If you want unreliable service and higher prices in your vending machine, call this guy. He works when he wants to and doesnt listen to the concerns of his clients. He seems to be too cheap and stingy to hire service to fix his machines and raises prices by a certain amount so that the machine doesnt run out of nickels. How he stays in business is beyond me. Unfortunately our companys vending machine was sold to this owner-operator. He slacks on filling the machine and slacks on calling for service to the machine that has ten rows not working. We had to demonstrate to him that the machine does not dispense snacks with OUR own money in order for him to believe that it doesnt work. For a whole month he would just open the door, jiggle the columns and say oh sometimes you just have to mess with them, theyre not actually broken. We had to make a long list of columns not to press for weeks until he caved and finally called someone to fix the machine.He is scheduled to come on a certain day every other week and half the time does not show and you need to call him and ask why. The excuse is always something ridiculous like, I was letting the machine go to see how much you guys buy when youve already told him how frequently he needs to come or I went to a concert, Ill be there next morning.You have one job and that is to fill the machine every week and make sure it works properly. For over 30 years in the business you would think he would know better or have developed some kind of work ethic by now. He even asked for a key fob to be able to come and go as he pleases - our company has never allowed ANYONE a key fob that does not work for us.Our previous vending service always filled the machine and always called for service - not sure why this guy cant do his ONE job correctly. Avoid at ALL costs.

Excellent service by a regular Joe who works hard to please customers of what I understand is his own private business. Machines dont sit empty. Quality products and cool candy (even in the summer -- the chocolate is fresh, not melted ... impressive!) Thanks, EVS.

Dan is a great guy who provides great customer service. I can honestly say, Elite Vending has exceeded my expectations.

Todays pop expiration date: December 17th, 2018. Cant even stock with fresh product.
