Employees worry more about who is wearing a mask than doing their actual job. Tried to buy a pair of jeans that were on their racks but had no price tag and she tells me they can’t sell them to me. Instead of calling a manager to ask for a price she kept my purchase behind the counter and refused to check me out.

Ive been in much nicer Goodwill stores. I found a frame my wife liked and when I went to buy it, I couldnt. There was no price tag on it, guess it fell off somewhere down the line. Cashier said she couldnt sell it to me. It had to go back through processing again. So I went to hangers of hope and found a much nicer frame.

Probably the largest and cleanest Goodwill store Ive ever been in. Great for my Mom who is mobility challenged. Staff made sure EVERYBODY had there mask on 100% of the time. That was important toe.

Had an awful experience due to one cashier in particular by the name Phoenix Slater. I dont know what had got you in such a careless mood but my family and I didnt appreciate the care you took to our glass ware and ceramics. Be better and be nicer to people.

Nice place! I was able to grab a great deal on a file cabinet and get a great deal on a used toy for my kiddo. was impressed the toy worked and had a full battery for only 1.99!

Okay selection of merchandise. Valued customer program still down. One floor team member kept giving me unsolicited advise on Covid 19. He kept coming very close to me--within a foot and leaning down to share his wisdom. Also, his advise on heat strokes were completely inaccurate and dangerous.

Always love going to Goodwill. You can get designer things that have been worn maybe one time for just a few dollars. They pretty much have everything. Clothes, furniture, books, Bibles, sporting equipment, anything you want. And the staff is always good and friendly when I go here. I will keep coming back as long as they keep treating me friendly.

Why doesnt this place have the color tag sell on merchindise too..picked me up a turntable

This is the worst smelling thrift store I’ve ever been in. The prices are way too high. I don’t know who sets the prices, but they’re very proud of everything. Then they ask if you want to donate more money. No thanks, I donated enough when I paid near retail for my purchase! If zero stars was an option, I would have chose it.

Havent been in the store in years but it is a great place to bring unused items and things no longer needed in my home.

The store was easy to get in the items were neat and the shelves were organized.

We found a few good items..only spent $60....

Love this store...bought myself and granddaughter alot of clothes and only spent $45. This store is clean and very well organized just like a regular dept store..prices are amazing. They even have wedding dresses and Coach handbags. Alot of baby items and some things are brand new with tags on them. I could spend all day in there because of so much to look through. I will be going back and on Monday if youre 55 or older you get a 5% discount off total of purchases!!

Large assortment. Did not like the parking lot. Too much of a slant for people with bad legs.

I was shopping in your store when I was rudely told to put my mask on before I could even get in to the door way I did have it around my neck and it was very rude to tell some one from the parking. Put on a mask before they even had a chance to enter the store and put it on if this kind of behavior continues at your establishment I will no longer come to your store I will take my business somewhere else please make a point to your employees to be courteous to others and respectful give people a chance to put their mask on before they walk into your store dont just assume that theyre notThank you

I was disappointed that they don’t seem to want furniture. Twice, I made the thirty-minute trip each way from my home to donate furniture. As soon as I pulled in and said I had furniture, they started to tell me why they can’t take it. Today, I took a couch, chair, and ottoman. I didn’t even open the doors of the trailer before they told me all the reasons why they couldn’t take it. I didn’t even open the trailer for them to see. I just said ok and left.Not the same Goodwill I have supported so heavily in the past. This might be something to consider before you load and haul stuff to them to support their business model. Given the impact of the pandemic on people’s livelihoods, I would think this is a time to do whatever can be done to help folks in the community.

Kind of dirty feeling, a little disorganized. Not unlike many other Goodwill stores Ive been too. Found some good deals on books though.

I dont understand why they sort clothes according to color instead of size. I bet yall got clothes in there from 5 years ago still on the racks...nobody wants to waste time going in a store hoping to find the right size, so you look through a whole isle of a certain color only to find there isnt even anything in their size. Well u just wasted 30+ minutes in that case. Instead of walking in, going right to your size and seeing automatically weather something is there or not. I dont even shop here for clothes because of this. It can sit there before I attempt to look back through it.Ill give 5 stars when I see the clothes sorted by size. 👍

Prices are too much for used goods that were donated. Items dont cost goodwill anything so selling for anything is 100% profit. I wish they would quit trying to compete with market values. ITS USED GOODS NOT NEW....

Goodwill has always got the good deals. Theres no telling what you may find either. Clothing, household items, electronics, books, furniture and more. You can always find something you need.

Tyler store has a variety of items and always new stuff added daily... Friendly staff.

Went in there the other day to shop and was told I needed a mask. I asked if the city of Tyler was asking good will shoppers to wear mask and was told no, its a store policy. I was then told that if I wanted to shop that I would have to buy a mask from them, $ 3.00. I told them that it is very convenient that they decided that they want shoppers to wear masks and they just happen to have some for sale. I asked if the mask were n95 and a blank stare is all I received. No doubt the mask were donated to the store, shame on you for hustling your customers

Nice store

Its just okay, thrift stores in general these days are charging to much, you can go to Walmart and find a brand new shirt or pants for practically the same price. Seems like they would make more money by charging less and then make up for it in increased sales. A lot of times month after month its just same old junk. Either people arent donating as much or the good stuff is being put aside.

Good place to shop at

Never been inside but a very convenient way to donate products. You just drive right up a circular drive and unload. The worker is very helpful and asks if you want a receipt. Everyone benefits from repurposing old and unused items.

Found a few great finds

The whole atmosphere of this store has gone way downhill 😣Attitudes are stressed and not friendly or helpful. Too warm inside to shop comfortably or try on clothes. The prices for things are higher than the other stores like them, and they stopped playing music in the store (which was partially why I enjoyed going there). Used to be fun, pleasant, friendly, and upbeat.......now none of that.

Truth be told, this is a well organized outlet with a wonderful staff that is very friendly and helpful! Sad thing is that there is not a good selection due to the lack of donations. What there is is fair though. If youre shopping for clothes there is a wide selection.

They have done some rearranging and everything is displayed better and easy to find. I shop for books, music and outdoor products mainly. The people are very friendly and helpful.

Ralph was extremely rude to my wife because she was buying a mask because she left hers at home. Then proceeded to go to other customers and insult my wife as well as allow customers to insult her Ill never be shopping at any Goodwill again Im disgusted by the way she was treated I hope he learns how to talk to people and treat people

Good,lit to choose from

This Goodwill location has double the items and space at least compared to the Goodwill I usually go to in Mineola. Some of the customers are more rude than Ive come across in Mineola, but that is to be expected in bigger cities where you do not have the everyone knows everyone atmosphere of a small town. Both goodwill locations have been clean. The biggest difference is the available selection.

This building needs to be condemned the roof is leaking and sagging the building smells of urine and the staff are very rude.

Any place that help people...to ease their hardships ...I enjoy......I know many joys of family going in to buy school clothes...the children are excited...So donate great items...and i pray they not put price high ...So children have happy hearts

The organization skills that were placed within this store is not at all well to say the least. The inside looked like a tornado just went through everything. But, other than that there were some friendly workers that were presented to me and my family.

I was not greeted when I walked into the store. Atmosphere was not welcoming at all. Prices were way higher than other goodwill store. The store was clean and organized.

I may have been there on a bad day but was really disappointed in their clothing selection. Im use to goodwill stores with rows and rows of clothing.

Cute clothes and nice people and a save up card if you ask for it, its really useful if youre a shopper there

This place is a joke!!!you would think being a place that has all there items donated and then put a price tag as if items where new..you would think the place would have better up keep and cleaner...but we all know where the $$$ are going!!!!

It is Goodwill, I will usually make a yearly donation when I can and sometimes will stop in and see if there is anything worth purchasing from the store. The last couple of times though the selection is pretty bad and the prices are getting to be pretty high I think for what they are trying to sell. Every once in a while you may find something good that is worth it, but it is rare.

Good items wish clothes were more organized

Go here to bulk up on your winter clothes. Scrap electronic parts if you need a plug for something go look there. Computer parts and working computers. Furniture that can be refinished. I even got my curtains there.

Great help with taxes

I really dont like Goodwill anymore. I have donated countless times to them, go in to see if I can find some cheap thrill and realize I could buy most of the junk they have for about the same price brand new minus the dead shriveled spiders and cobwebs. Then I check out and get asked if I want to round up to the nearest dollar. No thank you. I think this is the last time Ill donate there. They jack up most prices so high who wants to buy my used merch.Its just going to sit there and rott instead of getting sold and I dont think I want to peek in to see what they have because it just feels like Goodwill got greedy.

I was so disappointed in this store I was from a town 40 miles away and thought I would see what I could find. The employees were great..!! The store was altogether different it had a musty bad smell and very poor choicees.

Always accepting donations. The money raised is for a great cause. Lots of fun just to tool around in for fun.

Starting to get overpriced with less quality items when you consider hangers of Hope which have much better items and prices and you can negotiate on them if theyve been sitting on the shelves a while. I will still continue shopping there though because sometimes you do find some really good deals but overall, I do not enjoy it the way I used to. Tired of seeing the new junk kind of items that they have the cheap kitchen things and that sort of thing that they sell

It has decently fair prices for used items and a wide variety of such items. I usually find what I need and more. Would be better if they cleaned off some items before trying to sell them, though.

I have been shopping here for over 15 years. I absolutely know it has only become a better place every year. Every store has its problems but this place has unlimited designer clothes. I personally know alot of the employees and they are always so nice. And helpful.
