I purchased a dining table and chairs quite a few months ago. Jim spent a crazy amount of time with me trying to find the perfect set for my space. The young men that delivered the set to me were professional and kind as well. I will definitely be revisiting for a mattress set soon. I highly recommend Jim and Bedrooms Today !!

The gentlemen who work there are very kind and helpful. We got a beautiful bed frame and a very comfortable mattress, as well as a comfy sofa. They have a nice selection of beds, living room furniture, and dining room sets. Prices are reasonable.

So glad I stumbled upon this store in twinsburg. Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price and cheapest delivery around. Great service too. Ill definitely be back for my next mattress, couch, or bedroom set purchase. I only wish I wouldve found this place sooner!

I purchased a new mattress and springs. Im not even sure whether I got the one I selected. Im disappointed in the quality of the product. When I called, I was told there is no satisfaction warranty. So I pretty much have to eat it. This store goes on my Never again list!

After decades of sleeping on firm inner spring mattresses, I finally needed a change. Increasingly, I found myself waking with an aching lower back, hips and shoulders. I had heard that memory foam might be the answer, but was unsure about how to decide on the next step, as there are so many types, and each style seems to have a wide variety of reviews. I went to Bedrooms Today at a friend’s recommendation, and wasn’t disappointed! Rich guided me to several “hybrid” style mattresses. Each one had a different feel, and I knew immediately after trying them which one to choose. Now, after three weeks of sleeping on my new mattress, I can safely say that it was one of the best investments I’ve ever made! No more aching back and joints in the morning, and it is oh-so-comfortable! I’d highly recommend Bedrooms Today for their expertise in mattresses and their professional staff!

Not easy to find or look at from the outside. However, the sales people were willing to wheel and deal and the selection is excellent!! Dont miss this store if youre shopping for furniture!

This place does not look like much from the outside but when you get inside you will be pleasantly surprised. I did not give 5 stars because I did not buy from here but I was impressed with the knowledge presented to me by the salesman and the fact that by no means was he pushing on the sale. Next time Im looking to buy furniture I will most definitely come back to look and perhaps buy.

I bought a new mattress and spring set. It was shorter than a normal mattress and I am not really happy with it. I dont know if I even got the one that I ordered.

Weve bought our bedroom set and living room set from here and are very pleased with the quality and affordability of the furnitire. We never felt pressured to buy and the selection is good.

Went today to purchase a lovely sofa ...Dominic at the Twinsburg store bent over backwards to accomodate our uncertain delivery needs (waiting on house closing). He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, courteous..everything you look for in a sales associate. I will continue to patronize this store.

I recently purchased two bedroom sets from Bedrooms Today in Twinsburg. Rich was a very easy going and knowledgable person. He was able to beat an online retail store price. Both the sale end and delivery end were done professionally. We canceled a partial order and later repurchased it over the phone, both went smoothly. One queen mattress delivered was narrower than normal. Rich and his crew took the problem seriously, came to confirm the width and replaced the mattress in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Was lied to multiple times. Was mislead a few years back as to what all is included in my purchase. Now they had my 70 year old dad believing that a sofa was real leather and the moment they saw me and knew I will figure out the truth they started singing a different tune and saying its leatheree.

Our overall experience at Bedrooms Today was awesome for my Wife and I. Both Eddie and Jim were extremely knowledgeable, and helpful with our new homes furniture selection. They both made our shoping experience there free of preasure, and pleasant. We even referred our Daughter along with other family members and friends to visit the Twinsburg store. Very tight, but a lot to look at.

Dont be fooled by how the outside looks. They dont have a fancy showroom. But the inventory is good quality. If they dont have something specific you want they will order it for you. Ive purchased two items from them and have been very happy. Delivery is free, the guys directly work for them, they dont hire outside contractors to do their deliveries. The sales staff treat you like family. No high pressure sales staff bothering you.
