And thats saying something because Peltier Nissan in Tyler ranks at the very top of my list of pleasant service experiences. She provided very timely updates on the progress and process and even went over the confirmation steps to visually approve the services before I left. Check-up and oil change performed. recommended tire alignment on rear tires, i asked how much? quoted $149.95, I thought this was extremely high, so called a garage in Palestine and was told their price for alignment on ALL 4 tires was $79.95!!!!!!! you need to lower prices for me to have ANY `services done at your Tyler,Tx. location.
I had a great experience. Jordan (I think was what her name was) was very friendly and the technicians were quick and thorough. Plus the complementary wash that was included was better than it has been in the past. So great job!

Nissan service is where i go for the maintenance package oil change/tire rotation that i bought as an add on purchase when i got my 2019 Titan XD. To know the regular maintenance will always be taken care of until my note is paid helps me to get regular oil changes, instead of pushing it back, as i used to do. They were a lot more crowded in mid-September than I wouldve preferred, but i wont complain as the service was exceptional.
They never answer the phone. I guess they dont want to stay in business.
If you’re in Longview, make that drive to Tyler so you don’t have to deal with Patterson! Peltier is the BEST!
I had my 2019 Altma towed there after being broke down in Palestine in front of a gas pump. I have my text messages from my advisor telling me after they charged the battery it was fine but they kept my car for three days because the battery had not been charging right for a long time. No one could answer me when I asked what was draining the battery? I asked for the service manager to call me. Steve never did. When I called and finally got to ask him he said he had seen all my messages to call me. Then said nothings wrong with the car and to call Nissan road asst if I break down again. Don’t think a 2019 with 25000 miles not turning over and the dash lights going crazy is a fluke but no one there can return a call or explain. Just said tow it again if it does it again. Never been treated so disrespectful and take days without a car to tell me nothings wrong with it.
The service advisor was absolutely great! She took care of my requests and needs. She was very pleasant and friendly. She knew her job quiet well. The service guy did a great job letting me know exactly what needed to be done to my car and even found the underneath cover missing several screws. I’m really thankful for that. His video was great! The whole service department was very tentative to me by asking if I needed anything or if they could help me while I was waiting for my service advice to get back to me. I’m very impressed with your service department! Excellent job!
I only return to Peltier Nissan for oil change services until I am able to get rid of the car. I will not purchase another vehicle here. They have robbed me of thousands of dollars with no solution to the initial problem. My car has become a lemon due to them.

Felt pressured, rushed and bombarded with maintenance suggestions that supposedly needed to be performed on my vehicle! Went in for simple oil change. Walked out paying 259.00 for services I probably didn’t need and suggestions for another 600.09 worth!

My ac wasnt working. After being checked out,it was a compressor. Thank God for our extended warranty. I only had to pay my deductible and it was fixed. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car. The ac is working better than it was when we first got it,and they cleaned the car also!!!
It was an excellent experience for being my first time. Everyone was polite and courteous. Charity Tant was the sweetest and I loved her customer service. She made sure I was comfortable and making sure that I was ok while waiting on my oil change. She let me know of all the services that was available. And she also went out her way to make me feel comfortable and important as a customer. That really made my day and her smile is contagious. On my future services I would like to have her as my customer service rep if she is available.
We had an exceptional experience. Both Chris and Marc were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We have already recommended both of them and Peltier Nissan to several friends. We intend to keep our Nissan for a long time, but whatever we buy next will definitely be from Peltier Nissan.

These people played me 3 times. I wanted to get my AC fixed and they told me it was $2900! Plus they charged me $199 for a diagnosis when I called up there they said it was only $189. And the other times they said I needed some fluids in my car, I went to go buy it at auto parts and told them to help me and they said it was already full😤. I would not recommend this place to nobody, they just try to squeeze money out of you and its not right! Terrible place.

This place is too pushy. I didn’t want my credit ran and they just kept pushing. Went down the road and got what I wanted.
Wish I could have seen a statement of the Nissan Financing options. I received only the one offer from BBVA Compass Bank. I already finance from Nissan and would have like to have a printed offer. Right now they are advertising low interest rates. I believe that the finance department didnt give me anything in writing and their word was right now they are like 4.9%. This didnt sit right with me later as a commercial was advertising much lower than that. I have good credit and as such would have preferred a print out of the rates available. The staff was friendly and courteous with a clean facility and I definitely trust them to do the service work.
I purchased a car from these shady individuals and now regret it. I purchased the service contract and before it was up the car was totaled. They immediately tried to sell me a car using the remainder of the service contract, but when I looked at the numbers- it was NOT included. I decided to purchase another vehicle from a MORE reputable dealer and requested a refund from Peltier. They have not returned calls or mailed the check regardless of receiving a certified proof of payoff, and odometer statement. I would recommend avoiding Peltier and their affiliates.
The service department is very slow. However Leslie was fantastic as a service advisor she is spot on, very pleasant and helpful!!!!!! They have greatly improved ☺️

The service provider was very polite. The building and the cars look nice.... But thats the end of the good. Personally, I will never own another Nissan. Most stuff requires the dealership to fix (expensive) when every other car Ive owned Ive been able to repair myself.

Came looking for a car and was greeted by a younger salesman. The young man reeked of marijuana and used profanity in almost every sentence! Very unprofessional and overall just a turn off for my family. We went down the street to Patterson however and a gentleman named Clay got us in a car ASAP with no hassle and best of all- no marijuana stinch!

I bought my Nissan Titan two years ago and have accumulated many miles due to work. I have come here for every service and a few minor warranty fixes (nothing mechanical) just normal wear and tear. The shop is always on top of everything. Amber, Erica, and Steve And the rest of the team always greet me with a smile, and Amber has always done a fantastic job of letting me know when parts come in if they don’t have them as well as informing what is going on throughout the process. I would 10/10 recommend these guys for any service needed.

Update: THEY DID NOT CALL MY HUSBAND! I let him know that they responded to the review so he called and asked why they said they offered a rental knowing good and well they had no intentions of giving a rental since he has to be in West Texas. This issue was not resolved.Let me start by saying sales was amazing! The process of buying our Nissan Titan was easy and fast. Now let me say what the one star is for. I will never I repeat never use the service department at this location again. I scheduled an appointment well in advance for my husbands truck that we just bought a couple months ago. The passenger front window will not roll down! Its covered under warranty! I scheduled that appointment for them to fix it when he came in for days off. They knew he only had a few days at home. We dropped it off Saturday they said it was an exposed wire and they fixed it the window was operational but then we got a text saying that it needed an alignment and a new air filter so we agreed to that. They told us we could pick up the truck Tuesday. We went to pick up the truck and we were leaving Tyler when he noticed that the window will still not roll down. We live over an hour away from this location. I called back up there and told them that the window was still broke and the way the guy talked to me was as if we did something wrong. He told me that the window did get fixed he didnt know what happened in between the time of them fixing it and us taking it. I can tell you it was not fixed now the whole panel will not work on that door. The window will not roll down you cannot lock the doors on that side. they wanted us to turn around and bring the vehicle back and drop it off again knowing that my husband had to leave early the next morning. But yet supposedly they got the work done that required us paying money (the air filter in the alignment). I will never use the service department again!!!! Oh and the free car wash and vacuum is a joke. There was dirt still on the windows stuff was moved around in the truck like phone chargers. There was still dirt and grass in the floorboards. There was also dried white wax all over the hood of the truck.
Go see Rob and Morgan. Both are down to earth and friendly people. I went into the dealership with skepticism and expected an all day haggle over pricing. They gave me a great price on the used truck and didn’t try to beat me up on the trade in. I was into finance in a flash and out. I have NEVER bought a vehicle this fast and so smoothly. Forget driving to the DFW area for the so called better deals, Peltier has my business from now on.12-05-20 UPDATE: Less than a week after my purchase, the dealership installed my tags today. Lol I choose to come here because the people that work in this department are always exceptionally friendly and are not pushy. Had to take my new vehicle for its first service work. Was thankful for the reassurance that it was free (because it was part of my payment plan). They let me know when I arrived it would take 45 minutes to an hour, which was fine because I had stuff to keep me busy. The waiting lobby has free water and snacks so thats nice! The service work was very well done and they even washed my car for free!
Amy is amazing took great care of me even though it took all day with my car the staff is friendly and keeps you up to speed with whats going on.

Was quoted $775 for a repair. Brought my truck in For my scheduled appointment and was immediately given 3 higher quotes that didn’t even include the repair I needed. Was told I would Receive an accurate quote the next morning, a week passed before I got the quote. I was then quoted nearly $4000. Then $2300. Then when I said I would just come get my truck I was given a quote of $1300. Picked up my truck, took it to another shop and got the work done for $700.
My experience was no pressure, an extreme pleasure to work with Colton and the turn around time from beginning to end of the purchase surpassed my expectations. This was the best experience purchasing a car. Thank you Colton!!

They are very polite. Peltier Nissan its self I give 0 stars. Purchased my vehicle a year and a half ago and have regretted every since. I have had problem after problem with my vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle I noticed the cover for the trailer hitch was not fitting properly. I informed the dealership, Peltier Kia, and was told to take it to the main dealership, Peltier Nissan. Ok, no problem Ill do that. Well they only took it off and put it back on, NO REPAIR! Every time Ive gone in for an oil change I tell them about it again only for nothing to be done. Every time I go in for an oil change the vehicle is out of alignment! Ive questioned this as well. But to no surprise Im only offered ridiculous explanations without them actually trying to figure out whats wrong. Now! The engine light is on and Im told its a air to fuel ratio problem and I need to have it fixed asap. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Ive had the vehicle 1 year and a half. I have this same vehicle, Armada, in a 2008 with over 200,000 miles on it and it has been great. I purchased that one from Wagner. Guess I shouldve gone back there. I will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER do business with Peltier AGAIN!

Salespeople are knowledgeable and great (shout out to Mr. Adkinson), but mechanics don’t respond to voicemail so you have to go up there to get help.
