Buyer beware!!! We purchased 175 boxes of tile to go into a house we were building. Our salesman that greeted us encouraged us to purchase 10% more than we needed to ensure we had enough when install time came. I had to travel to 3 stores to get the 175 boxes we needed. Our salesman that I will refer to as T, stated we could return the unused portion for a refund. I stated it would be after their return policy and he stated not to worry with that as we had spent several thousand dollars on tile, doors and trim. I went in today to ensure we could return the tile and spoke with T. T kinda laughed at me and stated he could not accept a return that was beyond their return policy. Laughing again he said, “I can’t do anything with that tile”. He said they don’t sell it anymore however they still have a display with it being the same price as when I purchased it. Extremely disappointed with their failure to do what they said they would, even after encouraging me to purchase more than what we came in to buy. It’s a shame I now have to tell everyone to beware of this stores practices.

A faucet purchase i made had a piece missing. The issue was quickly resolved. I was pleased that they had a faucet hose connection in stock also. Convenient to my side of town. Good fast service. Thank you!

Surplus Wearhouse has amazing prices and wonderful customer service. Every time Ive been there, everyone has been super friendly and helpful. Go here first before going to Home Depot or Lowes - you may find what you need for half the cost! Flooring is especially well priced.

I really like their discounted building supply selection. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that if you buy something, dont try to return it if you change your mind or if it turns out to not be what you needed. Also be absolutely sure you inspect your purchases before you leave the store. We bought 2 new toilets and when I asked about the possibility of finding a crack the clerk had us open all the boxes to inspect them, and when I asked what if a hairline crack showed up later, he basically said when we leave the store theyre ours. Regardless, the price savings are worth it if youre on a budget. We will continue to shop there as needed.

I started a total remodel, on a house that I just purchased last October. I have ordered all my flooring, kitchen cabinets and barn doors from these guys. And even my smaller needs, floor/border trims, knobs etc. They have always been helpful, supportive, and very knowledgeable in all they do. Thanks guys!!!! Its coming along great!!

This place has the stuff you need at the price you can afford. Remodel one room at a time, or the whole house. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Used them 7 years ago on my old place. Went by the other day and checked them out. They still have the hest deals in town. Go by when you get a minute ou may decide to redo your bath or kitchen too!

We really like shopping here. They have come a long way in improving their selection and quality of stock. The only thing I dislike is that they are still very limited in what they have in the store. I would give 4.5 stars if it would let me. You cant beat the prices.

Great kitchen and bathroom cabinets at great prices. Save about $200 on a french door with blinds between the glass. Thin granite A grade quality dirt cheap, just have to find affordable labor, thats the hard part.
