I went to BMW to drop off my mother in laws car to get serviced. We went to the used car lot to see what they had because she was wanting to trade her car in for a small suv, and didnt want anything new. Next thing you know, I was getting a GMC Denali for myself. Blake and Travis were great and the entire process was smooth. It was the best and easiest car buying experience of my life.
The most helpful, best service, overall car buying experience ever . They do not let you leave unless are satisfied and taken care of in every way. I don’t often leave reviews, but my experience with BMW of Tyler definitely merits one. Not only did they fix the cars mystery problem, it was done timely and reasonably priced. My repair took several days, and Patrick Allen in the service department arranged a loaner car and kept me in the loop the whole time. Very atypical of most dealership experiences, I cannot recommend them enough.
To begin, our service writer, Jennifer, is so very professional, friendly, and efficient. Each time I have ever dealt with BMW, Jennifer facilitates the appointments and works diligently to ensure that a loaner car is available. On one occasion, she even arranged for my car to be picked up from my place of employment (45 minutes from the dealership) and brought back upon completion. I have never had a recurring issue after a service repair was completed. I am a BMW of Tyler customer for life.

Will say great service. Disappointed we had to have my moms car towed in.a 328i with 70k miles car is 10 years old and its having sensor problems that involve the camshaft, and as always with these types of cars it will cost 3k for 2 sensors and recalibration...🤦🏻♀️

I recently had trouble with my remote key. I called them, was told to come in when I could, and when I arrived I was immediately taken care of. Over the years, I have had my fair share of nice vehicles. The level of service I have received from Jennifer, as well as the rest of the staff at BMW Tyler, in my opinion, is unparalleled! I am fully aware that purchasing, and maintaining a foreign luxury sedan does not come cheap. However, after 2 cars, and over 7 years of ownership, they have become very dear friends. I honestly doubt I will ever own anything else but BMW.
We experienced a minor problem with our BMW x7 gas tank filler door. The door would not open. Tyler BMW staff were excellent. They welcomed us, listened to our complaint, and then escorted us to an outstanding waiting area while they troubleshot and repaired our problem. Our outstanding BMW warranty covered all costs. We are very impressed with all phases of Tyler BMW customer service including sales, service, and administrative assistance. We also used BMW’s world wide concierge service during this issue which was equally outstanding.

I have never liked the car buying experience because of the stereotypical car salesman and finance person experiences in the past. However, Blake and Savanah made this such a pleasant experience! They kept everything open and honest through the whole negotiation.
BMW of Tyler is great! Jim Teeter has a great crew working for him. I dont know of many dealerships today where the owner comes to you and personally works out the deal. Bob Murray and Blake Huffman along with Mr. Teeter bent over backwards to do everything they could to get a deal we could all agree on and get me in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. They have lots of nice vehicles in their pre-owned lot not just BMWs. If youre in need of another vehicle go see the guys and gals at BMW of Tyler.

This is a small dealer compared with others in the DFW area. But they operate like a family business. We worked with TR, the salesperson to order a new X3. The offered me a great price. So even though we have to drive 1.5 hours from Dallas to Tyler to pick up the car, the saving is worth it. When we arrived, the car was all ready to go and parked right in front for us. TR provided excellent service throughout the process. Being such a small dealer, the owner came over and thanked us for the business.

After deciding on the car we wanted. It took several hours to close the deal. Staff was very friendly. Wish I could have gotten a travel coffee cup to go with the car. I guess the baseball hat and hot wheel car was a lot. But all in all I’m very happy with my car.
The absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a service department. Ive been lying to, avoided, and given nothing but excuses. Wouldnt recommend under any circumstance and will be going elsewhere for all of my service needs from this point forward.

I was an out of town buyer and he sent effective videos & pictures for me to gather a good impression of the SUV. When I arrived his hospitality to my family and me was remarkable. The bavk office closing agent was very nice and detailed as well! If I ever want to purchase a BMW in thr future I would consider returning to BMW of Tyler!

I bought a 2016 BMW M5 from Blake 1 months ago. After having the car delivered no one will answer my calls. I still haven’t received my paperwork, second key, or my plates. I have been trying to reach the sales manager for 1 week now with no luck. They keep sending me to voice male. Someone today picked up my call for my information. And sent me to voicemail which automatically hung up. worst car buying experience ever. I would not buy from them again.
Worst experience, ever! No integrity when it comes to used care appraisals for trade-in. We wanted to stay local but took our business out of town to get the service and respect we deserve!We were told that the owner would call us but he did NOT call as expected. We gave this dealership every opportunity to make it right but they did not. Very disappointing business practices, indeed.
Let’s talk service department. Can we all agree that none of us wake up in the morning saying “Man.... I hope my check engine light comes in today!!”...... but.... when it does it’s nice to know there is a place to go that will not jerk you around.My 550i needed some work and twice I have been to BMW Tyler and both times i was treated amazing. ASK FOR JENNIFER! I have never had a service advisor stay in touch, keep me posted and make sure I knew what was going on as much as she did. Even to the point of messaging me back after hours when I had sent a question that I expected to be answered the next morning!Nobody likes to have to have their car serviced but when it’s your turn go see Jennifer and you will be treated extremely awesome!

Came in today to have an airbag recall on my 2003 325I. Was given a loaner car which was very very nice. When we came back to drop loaner off I was surprised to see the dealership washed and detailed my car. Very impressed with the staff. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.

I had my vehicle serviced back in October, but only remembered that Id yet to leave a review when I received a Thank you! card from the BMW of Tyler in the mail over the holidays.Look, basically it wouldnt be anything short of a lie to say that I wasnt impressed with their business and customer service!They not only supplied me with a loaner vehicle to use while a recall - not related to my service issue - was being addressed, but they quoted me a rather decent price on the parts and service and had my vehicle inspected, fixed, tested and cleaned all before I had a chance to go racing in the nice, new loaner vehicle that they gave me (kidding!)But honestly, coming from someone who has experienced the automotive industry firsthand, I can confidently say that my experience with the BMW of Tyler was one of the better customer service interactions that Ive had!Thank you BMW of Tyler for making my BMW as old as I am purr like shes fresh off the showroom floor!

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a service department. I had my car towed in for battery problems. I had it dropped of early in the morning. I had to call twice just so they could tell me what was wrong. I finally had someone call me back but was not the service manager like I asked. Seems like he was to busy to return my calls. I finally was told I needed a new water pump and a new battery. Still wanted to know what was causing the problem. Again I asked for the service manager to call me back but never did hear from him. I was finally charged a diagnostic fee of 155.00 and my paperwork said needs new water pump and battery. I had my car towed back home only to find bolts and nuts Missing from my battery. Still no service manager even bothered to call me back. If I would have known this I would have never taken my BMW there. Wouldnt recommend under any circumstance and will be going elsewhere for all of my service

Bought a used vehicle from BMW of Tyler on 6/22/20. Jeff Davison was our sales rep. This was a great experience from start to finish. I called about a used Yukon listed for sale online and asked Jeff some questions about it and he was able to answer them within a few minutes. We test drove the vehicle, loved it and ended up buying it. Jeff never pressured us, answered all our questions and was very friendly. Would not honor or own breaking where the hose connects to the coolant reservoir. Car Wasn’t leaking a drop of coolant till the day after getting it back. And they supposedly did a full diagnostics

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENTTL;DR: The service department returned my vehicle in a dangerous state to drive resulting in me paying for unnecessary tires, and insisted everything was fine.This review is for their service department. I hit a nasty pothole in my 3-series that effectively shut my car down and slashed two of my tires. BMW told me they would take the two wheels off and send them to discount tire for them to replace. I got my car back and it didnt seem to be driving correctly so I called the service department and they insisted everything was fine. Turns out they took off the wrong two tires and returned my car to me with the same slashed tires. I then had to buy two new tires for the slashed tires. I had to pay hundreds of dollars for FOUR new tires when I only needed TWO. They returned my vehicle in a condition that is NOT meant to be driven. No one bothered to check that the main issues with my car were resolved. How did this even happen? How is that okay? This services negligence put me in severe danger. Shame on this service department.

Wonderful experience. Came from NY and our BMW had a long trip. It’s our first so we don’t know everything yet. Went to get an oil change and they said it wasn’t needed and don’t want to charge for something we don’t need. Filled it with a quart of oil and washed it for $11 and gave a list of recommended services, all reasonable. Jennifer was great. We went to Keeler BMW in Latham NY and was not as friendly or nice. Also nice waiting area and beverages, very clean.
