I had an appointment for a flooring estimate with Kim for Monday October 18 at 11AM and she was a No Call/ No Show. She had my cell number and didn’t have the common courtesy to call me to inform me as to why she couldn’t keep her appointment. TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL business practices

They never called back, even after coming over for a flooring quote. That’s poor business. Would not recommend.

We would like to share our experience with the service from Carpet Country.When we visited the store, the sales guy was very helpful and provide us with the quote very quickly.Placing the order was painless and the delivery was on time.Unfortunately, the tile we got had too much of the pattern variation from the showroom and we were not happy with it.Mike (the owner) was very understanding of our issue and immediately solved it by accepting the tile back. The next morning delivery guys came to pick tile up, they were very friendly and helpful.I don’t remember last time I had this type of the service.

Pleasantly surprised by the staff. Their friendly and knowledgeable attitude made us feel at ease. There was no rush or pressure in their approach. All they seemed to care about is if we had what we needed and if we were happy with it.

Nice selection, but I took the day off work to get errands done and planned my whole day around a carpet measure midday. When he was 20 minutes late, I called to see what was going on and they said he was working with another customer, apparently who he thought was more important than me. He would have been at my house well over an hour late without even letting me know.

Wow - I guess they just didn’t want my business. We made a special trip to look at hardwood floor because they carried both brands we were looking for and we could made to feel more not unwelcome in the showroom. After they showed us where the flooring was we were left on our own the entire time. We had to ask for help. We explained what we were looking for and the one man spent about 2 minutes talking telling us about floor types. After we picked out a few different samples we asked for pricing and from his desk he yelled over a few prices. Never asked if we wanted samples, never asked if we needed anything else. We gathered our kids (who sat quietly on the floor playing the entire time) and walked out. Not a thank you from them. Not a have a nice day. Nothing. I’m not sure if it was because of the timing or the fact we said we only wanted material and not installation but worst customer experience ever! And here I was about to purchase 2,000 sq. ft of hardwood for my first floor and come back next year for more flooring for my basement next year. I like to shops local but this place will NEVER see my business.

Carpet Country was great they installed laminate wood flooring and carpeting throughout the rest of our home. They were reasonable in price, great product line, reliable and on time.
