New to Idaho, but needed a rifle action rebarreled. DIckey gave an appropriate bid on the job and indicated about 3 weeks to complete the job. Ran into one little hitch during the process and he informed me his finish reamer for my caliber was chipped and didnt want to risk a rough chamber on my barrel. Needed to order a new one. Took only a couple days more than his original estimate which I was happy to give.Action looks very good and will see later this week how it shoots. Will see Moonshine again for any gunsmithing needs.

Dickie did a fantastic job of dovetailing the barrel on my Traditions StrikerFire LDR Northwest and installing a globe sight to (hopefully) improve my accuracy to stretch my range. Service was fantastic and he was great to work with. Im looking forward to having him do more work for me in the not so distant future.

Recently had some trigger work done as I was visiting Twin Falls for the week with an installation of a connector onto my Glock pistol. Overall, Dickie was efficient & precise, even going as far as to clean up my firearms internals during the process which was just exceptional. I had him work over the trigger on my new gen4 glock 17. No springs just some filing and polishing. My trigger is much cleaner with less travel and a good clean break at the end. Not lighter but a lot smoother then it came from the factory. The price beat the hell out of a 250 dollar drop in trigger that does the same thing. I only had to wait a couple days to pick it up and that was because I dropped it off on a Friday. Im very satisfied.
