Really nice homes. Impossible to talk to the sales person.

At first they were good I emailed twice and got a reply. But recently I’ve emailed 3 times now for a price because I don’t have time to come in or sit on the phone. I stilled have not got a reply and it’s been like 3 or 4 days. Apparently they don’t care about customers if they’re not in person?

Positive, nice quality homes, somewhat reasonable in spite of inflationary housing/real estate situation...beautifully executed interiors, friendly staff

Adam in Twin Falls is AMAZING!!We are from Elko, NV. I am so glad we decided to go to Twin, even after a horrible experience with Clayton here.His knowledge is invaluable and he made it easy. Before meeting him I was about to throw in the towel and just remodel our 25yr old dbl wide. Adam believed we could buy a new home and helped encourage me, every step of the way.He is very smart about all aspects of installing a new home and was always conscious of making it ours ...All the while helping us contain our prices and, as a result we have a new home we love!!We purchased a model home from Twin Falls, added A/C, more cabinets and a granite counter tops to that home. They all came out beautifully and, even now we feel the pricing is extremely fair. The quality of materials is impressive as is the workmanship!Adam cares so much about making sure we are happy he even called from Europe to answer any questions we may have had when we put our down payment. Even 7mo post moving in, he continues to respond to phone calls/texts,The crews that work for him are impressive, taking their time to make sure they do things with quality & correctly. Theyre honest and hardworking.I highly recommend Adam at Westwind Homes, Twin Falls!! They are 100% worth a drive and the time. I truly believe we got a better home at a better price than we ever couldve gotten another way!! I will forever be grateful!Thank you!!!

Manufactured house have to feel of standard houses now. A nice experience and nice models. I didnt know that looking into buying a mobilehome is like home shopping and car shopping together, and there are any economical models on sight. The models on site are really nice.

I was recommended to Westwind by a family member. Everything about my experience with them and the product has been fantastic .Especially working with Adam Torrero .totally professional and helpful.

AWFUL PEOPLE! My fiancé and I were trying to get a home through this company. We gave them $500 to hold a house. It was agreed upon that the money would be returned if we did not get that house. We decided to go for a house in Boise because it was significantly less money. The awful people in Twin Falls refused to give us the money. The male in the office cussed out my mother in law and told her how awful her family was. Dawn (lady we were working with) called and said awful things because we no longer wanted to work with her. I would recommend to go somewhere else!! This company is a bunch of nasty people who just want to swindle you out of your money! Avoid at all cost!!!

Between this company and the manufacturer, I have had nothing but trial after trial getting anything done. I just had someone come out to fix the problems. The tape marking the issues was removed, but the problems were not fixed, or furniture was placed in front of them to hide the issue.
