This is for the long hair dark headed girl! We came in and was not greeted, the girl stood at the register the whole time and ten minutes passed and she finally spoke and with the worst attitude said if we needed anything. We left not wanting to purchase anything after that! Didn’t want to bother her since she acted like we were.

There is a guy there, I forget his name. He was just delightful and kind. I had my baby and needed emergency eye lashes because I had a wedding in an hour. He took his time to do it right. I was visiting Tyler too and was grateful for the service. He was d only guy working Saturday October 26, 2019 at 1pm. U rock! Thanks. I truly appreciate.

I had the best experience today! I had am event this evening and the girls went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it special. My foundation, and eye look were done 100% plus contour and blush (lowered stress level). Even on a busy Saturday they were awesome, thank you!!!

Bought a face wash that made me break out and Joanna gave me a refund and offered great advice and provided samples of other products! Super helpful!

I recently moved from Plano and this is the only sephora in Tyler. I was highly disappointed by the attitude of employees. They keep chatting with each other and ignore customers. The collection is very limited. I didnt buy anything because being a customer I did not feel welcome. I went to DIllards and bought some stuff I needed and the remaining stuff I ordered online at Macys. Will never ever go to this Sephora. People of Tyler have money and I am sure if Sephora open its own big store with trained staff. It will be very successful. I miss the service and products at Sephora in Plano.

Joanna (I think I mispelled your name, Im sorry!) was so helpful! I dont wear makeup and she took the time to help me figure out which Fenty foundation I needed. Super nice, super chill, and very welcoming. I will be back to get more from this store in the future!

If I could give it a zero I would no matter what time of year it is the girls in here are so rude . They do not want to help nor do they try to be quick about helping . Customer service is just HORRIBLE .

Went to Sephora inside JC Penney the sales rep where very pushy and kept asking did I need help. If I needed any help I would of asked I went in during the ViB sale I couldnt find what I wanted so I brought one thing I used my ViB 20% off coupon and the sales rep didnt give it back. When I asked about getting it back she lied and told me you can only use it once since when??? I think she was made cause I used 20% off one Item. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars maybe of they had what I was looking for I possibly could have. Very disappointed shopper. They was very rude that day and pushy I think Sephora should evaluate they employees.

The workers there have such bad attitudes and they judge so much. They looked over my friend and me when we needed help to help another woman that ended up not buying anything. When we checked out I asked for a sample and the worker looked discusted. To conclude I was humiliated and will never return to this store again.
