Sales staff told me they were unable to order a tractor that they advertised on their website, even after being told over the phone they can order it. When I went to purchase the salesman was saying I had to buy the more expensive one and that was it. Well now I aint buying at all!

I bought a brand new kubota factory part from Burks tractor and it was defective within 6 months it sprayed hydrolic fluid everywhere and burks tractor in twin falls refused to warranty the part, they told me the part only had a 3 month warranty.
