I purchased a 4 in cowl hood for my 67 Chevy El Camino. It cam from Texas. I live in Orange, California. It arrived in 4 days via freight! I waited to put it on as I had heard others talk, saying, The hoods they have purchased in the past needed a lot of Fitment and it took a while to square it up. Well, I dont know where they bought their hoods, but it couldnt have been a Harwood! I had my metal hood off and the Harwood on in about 15 minutes!!!! The Harwood had all new hardware/fasteners already in place. And it fit like a glove. After everybody walked around the car checking it out, I was on the road. It was 20lbs lighter, easily, and was solid as a rock. I couldnt be happier!

9 inches means 7 1/4 to these people, so either dont own a tape measure or thats what they tell their GFs 9 inches is.. Now I have to wait another week for a correct size part..
