Brizee is AMAZING! Every aspect of our dealings with Brizee have been fantastic, from our initial search for a fireplace through the installation. Our consultant, Amber, guided us through every step of the process and recommended the Kuma Aspen LE wood stove, and its truly incredible. We light a fire when we get home from work and it heats our entire house for the next 24 hours, using very little wood (74-76 degrees when its in the 20s outside-were going to save a fortune in heating costs!) Were so grateful we switched to this efficient little machine--it burns cleanly, its environmentally friendly and uses a renewable source of energy, and it has made our home so cozy and comfortable. Would recommend this business 1000% to anyone looking for a great way to heat your home!

Few years ago I bought a Traeger Smoker from Brizees. It wasnt working quite right, called Brizees. Russ was dispatched to check it out. He did a few minor adjustments, explained in detail exactly how smokers work differently than ovens. I like dealing with Brizees, always courteous and reliable.

I called to have a contractor come inspect and service my HVAC system and Brizee sent someone within 2 hours of my call. I wasn’t expecting someone to come out for a few mor days, but they exceeded my expectations.

Always quick to help and offer advice. Great place to get good quality filters for the homes I sell for clients.

I called in today about my fireplace not working. They came right out and fixed it quick. They also took the time to clean my fireplace glass, vacuum, and make everything look really nice. I was contacted by Brad at Brizee after I requested a quote for an HVAC system for a new house. He asked that I send him the insulation specifications for walls, roof, floor, and windows along with house plans. I called and left a message to see if he needed anything else. I emailed him the information and followed up with another email to see if he needed anything else and it has been 3 weeks without any response. If you cant even return a phone call or email, Ill do business somewhere else.

So helpful and kind. They really bent over backwards to make our experience a good one.

Only complaint is not being able to talk to the owner of the company when you have a question.

I waited in store for half an hour to be able to talk to someone as all the employees were busy, only to have them tell me they do not keep in stock the size of air filter that I needed. The man at the counter said he could order it in, but would have to call his supplier. He took down my number to let me know how much the filter would be, but never called me.I could have done all this on the phone, but no one ever answered whenever I tried calling.

If you havent been here before, check it out! I love their showroom, and their various grills and fireplace displays. Very friendly people more than willing to assist for all your heating and air conditioning needs, you can find more info or set an appointment with the rep on your way out of Costco, if you choose to as well.

Bryant, who came to my house and fixed up my gas pipes for my Gas Stove was great! He did an amazing job and was very professional. Also, Russ who also came out to my house and serviced my furnace in my basement was great and did an excellent and professional job.

The technicians who came out were very knowledgeable and very helpful!! I will definitely call them next time I need help.

We weren’t even a acknowledged when we walked in. We looked around their showroom for a solid 15 minutes and no one even said “ we will be right with you” or “hello”. We were about 4 feet from 2 employees and either of them said anything. We were ready to purchase, unfortunately it won’t be with you.

I was very impressed with them when I had an A/C problem. I have had other companies come and all they want to do is sell me a new unit. They found the problem and fixed it and charged me a reasonable price. I am very happy.

Brizee Heating is the best. The employees are great. They service just about anything and are here to help. Diana and Broc are super helpful and Dan is probably the best person I have ever met. They want to help you. Even if they dont sell or offer what you are looking for they will point you in the right direction.

Was very disappointed. Was quoted one price went to pick up the parts, ( special order) they were twice what I had been quoted. They did discount the final price but still was nearly $130.00 over original quote. :(

Id give a zero star if possible. The guy who showed up was extremely rude, talked down to my wife and charged me $90 to tell me he didnt know what was wrong and I should just buy a new water heater.

They did a great job on my mothers HVAC

My heater broke on one of the coldest days of the year & they came over right away. They even left us a couple extra heaters to keep us warm over the weekend, until they could come back and finish, but they did fix our heater the same day.

Service was good and they came and fixed my leaky furnace in 25 minutes. The problem is that they charged me $90s (there minimum fee) for only a few minutes of work. They also charge $40s for one filter (20x25x4), whereas you can get 6 equivalent filters for $70s on amazon. Looks like I will be going elsewhere to get my service done next time, so I can save some money.

I had a quote written up for a Lp gas stove, decided to order it then waited 7 days for it to arrive. It arrived and after I got it home (40 miles away) it was natural gas. Now a conversion kit is ordered and have to wait for another 7 days. And I needed a piece of pipe so called in the morning was told it was in stock and by 4pm when we drove back there 80 miles round trip it was out of stock. Very unhappy with customer service. I didnt spend a whole lot but after $2700.00 you would think they would care about customers. Shop around....its worth it.
