Great place to run in quickly to buy a shirt you need because youre trying to avoid running late but do not want to break uniform code. Their Polo shirts have saved me plenty of times and the self-check out is awesome. Ive only seen nice staff so far so Ive always left satisfied.

Zero problems and order was ready early. My personal curbside car server was so kind and professional. I will use this service again!!!

Good place to shop. The only thing that was missing would probably be a station or stations where you could type or better yet use your voice to ask where a product is in the store,mainly if they even have it in the store. This would save time from hunting the item down or using the busy employees time taking away from his job to find the item.

Very nice store. Large and open so social distancing allows you to shop with ease. Very clean. Both restrooms front and rear were clean and sanitized. Just felt like a safe place to enjoy the Walmart experience.

Automotive department went above and beyond to help me with my dead battery. He could tell I was stressed and confused as well. He handled my ball of nerves great. He was appreciated more than he knows. Im bad with names but he drove a pretty nova hopefully Walmart is aware of his great representation of the company.

Well I have those few faces I do enjoying seeing like 3 tines out of the week. But to be honest not my favorite Walmart but usually easiest bc its the closest. It does not have near the selection of other stores or stocked up well. No offense but if your looking for a unique or a larger variety of choices store wide this would not be it.

Why do you only carry skinny jeans for girls. It is ridiculous. I saw online that you sell boot cut jeans, but found none at two different stores. Also, when looking over our receipts; my daughter found that the cashier double charged her for several items totaling almost $9.00. that may not seem like a lot to you, but it is a meal for daughter.

So this Walmart is awful. The lady in the pick up department flat out lied to me about my order being sent to a store in Victoria Texas and advised me to just cancel and re order. Since I’ve had previous issues with pick ups I call the customer service like and get a supervisor to call. Come to find out my order was at the right store but they were seriously behind and just wanted me to cancel my order and resubmit it for the following day. I declined and Juan the manager yesterday told the manager that I would have my order by 6pm. 6pm came and went, I called and another manager told the supervisor 8 pm, 8 pm comes and goes and of course no groceries. Walmart is at the bottom of the pole because of stuff like this. Target, Sams have zero issues with getting groceries out to customers but Walmart has F’ed up my order 10 times. From wrong items, no shows to delivering my items to the wrong address and not wanting to send my order out the next day even though they messed up. Needless to say I canceled my order and my Walmart plus. I will do most of my shopping with Sams now and I’ll try my best to avoid Walmart because you all don’t value your customers.

This used to be my favorite Walmart. The staff is very unhelpful. Several times, it ask to find an item. I was referred to the internet twice and once told they were off work, I needed to ask someone. I took my business elsewhere. I know it doesnt really matter to Walmart.

Worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. If you are looking for grocery delivery and you want to actually receive your items, not just when they were supposed to arrive, but the correct items, do not use this Walmart! Two days through customer services only to be told they are coming in 3-5 days from a warehouse somewhere else? How about the fact that because had to finally just cancel the whole order for second time, only refunding it this time rather than reorder, and now the poor girl who delivered a few of the items is going to lose her tip, because they couldn’t refund my order and still leave her tip on there? Totally screwed up! When I tried to call customer services at the store at 3:00 pm, nobody would answer the phone. Absolutely the worst Walmart and services I have ever had to deal with. Sadly, it didn’t used to be this way. Do yourselves a favor and shop at a different store!

My daughter and I were at the Scan & Go lane and a older lady was in front of us. As we wait I notice that the lady was having trouble load her items onto the belt. I also see two employees standing near talking and they both looked at the lady having trouble.. not one helped her out so I stepped in and helped her scan her items as well as assigned her with bagging. I even offered her to carry her things to her vehicle. Meanwhile the employees just whispered to each other. Customer service is KEY in retail. Apparently they both need training in this because they did not put the customer first.

I love the self checkout...it saves alot of time. Shelves are being restocked constantly. I enjoy shopping at this location.

First off the website says that this location sells jurassic park raptor masks and you guess what.... They dont sell any! The website for Walmart will say they sell something and they dont! Walmart you better fix this. Its very annoying. Not the first time this has happened.

Walmart pick-up here is absolutely horrible. sitting for almost 2 hours and they complain how they are short staffed. that is not my problem!!

Walked in to price new tires to get 2 days later on payday, rolled out with new tires and an alignment with just $45 down and 120days same as cash. They were very helpful, friendly and got me set up quickly.

My reason for visiting was to find merchandise and to move it. I interacted with 3 employees and a team lead. They were all very helpful and extremely nice!

I should own stock in Wal-Mart. I go there every week for fas, food and household items. I love it!

Broke my 25 year old Oval CorningWare a few months back... thot I could move on but that was the perfect size with lid. Glad to find the old style, better quality 👌

My husband bought a phone card with cash. The woman at electronics told him he had to pay for it there which is a flat out lie. Ive bought phone cards from there and paid at the front checkout. He got home and I tried to use it but said it couldnt be used. This woman at electronics pocketed the cash he paid with. Always keep your receipts everyone and make sure that if its cash you make sure your card is on the receipt and that you see her put the money in the register. Wish I could put zero stars.

Walmart workers were all missing and when we did find someone they didnt know where certain things would be at. Stuff has gone up in pricing and everything is best up and smashed after being abused by the workers that restock.

Employees are never around to help. Overall bad service.

I am very pleased with this store. I went to Target to buy a TV and the associate was about to go on break. I asked him if he could check on a television to see if it was available and he scanned for it and said no sort of blew me off and didnt attempt to show me anything else or mention another TV like the one I was looking for. I thanked him and left. So I then went to Best Buy. The associate there was very friendly but unfortunately they were out of alot of product. I then decided to give Walmart a try. I didnt have high hopes but I figured what the hell. I found a 65 lg on sale and asked a gentleman there stocking the games if he could help me. He immediately stopped what he was doing and checked to see if the TV was in-stock. Not only did they have the item I was looking for the associate up sold me on the 70 model that was only $30 more. I was very pleased with my purchase but I was even more pleased with there costumer service. I will be going to this store first before anywhere else from now on because the employees there seem to value their costumers and that is very important to me.

Most of the workers are nice & they have the cheapest gas in town. Last visit I had I was told they did not have a particular item in store & I would have to order it online. Normally I am not a Walmart shopper.

This store shelves are always low and Im not sure why. They do have a decent clearance isle that has pretty good stuff. I only go to this location to change it up from time to time but every time I do I remember why I shop at the new Walmart not that far away.

Everything in Walmart is for sale, right?!Apparently not electronics! Female associate behind counter said she did not have a key. Directed me to go to customer service. Asked if she could call someone for assistance, her rude reply was NO. I would think every employee is there for customer service. Found a male manager that said he would meet me back there. Never saw him, different female associate came to asked me what I wanted (as if I was interrupting her day). As she went to look for the item, a new customer asked if she could get help with a phone, her reply was go to customer service. REALLY!!!! I told this employee, you can keep your merchandise & wished the customer good luck with any help!! They lost that $250 sale! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Well, thought I would stop in and pick up a package of paper towel...um, Saturday afternoon and nothing there...Needed food saver bags...nope! Not going to be delivered until November 27th...maybe?This is not good going into the Thanksgiving holiday!Sorry folks, COVID-19, elections, and trucker proposed strike and stall on 11/26/20 - 11/29/20. Why? They want their voice heard. This is not a good precursor for things to come.Lockdown is TERRIBLE for truckers. No showers on the road. No food in the road. No service on the road. Think we need to stop using fossel fuel? How are they going to survive?Sad state of affairs.

Make sure you get everything checked. The associate will look at name and get what is in the bin from the back if if doesnt come out of tower or locker. Big items. Otherwise you maybe expecting to get everything based on what they bring and that may not be the case. In other words, an item may still be enroute. It will be flawless In years to come.

The customer service was great, no wait time. It was quick in and out after that.

Its a Walmart, but their garden center is more like a Lowes of Home Depot. Much larger than most and well organized.

Walmart is Walmart. They are all the same. Would like to see more handicap parking. Too many kids using their parent’s handicap placard. Also there are people who park on the striped lines in handicap parking while waiting. I love self check out.

Had what I needed and the prices were good. I just wish that all Walmart stores had the same footprint. It takes forever to find your items if you are not familiar with the store. Thankfully, the app has a store map. This just takes a lot of extra time.

The variety and number of items that they have is astounding it is just amazing that you can get as many things as you can get at one place from all kinds of food to all kinds of furniture medication clothes literature and everything else and Walmart at least the Walmart does an incredible job of keeping everything organized looking good and customer accessible I am very pleased

Not as well stocked in areas as it usually is. The food section is often out of several things but it seems to be getting better lately.

Friendly employees and well stocked. Only thing I dont like are the old run down shopping carts that need new wheels. Also, they dont have the hand carry baskets.

Walmart has upped their game with the Covid-19 and all. They are still one of the best at what they do. The employees have a hectic pace and they are keeping up well. I appreciate the efforts Walmart is making for their customers and staff.

This is the Walmart supercenter on Troup highway before you get to train and I must say its a bit dull lol. Its just run of the mill box shop. No innovation. Now I must say that it is very endowed with deals lol. Its close to the house but I rather go to the one in 31.

I am disabled. No employee helped me find a handycaped cart. Only 2 check out lanes open. Could have used self check out but Im not an employee of walmart. All most run over by employees shopping for pickup customers

One of the better stores Ive been in.

Its Walmart. Its the one stop shop. Everything you need is here and thats why it can be overwhelming for people like me with a touch of ADD. I go in for milk, I leave with spray paint, reusable straws and a buggy load of snacks I do not need plus a sweater because it was on clearance and dang it I get home and I dont have the milk. If you have laser focus, which apparently I dont have its a great place to get all you do need including the milk.

My sister and I recently had to return some baby clothes at your store. The sales associates that took care of the situation was very kind and patient and took care of everything in a timely manner. It was a whole bunch of clothes lol that she had to return Ill say it took about an hour but with the help of a team lead and two sales associates that helped out with the refund it got done teamwork makes the DreamWork thank you keep up the good work.

Rx is great, still short on some items, employees are for the most part on top of it
