We came in to buy couches, the store was BUSY! Jeanne approached us and asked if we needed any help, but we wanted to just look around. She wasn’t pushy at all. Once we made our decision she was busy with another customer, but she made sure to let us know she saw us and would get to us shortly.We left and got dinner and then came back. Jeanne was free to help and she did so much more than that! Our indecisiveness on what we wanted caused us to stay after hours. She never made us feel like a burden and was so helpful the entire process. Mind you, my man and I were crabby, stressed and just over house shopping. She just kept a smile on her face. She thanked us multiple times. The sweetest lady!We were in a rush to get our couches so she made sure to ask if I minded if she texted me, which is just amazing and convenient. So much more personable and caring. I think that is GREAT customer service. She checked in with me multiple times to reiterate that our shipping wasn’t delayed and it would be on time with the schedule because I’m a worry wart. Her service far exceeds my expectations and she deserves to be recognized. She went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. When I told her that, she replied with, “I am just doing my job & getting you taken care of.” But she did so much more for that. Best customer service I’ve received in Twin Falls, hands down! For any future household furniture needs I will make sure to go in and see her! She’s a 5 star rating from me! Adore her!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a decent selection and better prices than most other furniture stores in town.

I went in there looking for a couch with my mom, husband and 1 1/2 year old son. I had just moved to twin falls and my mom was helping me buy a new couch. As we get in there we were greeted and everyone was nice. Maria repeatedly told us while looking that she could throw in free delivery because my husband was a veteran. So, we ended up picking a couch and we sign all the paper work and my mom buys the couch for me and I was going to pay her back some of the money. Well the day of the delivery comes and Im looking at the receipt for the couch and theres a delivery fee tacked on there. I was kicking myself for not seeing it at the store but because she said free delivery so many times I didnt honestly think to double check it. Plus being distracted by my husband, son and going back a forth on what day it would be delivery, I was just in a hurry to sign the paperwork.I ended up calling Maria that day as the couch was being delivered and told her that I found the delivery fee and was upset about it. She asked my why I thought she would ever say the delivery was free. She then said that if I came back with the credit card that she could put the money back, but unfortunately my mom had left back to Vegas and I didnt have the card on me. As I explained that to her she kept asking well what would you like me to do about this and that she needed the card to give back the money and she doesnt know how to help me. I kept telling her thats not going to happen because the card in now in vegas with my mom.Finally, the manager ended up overhearing her on the phone because she then says my manager said we can send you a check. And I say thats perfect and thank you. Well now I get the mail a couple weeks later and they send me a gift card. I was not told I would be sent a gift card for $30 but a check. Now I have $30 on a gift card that I would have to hold on for years before I could it because I dont plan on buying any furniture or anything else from there for a while.I love the couch I bought there but I am super upset about the gift card that was supposed to be a check and that I was even charged a delivery fee in the first place when she said she could do it for free.

We were treated with respect and like we were family. I will recommend your store to everyone I know who is looking to buy new furniture. I spoke with Beverly on Thursday and she met us as we entered. Thank you so much..Dotti & Gary

The place is great. I furnished my whole house from there. Beverly is my salesperson and is great but the whole staff there is great. Its like everytime I get them paid down I have to add to my house lol. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Love them all

I have bought a lot of my furniture from here. The quality is always great for the price and the customer service is always excellent! When we were moving and broke a few dresser drawers in transit, they were able to order in new drawers so we didnt have to get a whole new dresser. Their delivery rates are very reasonable and usually very quick. You wont find extremely modern furniture here, if that is your style, but you can find timeless pieces that will fit great in any home.

I have been to every furniture store in Twin Falls. Dont waste your time on the others. Go to any Wilson Bates and you wont get hassled. Best prices. You wont see a Ashley sign in my yard. Wison Bates only for me.

Exceptional customer service!Had to exchange a coffee table due to manufacture flaws; coffee table was reordered and delivered in a timely manner and with courtesy! Could not find other furniture pieces needed, so my sales rep took extra time on her computer to help me look for the style and color I needed!! Delivery people were considerate, friendly, and placed furniture exactly where I wanted it to be 3 times! Wilson Bates attention to customer service is the BEST!!! 😀

Staff greets upon entering facility but staunchly opposed to price reduction or negotiation. We go here to peruse furniture but then once we find something we like we look it up on Amazon and buy it there. They can clearly see their prices are higher than Amazon so Im not sure why they are so unwilling to negotiate. Thus the end of the Mom and Pop Shop.

I bought a bedroom set over the weekend. The one that is showing in the store has drawers on the bottom part of the bed. We got the bed delivered today without them. I called and the response I got was “there’s a price tag by them, you can purchase them separately and we’ll deliver them to you.” Which is totally fine if they would have told me that in the store!!! We bought the whole set, the bed, dresser & mirror, the dresser by itself, and the night stand. If you see that I’m buying it all it’s common sense to ask or tell me that those drawers are not included.

Went into buy a couch for my new apartment and was not impressed. 1) the customer service was terrible. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one employee came up to me and asked if had any questions or needed help. They were all behind the desk and one of the employees was sitting down sewing. I found a couch I really liked and I had planned to purchase but I had to go to the counter to ask for assistance.2) I Wanted to finance it but they refused due to me not having an Idaho license. I’m military and stationed here in idaho and they refused to take my home state or military ID. So I left with nothing and went to Aaron’s. Right away I was greeted at the door and was given assistance. Walked away with a new couch and washer/ dryer that day.

No this place is in business as Wilson-Bates Discount Furniture Center. They have NEW furniture and home accessories modestly priced. And they can help you open a account so you can pay monthly and not a rent to own where you ended up paying double. Better than shopping Target for crap that falls apart in a month
