Called a few places. Most didnt return my call and the two that did told me it was something completely opposite of the problem and couldnt help. Called Absolute and they knew exactly the area to look and what was wrong. Fixed the problem quickly as reasonable rates. I though I had problems with steering after they fixed the issue. They came out and met me on the side of the highway to diagnos. Everything was good and they said explained that since the issue I had was going on for so long(abs and other sensors) that my vehicle was just getting back to normal and I am not used to it yet. Great service and support. Will be back for everything else.

Just got my oil changed at this shop. Hopefully my car will continue to run properly, and from my experience so far, I have no doubt it will. I contacted Absolute Auto via email about servicing my car and unfortunately they didnt start work after 5pm, even though they are open till 6. So they emailed me back with other options and I decided to try and get it done over my work lunch hour, as I work nearby. When I arrived at 12, they knew I was coming and had a mechanic ready and waiting because they knew I was squeezing it in during my lunch, so that was cool. The people were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, and the waiting area is quite nice as well, not some tiny room with 2 chairs like most shops (see photos). As long as my car doesnt have any issues because of the oil change, I will definitely be using this place for future work.

Brought car in due to sounds coming from pressing brake pedal. Feared the worst (total replacement/big expense). Absolute Auto was able to diagnose issue and isolate replacement parts. Big relief to me. Also gave me information on life of remaining brakes to keep me more informed on when they will need replaced. Bringing both my cars here from now on!

Absolute Auto replaced a ball joint on my 2009 Ford Edge last year. After some additional wear and tear, a stabilizer bar came loose and there was a small leak. These guys made some adjustments, tightened everything down, and had it back in a day. At no additional cost. They really stand behind their work. Honest and Affordable. I highly recommend Absolute Auto.

Went for the first time today as I am new to the area. I took my car in for oil change and the engine light on. The owner explained that I needed a new Toyota gas cap so he could reset. I came back with the new gas cap and he quickly updated and reset. I was very impressed by his honesty and fair price. I highly recommend this place and I will come back for next service. I am sorry I didn’t get the owners name.

I’m a new customer here and I’ve gone twice for a couple of issues with my Jeep. I can say hands down this is the best auto mechanic I’ve ever worked with. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and above all honest. They do a great job getting to the resolution quickly and don’t charge you much. Great service, reasonably priced and honest, which is the most important part. Took my car to get a repair that turned out was one of many problems that made the car not worth fixing. Instead of fixing what I asked to be fixed and charging me for something that ultimately wouldnt have made my car safe to drive, they told me about all the other issues and didnt charge me anything for the advice. Very good people.

I had a wheel bearing go bad while visiting family from out of town. Luckily, Absolute Auto Service Center got me in fast on New Years eve morning and installed a new wheel bearing assembly in my car quickly and correctly.Part prices were standard (same day auto parts store prices, not ebay pay and wait prices) and their shop rates were below dealership rates. Staff was exceedingly friendly.

Excellent service!!! Took wonderful care of my mother in laws Ford Escape when she was away from home. Found the real problem and offered a fair price to repair. Also did a 24 point check over that was spot on. I have spent almost 25 years in a Ford Dealer in sales or service. I know this vehicle inside and out. EVERYTHING on the checklist was accurate. No made up repairs needed. No unnecessary services offered. It is nice to know there are still people like this out there.

I took in my 350Z to get an oil change and have them look over my car to see if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed since it wasnt driven in the winter. They took care of my car promptly and were straight forward of what kind of care my care needed, and didnt need for that matter. Having moved from Illinois and my trusted mechanic three years ago, it was important to find a mechanic and Absolute was able to step up and fill that spot. I recommend them for any service that you would need on your vehicle.

Advanced is awesome! I needed a repair asap and did not have time to call them before the weekend. I dropped off my vehicle and left the key in the drop box and told them what was wrong. I had a phone call about the cost within a half day on Monday and had my repaired vehicle back by midday Tuesday. I would recommend them to anyone!

I took my Toyotas and old Ford escape there. They were VERY up front and honest in telling me what needed done and what would be a waste of money. Did quality repairs and even helped me catch Frankies charging me for an $800 rear brake job in which they didnt put the new calipers on that the charged me for!Very respectable business and I recommend to whoever whats quality work done (not patch, crap work).

Had them put in a new starter back in Jan; in April it went bad. They told me bring it back in and they would take care of it...they changed it out for a new one in less than 2 hours and had me on my way. Never going anywhere else!!

I use Absolute Auto exclusively when I need anything done to my cars. Like with most cars, the older they get the more problems I have. The team at Absolute Auto has serviced a car of mine probably a dozen times in the past two years. Everything from oil changes, tires, to bigger problems like alternators and other engine issues.The best part about them is the openness and honesty. For example, I have a VW that had air conditioning problems (a pretty fast leak) for a couple of years and other repair shops gave me the runaround, including the place I bought it which involved a warranty issue. I took it to Joe at Absolute Auto and he was frank with me. I had to replace the unit and it was going to be expensive -- really expensive. I didnt do the work right away because it wasnt worth the money to me at the time, but the more I thought about it the more I knew it had to get done. I took it back to him this summer, ready to repair it and he offered me another option. Joe basically said there was a new(ish) air con charge that had a sealant in it he had used recently in his wifes car. (Now I had been told this by another repair center who supposedly used it once in the car Im talking about, with no luck). However, Joe assured me that it worked great for him and it might save me the repair work.We were going through three or four air-con charges a summer, which was worth it because the repair was A LOT. So I said lets do the sealant charge. Sure enough, it worked like a charm. Its still blowing cold air after four months this spring/summer. It saved me quite a bit of money. Ill always appreciate the honesty.If youre in Twinsburg and need a repair, these guys are great. They work on every model too and honor third party warranties (as its been my experience -- you should double check with them though!) I cant thank them enough for keeping my car on the road.
