Amazing experience getting fitted for a bra! Go see Chelle (sp?). She is super friendly and knowledgeable on bra sizing!

Staff was super helpful and nice. Their dressing rooms are not open currently so they help try bras on over clothes. Which was fine but when I got home and tried on without clothes It felt uncomfortable and I didn’t like it. So you can’t get a true feel or fit until you buy the bra and take it home. This would be fine if they had a return policy but they don’t. All sales are final.

Im serious, I loved the girls in there. I went to Adam and Eve first and had 0 help even when I asked what would fit my figure the best. Went into Karnations and had the best help. Walked out with a piece I will feel sexy and confident in. Thank you ladies!

This store offers phenomenal customer service. My girlfriend and I felt comfortable and welcomed. Their fitting rooms were closed due to COVID but that didn’t stop the employees from helping my girlfriend find the correct bra size. The manager offered a variety of recommendations and helped us find exactly what we needed and then some. I would strongly recommend this store for all your lingerie needs. They are also a small business and small businesses need our help right now.

The shop is classy, not trashy. The ladies inside the store make you feel very comfortable and confident in your own skin, and theyre so helpful!

Chelle is seriously AMAZING! I went into Karnations when I was 4 months pregnant looking for a bra to wear under a new dress for my company Christmas party. I was super stressed out because when my dress arrived it had a lower cut neckline than anticipated and all my bras were showing. I went in to Karnations the day of the party and not only did Chelle help me find a bra that fit well (I had sized up thanks to pregnancy) but she went above and beyond and actually put a few stitches in the neckline of the dress so I would feel more comfortable. I left the store with tears of gratitude streaming down my face and swore from that moment on that I would be a forever customer.Ive been back several times since and always love working with Chelle and the other amazing ladies at the store.

No issues at all. Had what we expected. Customer service was great. Just wish there was a bigger in-store variety but understand they prolly have a small in-shop customer base and probably more online.

Been in several times with and without gf before remodel. Had absolutely zero issues or attitude from employees. They normally make you feel welcome and comfortable. Today August 13th 2020 at 1pm went in an got a horrible I dont belong I am better than you attitude. If shes there next time I will ask her what day she has off and come back then. Horrible customer service attitude! And same item I bought I found online for half the price! Same brand! Yikes!

Usually the employees are nice and helpful but today I went in and asked what she recommended she didn’t really have any recommendations and then asked for ID and I did not have it with me. I’m 25 and shop there frequently and have never been asked for ID. I’m obviously over 18 so you would think she would make an exception and tell me to bring ID next time but instead just asked me to leave. I could see if I was only 18-19 years old but being 25 and having an account there that would show I’ve made purchases in the past you’d think they would be able to look it up but they now lost my business. I’ll go to Boise.

Made my wife extremely uncomfortable! Absolutely will not recommend! I’m actually amazed that they had the audacity to speak to her that way. Pretty sad.

Came here to look around, found lots of fun stuff. The staff was plenty, and very willing to help. In fact maybe a bit clingy. Would have liked a bit more space without being hovered over, but Im sure this tactic also helps to ease peoples nerves. Of course the prices are not near the values you can find online, but you can touch and feel the toys here.

I had a bra fitting done here and could not believe how great the staff was. I had a bra fitting done once at Victoria secret and found out that they were VERY wrong about my size. My new bras are so much more comfortable.

I have shopped here many times and have had great service until today. In the past, I have purchased things that I didnt really like or use after purchase but I understood their return policy and why. I spent over $250 for items for a cruise with my husband and during the cruise, an $80 item didnt work. I took the item back in just days after I returned from my cruise and they confirmed that the item was defective. They refuse to refund me and even called the manager who refused as well. Worst service ever! Save your time and money and order online!!!

Do not shop here! The bras are cheap and fall apart and there is not a refund policy. I bought a $70 bra wore it for 8 hours and it fell apart and they would not give my money back. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
