bought an engagement ring from Kay Jewelers inside the Magic valley Mall and these guys Tony,Brian,Brandon and Barton these four guys know there stuff, you need anything from rings to watches the whole nine yard there the ones to go to very impressed. there customer service also off the hook great group of guys truly

Will honestly never purchase from again. Really nice people just very corrupt system. Purchased a ring, send out for custom work for a present, ring ended up missing the date that I needed it so I canceled the order, the ring ended up coming in after the return date. Long story short I have a ring I will never be using and it just collects dust. Very disgusted by the whole experience.
Awful place, manager is arrogant, has a care less attitude, they can never find my info, and I have waited behind people who have the same problem. It must be Kays computer system, because the same thing happens to me in nampa. But the manager of the twin store, is defiantly not manager material, when you work in a store that is so expensive, you should be treated like royalty when you go in there. But no the manager could care less, and likes to point out the fine print. The Lady in front of me told me a story, her husband tried to surprise her for their anniversary in hawaii, they were supposed to deliver the ring to the large island.. And they sent it to the WRONG place.. I will not be shopping with them again! The manager needs some people skills.
Omg let me just start by saying WOW!!!! Brian Avelar is the most professional, fun, kind, compassionate, and PATIENT man Ive ever met! My fiancé and I started looking at rings in January of 2017 and I found the PERFECT one. I went in there on a weekly basis for almost 2 years and was always greeted the same way as the first time I went in there. Huge smile, and so eager to help! Im not even joking Brian would see me coming to daydream of my ring and he would have it ready for me! Never pressured my fiance into something that he wasnt ready for but made my shy fiance so comfortable that he knew where to go when the time was right....well fast forward two years later and he was there with my fiance the whole process. Brian was our middle man for 2 years and let me tell you...he and my fiance NAILED IT!!!!!! could not be more happy. Thank you brian for all your help! We are Raving customers because of him & will follow him wherever he goes! Definitely more business to be given to Kays because of him! Thank you thank you thank you Brian Avelar for being so patient & treating us like family

Very unprofessional manager !!!!!!! Overall i have been to a lot of kay jewelers and purchased many watches and gifts for my girlfriend. Love the products but have never been as unsatisfied until i came to this location. Would go somewhere else after that.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! As a loyal customer I am so upset over the treatment we just received from one of the sales associate in the store. I will never buy another thing from there again, and I will tell everyone what lying cheats they are. And me and all of my siblings, parents and grandparents will be canceling our accounts. As a customer service representive I am appalled at the treatment I received at this store. We were so excited when we bought our ring. Just after the warrenty was over one of the stones fell out (I had the stone) and I took it in for a repair. First off we got the ring on sale, the repairs were going to be another $70.00 to replace the stone. I thought that it was a little high but I loved my ring. When I picked it up I saw that the prong was still broken and mentioned it to the guy, he said it looked ok to him but at anytime if I wanted I could bring it back in the next 6 months to repair it for free. Within the month I was so worried that I went back in to have them do it right, the lady that helped me said it was not fixed properly the first time and she would send it back in. She called me later to tell me they would not honor the repair and it would be 400.00+ to fix it. I said heck no we cannot afford that sence we had just had a baby, and only paid $120.00 for the ring when we bought it. She said ok and hung up, she called me right back and told me that sence she knew how much the ring meant to me she would call her higher ups to see if she could get it done for nothing as it should have been under warrenty. I told her if she could do that it would be great and I thanked her alot. I had not heard anything from them for about 2 months so we went in to check. They said it was ready for pick up and had been but they had tried to contact me several times, but had not reached me, (not sure who they were calling, wasnt me) she said it was over 400.00 to pick up, I freaked, she said the lady I had dealt with would be in the next day. I had went in several times and called and she was never there nor called me back. So we went in today and the CS guy told us that I had authorized the repair (which I did not) and that we had to pay for it. Bull crap. I did not authorize a 400.00 repair for a 120.00 ring that I had already paid once to get fixed. Young and blond but not stupid. So he said multiple time that he would not eat the price, he acted like he was calling someone and we did not hear him say a word just hold the phone, then came and said he could let the ring go for 252.00 but he would not eat it. I think they repaired it before they got my ok and they are just screwing me. Should have been done right the first time which I paid for. So I have $190.00 in a 120.00 ring that I do not even have, he wants his payment first. Buyers beware!
