I called the local store number. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. The person that answered was not in the local store and could not answer my question. I was finally transferred to a person that answered my question. The in person customer service is great, but the telephone system sucks.

The gentlemen working the last two days were extremely helpful with my move. My U-boxes came in early and they help me get access to them and get a truck situated on short notice despite them being very busy. They were a breeze to work with and I would recommend this location!

Whoever the rude lady that answered the phone to help me set up a storage unit was, made me decide not to do business with them or even give them a dollar out of my pocket for storage. She was extremely rude to me and kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk and explain something. I was trying to explain where I lived and I don’t think they have a storage unit here so I need one in the town over and she cut me off and said “zip code!!” She didn’t even care to be friendly just kept cutting me off and when I told her she was being rude and lost my business all she said was alright and didn’t even apologize or care. She has something up here butt and should not work in customer service. Awful service. I’m trying to use your business and give you guys a customer and you treat me like that? She ought to be fired!

This location hooked up my trailer for me I would assume for liability purposes to make sure its done correctly. I pulled the rental trailer 120 miles all the way to Boise only to have the trailer disconnect from my truck when I reached my destination. Best be double checking their work if you ever rent from them. And some of the employees act like you are some sort of bother. Not the most professional bunch

Great customer service from the manager and another staff member. Helped us figure out our lighting issue for our truck and trailer. Prices were reasonable.

The staff at this facility went above and beyond the call of service for us today. When we arrived, they realized we had reserved the wrong sized unit for the amount of belongings we had. They corrected the mistake for us and managed to save us money! We then realized we had locked the keys in the truck, the men at this facility worked hard to help us get it open. Michael and Brian saved our day and our move. Thank you!

U-Haul has changed in the last 50 years. It is now an amazingly reliable and useful company. I have bought boxes (many times), used their secure storage (many times), and now I have rented one of their pick-up trucks. I am shocked at the great deal I got. First because of the truck (Silverado) being more comfortable than the Impala I rented last month (mostly because of legroom). Second the service from start to finish was way way way better than U-Haul was 40 to 50 years ago. Profit was the only concern back then. Reliability and customer concern were unheard of. Now staff goes to a lot of trouble to explain the services they offer and how they work in detail.I am unimaginably happy with how my first pick-up truck rental went. I brought home bails of alfalfa, compost, steer manure, and a large Rainer Cheery tree. Then I went to Mirical Hotspings the next day and had an end of summer celebration breakfast on the way. It was like a 2 day vaction, useful and enjoyable.U-Haul was always affordable. Now it is reliable and customer friendly. Very Happy Customer.

Dont rent the pickup truck unless youre willing to spend at least $65.A pickup was rented for a 7 mile trip. Upon returning the pickup cleaned out better than it was received, a new employee trying to impress the locations manager (Jon Lenker), started combing over the pickup like it was a Lamborghini. He bragged to his manager, Im trying to get better spotting damages. He spotted some hair line scratches among several others already marked with x-stickers, but the manager cleared all of them as previous scratches.. Then he found a previous knick in the windshield and gave me a $45 charge... I know that didnt happen while I was driving the 7 miles. They couldnt provide proof it wasnt there before I picked it up, but they charged me anyway. This quickly became 3 times more expensive than the original cost.

Nice staff helped us load a car on a flatbed. The moving truck we rented was gutless and burned up fuel. It had a bad transmission

I needed boxes for moving. They were on point when suggesting how many boxes I needed and what sizes. Conveniently located, but getting in and out is a bit dicey depending on the time of day.

I liked the Manager Kyle Shoup very much. Unfortunately there were promises and arrangements made that werent kept and no one was willing to help. The store blamed Corporate and vice versa. Do not trust any talk of Promissory Notes or E-Alerts and under no circumstances should you trust them with bank information.

The store and service really stinks, it used to be good but Kyle and Matt seem to have lost their edge this last year or so...will not go their again and their attitude is poor to very bad..

I moved into their unit on July 29th. The manager told me I got a free month from July 29th to August 29th. I was told by him that I didnt have to make a single payment until September 29th. I received a letter in the mail on September 1st claiming I was late and they were charging me rent and a late fee on August 29th. I contacted them confused as to why I was being charged a late fee and being charged for rent when I was supposed to have a free month and the manager was extremely rude saying what part dont you understand?, obviously your not getting it and that I should of taken the time to go through and read the contract yet he went through it with me and clearly stated, you dont have to pay till September 29th. I know what I heard. Needless to say I will find another unit somewhere else immediately. They lost my business and I will not advise anyone to store with them.

Rented from or dropped off here a few times. When renting from the gas gauge has never been the same as the paperwork they make you sign prior to seeing the truck. When returning they do not accept other rental locations promises ie: return early get refund etc.
