Great Service & Quality Medical Supplies. Do to my Back Surgery they went the extra mile and made sure everything was ready when I arrived to pick my Supplies Up. Friendly Staff and they will not keep you waiting. I needed a 3&1 Tube and Toilet chair and they had everything and it was assembled ready to use &⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🧔

Norco Twin Falls; A building full of the most unqualified, inept, incompetent, poorly trained people on earth. God forbid you you need some life sustaining product or service. Ive been trying to get a new mask for my CPAP for a month. They dont call to let you know there is a problem and when you call them they expect you to solve it for them. Wow, just, wow!

Norco cares more about it profits than its costumes. It takes 2 to 3 time of sending back suppliers to get the right ones for my needs. I cant wait until they are in need of medical supplies and they get treated the same way. I couldnt even post it without this without a one star rating. They dont even deserve that.

All of the staff here are so helpful with making arrangements in distressing times. Barbara Sanchez was so incredibly kind with seeking out and getting equipment for us after my 18-year-old suffered catastrophic injuries in an accident. She and some of the other staff helped navigate insurance systems and immediately had delivered hospital bed, wheelchair, wheelchair ramp, bedside commode and other needed things to our home....it made things less anxiety provoking for me when our family was already distressed. Barbara also helped us with arranging pick-up of the equipment two months later, called back as she promised, and gave my son lots of encouragement. So grateful for people who work in the community and just choose to care about others.

Absolutely worst service ever!!!! I worked at one of the competitors for over 15 years & I’ve gotta say never would we have treated an oxygen patient the way we were treated! We literally got the run around from the time we picked my mom up from the hospital until her portable tank was almost empty. I ended up going to the store to meet and pickup the equipment that was to be delivered and setup because the on call person was not capable! Awful customer service!!!!!

Way over priced sent a box of items I didn’t need or want, I went in for a mask, got billed for over $900 dollars of products, I will return the unopened items to the store, and won’t be back.

I went to drop off a RX for my mom, who was in surgery at the time, and I didnt have all of her information but Barbara up front was so helpful. She helped with insurance information and even though I didnt have what was needed she was able to find it so that saved me a trip back to the surgery center so thank you!! She called about an hour later to say it was ready for pickup so that was quick from the estimated time of 4 hrs. Not only that the curbside assistance was amazing!! They loaded the stuff into my car and within 2 mins I was on my way! Thank you guys for making my experience there amazing!!!

I went to pick up an order for one of my patients and it was so much easier and faster now that they bring it to your car in a new curbside delivery. Tallon brought it to me and I was in and out in less than 2 min! He was friendly as well

Simply too expensive. They gave me the wrong price when I picked up my equipment and then I got a huge bill. Do yourself a favor, check with your insurance company too see how much theyll cover (dont rely on these guys to give you the correct answer) and then do yourself another favor and shop around. Let me say it again; shop around. Do I sound angry? I am.

Scott Fowler is a phenomenal rehab sales representative for Norco. He worked tirelessly to find a wheelchair for my son that would address all of his needs. Scotts time commitment and dedicated effort helped ensure that my sons new wheelchair would be the right one for him. The outstanding product knowledge, professional competency, and excellent customer service that Scott provided us has definitely solidified our customer loyalty to Norco. Never have enough people to help the growing line. Even if you call things in, it takes forever to get assistance. Normally faster to find your own stuff, then wait to get to get help. Prices here are outrageous unless insurance is used to pay/help pay for the supplies needed.

Had to get a CPAP from them due to extreme apnea. I made my payments as they came in. I ended up not being able to afford the machine so I returned it to the store. At that time they told me I still owed $120. So I set up payment arrangements with them and paid it weekly until it was paid up. 6 months later I get a bill from them with a $800 balance! I called and talked to the financial lady and she said there were extra charges they didn’t know would occur (mind you I don’t even have the machine at the time) and I asked why they would tell me I was fine and had a 0 balance, and she was adamant I pay it.It’s now in collections and I don’t have a Machine! Don’t go there! They will rob you for all you have.

I wish I could give zero stars. My daughter had foot surgery and I went to Norco to get a wheelchair. The prescription said rollabout or wheelchair. The doctor told us my daughter would have trouble with a rollabout and that a wheelchair would be a better choice. There was a wait of about 15 minutes while the one person who could handle the application waited on another customer in the parking lot. I gave the woman the prescription and the Medicaid insurance information and was told that it might take all day to get the wheelchair approved by Medicaid and that she would call me when it was approved. Unfortunately it was Friday and my daughter was just coming out of surgery. I was told that someone from Norco would call as soon as they knew the insurance would pay for the wheelchair.Its now the following Thursday. No call from Norco. I called them and was told that they had been waiting, not for the insurance company, but for the chart notes from the doctor. The rollabout had been approved. I reminded them that the prescription said rollabout or wheelchair and was told that the chart notes only mentioned a rollabout and that trumps the prescription. They would need amended chart notes in order to get a wheelchair approved.Fortunately we found out last Friday that Mustard Seed will LOAN out wheelchairs and other assistance devices if they have them in stock. Weve been using the borrowed wheelchair since then and I was hoping to return it today after picking up the rental wheelchair from Norco.Apparently thats not happening. Well keep the Mustard Seed wheelchair until the doctor says we dont need it anymore. Norco can keep their wheelchair. My only other experience was with a CPAP I got there about a year ago. That experience was similar.BTW, my daughter had a doctors appointment this morning and she called as I was writing this review. The doctor said Norco has never requested any chart notes from him.CALL AROUND FIRST BEFORE GOING TO NORCO. NORCO IS A PLACE OF LAST RESORT.

Out of 5 orders thru norco, NONE were correct! One of the orders I waited 3 weeks and they STILL sent WRONG supplies. Truly Frustrated and am calling another supply store.

This particular location is not very timely. Every time we have an order here it takes twice as long as any other Norco facility we have used. 9 times out of 10 when we call this facility we do not get a response or a call back within the same week. My nephews medical plan has been delayed due to their lack of response.

I waited 30 minutes to be checked in, then another 25 minutes to be taken to my appointment. Not once did anyone acknowledge me or apologize for the wait. This is the last place on Earth you would want to go to. I saw a man with a broken leg stand for 15 minutes before he was helped or acknowledge. Horrible customer service

Very poorly run operation. Takes forever to get someone to help you. They spend a lot of time talking to each other without stopping to ask if you need something. You stand there, ignored, while four or five of them chit chat, 10-15 minutes, then you learn the person you need to talk to is not in the store, and when he will be back is unknown. They act like Government Bureaucrats. These people need training in how to operate a store serving the public.

Poor customer service and slow. The wait was very long with only one gentleman at the front register and several others sitting and desks trying to not make eye contact with customers. When I finally got helped i was informed my order was in but have to be help by one of the desk employees. After another wait the person helping me had no idea what i was waiting for, after looking up the order I was told there was nothing there for me yet. After everyone and their brother was on the same page that the order was in fact there they had no idea how to run my insurance. After 3 phone calls to insurance and to their corporate I finally got my order. What should have been a 10 minute ordeal turn in to a 2hr hassle. Even the automatic door was slow.

Called in to check on accessory parts for my CPAP. Four calls later, I called the Burley store and got an immediate answer. Wow Burley has better customer service than Twin Falls? Maybe management should look at staffing levels versus clients in Burley to make Twin Falls an option for the clients. Customer service is so bad doctors recommend CPAPNow to get equipment and supplies. I guess Norco is no longer the only source in Twin Falls for CPAP.
