Tried to run in and purchase some signs. Had my artwork and was ready to show what I needed done. The door was locked and I thought to myself no problem, I’ve got my mask if I need it. The young lady cracks the door and says she was not allowing customers inside. She said to wait here and I will get some paper to take your order outside. Then she closes the door. I could not believe it. On the coldest day of the year, Really?! If you have been to a grocery store in the last year with a mask on it is no different. I knocked on your door, but you would not let me in. Sad.

Came to Texas to buy a Type R, wanted some custom decals before I headed back ! The time frame was longer than expected but Haley made sure to get everything done before my trip back home (Orlando Florida) Went back for more the next day!Customer service was great!Quality was great!Communication was great

I commissioned FastSigns for a retractable banner for American Lift Aids. The art was designed and looked great in the proof. When my team picked up the banner, one of the images was found to be extremely blurry. We were never told that there was a problem with the art we sent over. If we had been informed, it would have been easy for us to replace it.. ...As all the other images appear clear.I called and spoke with a manager, Laura, who assured me that she would get with the owner to get resolution. I have followed up with her twice and cannot get an answer. This is absolutely ridiculous. My project was prepaid in full over the phone and this was to be one of multiple banners we were planning to print. Will not do business with this company again.UPDATE: The owner of the business contacted me and offered a solution. I have updated my quality score accordingly.
