My package was loaded at this facility this morning. Package said Out For Delivery Today at 10:43 am the driver pulls up in front of my house, sets a package on his drivers seat, writes on it with pen or marker, sits back down, texts on his phone for a second, and then drives off! I immediately checked the tracking info and he claims he ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, NO ONE HOME OR BUSINESS CLOSED. Really?! I sat here at my front door and watched him, he NEVER got out of the truck! I wish I had recorded him but I truly thought he would get out and walk it up to my porch! And it seems this is not an isolated incident! Google this and you will find countless complaints about this happening! UNACCEPTABLE!
ABSOLUTE WORST !!!!!! They have the LAZIEST WORKERS.. My package sat for a WEEK !!!!!!!! This isn’t Uncomment. It’s happened Multiple. They are ridiculous.They also Man Handled two TV’s and I had to get both replaced! Never again!
They do everything possible to do the least amount of work to help you. I had to wait to get more information from Amazon, before I could return a package. I watched other customerw come in and be met with the same attitude and lack of desire to help beyond the bare minimum. I will drive an extra 25 minutes out of my way to avoid this location. If you do decide to go in, dont worry about being polite and courteous because the older woman that works there is not.

Kyle was extremely helpful with printing a banner for my work place. Had some issues with the PDF that I submitted and Kyle was awesome in helping me get it all sorted out. Will definitely be back for any other similar work related projects in the future.
Was very unhelpful I was clearly not sure about my shipping and neither of the women behind the counter were willing to help! When asked a question I was blown off and ignored.
Ive been to the Twinsburg FedEx store dozens of times and never had any problems. They always did a nice job. I went today on 12/21/19 at 3:00 and the girl working there had a HORRIBLE attitude. I actually took my package back and went to the UPS store. Hopefully the store manager monitors these posts and re-trains this person on proper customer service. She is costing you businsess. No need to give attitude to a customer for sending a simple package.

Matt is the best manager ever. I called the 1800 number and needed to speak to a manager at the shipment facility and was told they didn’t have a phone in the warehouse. Called Matt and explained what was going on and he gave me the number and I got in contact with someone immediately.
