They are so nice and willing to help as fast as they can.We have hired them over the years to fix a broken spring, install a new garage door opener and replace a top panel of our garage door. At Superior Door they always came out quickly. Roberto was very efficient and kind, always informing me of what he was going to do and if there were any further instructions afterward. Jonnie is so helpful whenever i call...our garage is our way in and out of our home and all they wanted for us was to get our garage door up and running again as fast as possible, and they always have. I scheduled a garage door opener install through Lowes and Superior Door Co was the company assigned for the install. I have had nothing but issues with this company. On install day, the installers who came to the house did not come to the front door or ring the bell. They called my cell phone at 7:00 am and left no message - called again about 15 minutes later and finally. did leave a message stating I am at your house and about to take off. I had to run outside to stop them from leaving. Why would they not come and ring the doorbell?? Seems common sense to start there.During install, turns out a few parts were missing from the opener (the control pad). When I was out there having a discussion about what was missing/next steps, the garage door fell. I go back inside to follow-up with Lowes and receive a call from the main office that my garage door spring has broken and it will be an extra charge to fix. Coincidence that the door had no issues for over a year until today with the install - I question this. I decided to not make a big deal and said I would be the $75 quoted over the phoneI received a bill with more than a $75 charge because the office did not provide the labor charge with the quote. I then had to call in and deal with this after being provided misinformation (and I still think they broke the spring!) and they only would knock off $25.Then I have been experiencing the circuit breaker randomly turning off. The opener is the only item changed so it must be the problem. Note: I had to install the mounted controller myself since it was missing in the box.When I called and emailed to have someone out, first I was told, they didnt install it - you did - but we will send someone out to take a look.I didnt know what day someone would be coming - was just told next week. I figured I would get an update when time got closer, but I did not -someone just showed up. I have had someone showing up without any knowledge twice - I work from home and have dogs and was told I would receive a call before someone came out. After the first time, I was told I would receive a call and still did not.Also, the new opener wiring at the wall was taped together and does not look professionally done. I dont think I could put my house on the market the way it was left. This has been a terrible experience all around and now I will have to find someone else to come fix the shoddy job on top of what I already paid for the install and broken spring fix in the first place.

With all of the favorable reviews, I was really hopeful to have a good experience, but really did NOT. The serviceman came at the end of the scheduled time frame, and quickly discovered that he had not brought the parts that he needed. Said he needed to rush back to the office, and would return in 20 minutes. Over an hour later (when I very much needed to be back to my job) he showed up, and seemed to struggle to get the door openers properly programmed. I had asked him to program my truck to open the doors, and he could NOT do it. I know that it can be done, as I have had it done before, but it requires someone with real experience and training, as it is not as simple as some. The whole experience was kind of awful, as I am trying to get back to work, and NOT getting the service that I had requested.

I called two other companies early Wednesday morning for an appointment to have my non-opening garage door looked at. One couldnt get me scheduled until Friday and the others phone rang and rang and finally forwarded me to an answering service. I then called Superior Door. Jonnie was able to have a service man come out that morning and took care of the problem. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thanked me for my business. I have just received my invoice, and it was just as I was quoted with no hidden fees. Thank you for your great service.

Wonderful, locally owned company with excellent customer service. Roberto the service tech came out a day early just because he was in the area and had finished a prior job before he expected to. I just so happen to be home. He did a fantastic job and did a couple of minor repairs to the garage that werent requested. The little fixes did not show up on the invoice either. Speaking of which, the price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend Superior Co. to anyone that needs a repair or new garage door system!

We were headed out of town when we realized our garage door tacks had been bent and severely damaged.
