Since most of my descriptions of issues are over the phone, this peace of mind is priceless. Paul is easy to talk to and is always willing to give detailed reports when asked. Personnel are great, just having a problem getting my 2017 trax check engine light figured out. Either comes on, then goes off after a day or two. Same information for code reader. Dont know what to do, besides keep bringing it back.

Do not take your GM vehicle to this place for service. Find a local mechanic and you will get two things:1) lower cost2) actual warrantyI was VERY surprised to find out that the repair work on a vehicle that is done after it is out of warranty is not covered. After almost losing my life because of faulty work done by this dealership and they refusing to re-repair the problem correctly I decided to make sure to tell everyone about this and make it known what kind of scam artists these people are.DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH KRAJNIK CHEVROLET!!!!!
