Great experience with this store! got the order out quick and the product was fresh. they even waived the delivery fee as i didnt place my order in time for same day delivery. will definitely patronize them again.

Said it was delivered on the phone when you press 1 however we never got it. check the website Status:Arranging Your Order Now i called at 12pm an was told they was down a diver however it was going to go out today and it didnt i called before they close an no answer the phone. i use to work for Edible Arrangements and this isnt how it should be handle at all and to top it off i order it on the 7th for the 10th you guys had enough time to get the orders out you also can use door dash to send the orders out if u dont have drivers. i hope someone can give me a call back this isnt okay

Giving 2 stars only because the young lady that took my order two days before I picked it up was a sweetheart. Picked up today and arrangement was messy, falling of the sticks, spongy strawberries and old pineapple. Embarrassed to even give it away as a gift!

Placed an order online for my Moms Birthday 9/5.....THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT! Did not call, did not show and didnt even answer the phone the next day during normal business hours. I have yet to be refunded and My Mom never got her birthday gift. BEYOND UPSET! I ordered these all the time for various occasions......NEVER AGAIN THIS LOCATION HAS RUINED IT FOR ME!😡

Horrible customer services. Website says open at 9am. Walk in just after and takes several minutes for anyone to come up or greet me. Music blaring from the back. I was told they don’t actually open until 10. I asked if I could get something same day or I’d they would have pre made items I could chose from. I was told to get online and my order could be ready in an hour. So I ordered online, chose the 10:30am pick up time giving them over an hour to make it. Arrived a little after 10:30 to be told that I could wait 30 more minutes for it (they hadn’t even started it). They told me “we had something going on.” I asked them to just cancel the order and refund me and then was told I would have the refund in 2-3 days. No contact information to notify a manager anywhere. No attempt to really make it better other than to refund my money which I would expect. They should have refunded my money and delivered it same day.

Ordered Father’s Day mixed box with strawberries & cookies.... ordered a week ago.... not ready!??? Gave me excuse that their driver took them, but would not let me wait for driver to return with them...because it was a lie. Answered phone twice & changed a garbage bag before even making mine. Cookies were tiny little things... not like picture of course. Only said a sarcastic sorry when he handed box to me. Never again.... bad experiences here before, but this was the last time!!!!! Do not shop here.

Terrible experience. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, to the best of my knowledge, it never was. The tracking info provided has 0 updates. No one will answer the phone. Worst experience ever - and I’ve had plenty of great experiences with other branches of this company. What a shame.

Just received my Mothers Day gift from my son. Supposed to be a dozen strawberries dipped in chocolate. Only received 11 - the twelfth paper cup had the remnants of the chocolate dip, but no strawberry. Seems liked someone there helped themselves to it before they sealed the box. Pretty nasty!

Worst customer service ever. Was put on hold 3 times hung up 3 times just to find out from the canton location that apparently this location had my delivery out apparently there was a car accident with the driver and my item was ruined. If that happened 1 i could have been called n told that 2 they could have notified me that when i called the 1st 3 times i called. Canton location highly recommended! Ashley was great! Not to mention im on California time so i was taking my time out to call during east coast hours.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I spent $160.00 for a valentines gift and it was never delivered and I could not get the store to answer a phone call. I called for 3 hours over 20 times. I would say terrible customer service but there was no service at all. Ruined my Valentines day. Do not trust this location.

Just received small arrangement and Im very disappointed all strawberries white and pink chocolate strw.are old, orange is dry, had to through away most of it

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered 2 days beforehand- plenty of time, not a last minute order by any means. 4:30 I get a text saying it arrived. The arrangement was delivered out of the trunk of a car, NOT a refrigerated van as stated. Pieces were broken and the chocolate was sweating off. Fruit is slimy.So disappointed. On top of it, corporate cannot get ahold of the store. The phones are disconnected or something. I called the Stow store and they were so much better- will be going to them from now on.Awful, don’t waste your money.

My husband originally ordered from the Lyndhurst location for Mother’s Day and I never received it. Him and I were pushed around when it came to a solution. Lyndhurst employees were unprofessional and unorganized. The store phone had a busy signal for days. There were hundreds of complaints this week from that particular location. I asked my order be transferred to the Twinsburg location for these reasons. They never transferred my order, but Twinsburg went out of their way to make my order and add a few extras for the inconvenience. They didn’t have to do so as it was not their fault or store. The kindest lady had my order ready for pickup within a hour. I just want to say thank you to the twinsburg’s location employees. Your kindness was beyond appreciated!!Rachel LeMarr-Scott

I made the order last night, and called them at 1030 this morning to set if they could get it delivered by 200pm, it was still being made at that time. I received delivery confirmation at 1120am. I appreciate the speed and customer service given by this store!

I would give a lower score if it was possible. I ordered my arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries, pineapple, grapes, teddy bear and some birthday chocolate thing for my mother to be delivered as a surprise at work on her birthday. She had no idea and loves chocolate covered strawberries. When they arrived she sent me a picture and not a single strawberry was dipped in chocolate. I called the store and a gentleman answered the phone and instantly didnt care. He offered to refund me some money for the chocolate but all I wanted was for my Mom to have chocolate covered strawberries on her birthday. He finally said he would remake it and send it to her and I told him that she was off work at 4 p.m. Well 4 P.M. comes around and still nothing was delivered to my mother. I called the store again and instantly got an attitude because the driver said the place she works at was open until 5. At this point I was livid I specifically told the gentleman they she worked until 4. Some manager then took over the phone number and explained that it wasnt relayed that she was off at 4 like that is my problem. There was no need for her to explain that her employees are too incompetent to communicate what the customer told them. You made a bad situation into a horrible situation and I received was attitude from the employees. They did refund part of my money but I didnt care about the money I just wanted my Mom to not have to stay late on her birthday to get the order that was supposed to arrive the first time. I will never use this company again and everyone of my clients will know about this.

Excellent way to send a pick me up to a co-worker. Good selection or products, lots of offers, and easy to order and have delivered.

Delivered a day late and not fresh, but said they will deliver a fresh one for my Mothers birthday. They had the wrong address. AGAIN! The fruit finally arrived fresh. There is something wrong with this location. They still have the wrong address. I will not order from them again.

Pretty slow, not enough workers to wait on customers

Ordered 4 days in advance for a birthday delivered to a school. Day of delivery I called to make sure they knew that it was a school and it closed a little after 3pm. Sure enough, when the recipient left work, the delivery was still not there. The ONLY reason I do not give this just one star is that they offered a full refund. The driver apparently did deliver the gift as the last person from the school was leaving and was very rude to her. This is not the first time theyve messed up an order.Will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again.

We received a fruit arrangement on Friday and by saturday the fruit smelled and was bad.I thought about using this service before and this is the first time I received one.I called today to find out how long the fruit should last and was told they cut it fresh and should last 2-3 days. Well it only lasted 1 day and I assume that the fruit was just too ripe when they cut it.Unfortunately they never asked my name or if they could do anything.... considering I just received it on friday from this store they should of asked.I own a business and do not consider this good business etiquette.I will never use this company for anything.
