Placed an order 7/72020. Its been 9 weeks, we do not have a living room. Never heard from Bassett. They estimated to ship around 9/11. I called and they said it is on back order. They do not have the fabric for it and do not know when they will have the fabric to start processing the order. They did not have a reason why they did not alert the customer of the delay. I asked to cancel the order, they directed me to the local store. I called the local store and was passed around until I was told to call back to Bassett main. Called back, and they sent me to the local store. Asked to be placed on a 3 way phone call which dropped as they attempted it. Here I am trying to simply cancel an order and can not. I understand its COVID times but how long should a cystomer wait, a year?! And why is there no better communication or assistance with canceling a order.

Dana Gross was amazing to work with!!! She designed beautiful rooms for us. She quickly learned our taste and found beautiful items to fit.

We had a wonderful experience at Bassett! Kevin was very attentive and helpful. In the end we had to go with a furniture piece elsewhere that better fit our needs, but we will definitely be back to Bassett on the future because of our great shopping experience!

We had a great experience in dealing with Bassett. At the start, their designer Amanda prepared a story board showing furniture designs, colors, fabrics and accessories to make our living room and dining room look spectacular. The store manager, Diana sketched out how the window treatments would looked.This visual aid was very helpful. They made us feel important and listened to our comments and suggestions. It sold us and when the items arrived and were installed, they followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This was probably the best customer service we have ever had and we are definitely pleased with the results.

Im not sure how upper management is, but I found the store manager to be very good at what she does. I needed a sofa in time for a party. I was called about two weeks before the delivery date and informed I could not get my sofa in time due to the fabric being back ordered. I told the store manager how important this party was and she told me she would do her best.Two weeks later I had my sofa in time for the party and I love it! I am very happy with what Bassett has done for me and will continue to do business with them!

Im in the process of selecting new living room furniture. Leda was very helpful and not pushy. The items to choose from were unique, classic, and high quality..left with some great contenders for my final choice

We love the furniture, the fabric and designer that helped us. What we absolutely HATE is the fact that after you pick fabric, the designer does a home visit and shows you the design plan and right before you say yes they tell you the furniture cannot be retuned and big sale ends today! And, I knew kinda get that. No time to go home and think about it. After furniture delivery, we discovered that there is no place for our Christmas tree and to get the firewood to the fireplace we have to hand it over the furniture. The room is too crowded for our taste. Ive tried living with it for a year now and realize one of the sofas has to go. Should have ordered two chairs instead of the second sofa the designer insisted was best for our great room. What a waste of $10,000. Never again. Never. Ever.

Amazing company!!! Now this statement is a huge understatement!!!! Absolutely best furniture experience ever! So I worked with Dana and Kevin and they were truly amazing. We could have just hung out with them all day long they are so fun and nice! Its not like going into a furniture store its like going in and making new friends! We came back three times to finalize my decision but they listened and understood all of our concerns! We spoke with the office manager Bobby to express our happiness at Bassett and the next day we come in and she even remembered our names!!!! Their attention to detail and listening is on point! When you go in you are kindly greeted and assisted with making your purchase! They will help you design the room your working in or the entire house!!!!! They even have some awesome boho pillows coming in stock!!! Cant wait to get our custom sofa!!!!! The variety of options is amazing!!! You can truly. Customize every part of ur sofa!!! The store was very clean!!! Even the guys setting up furniture in the show room floor spoke to us and very polite! Professional, Caring and Friendly are a few of the words to describe the staff at Bassett!!

The service was fine, but unfortunately the quality is lacking. I bought a chair and a half from the Mason location about two years ago, and the stitching on the side of the seat is coming apart. Highly disappointed, this wasnt a cheap chair.

I find that you learn alot more about a company when you have a problem than you ever do when everythng goes well. they forgot to bring both pieces when they came to deliver but were very apologetic and offered to return that day which was not necessary as we had bought the pieces spur of the moment and were getting ready to move. My wife asked them to come back the next wednesday and they were there early in the morning. We used the same sales lady again as she was really good the first time and was as well the second time.
