Definitely will NOT use them again! Poor customer service, order not ready when promised, and went up on original price he gave me from the beginning after he looked at my fundraiser order forms! My price was based on the original price he gave me! It was for church camp so of course people were generous! That is just bad business and says a lot about his character!

Walked in to pick up an order there were 3 young ladies sitting on their computers. None of them had the courtesy to acknowledge me. When someone finally did acknowledge me, she just pointed to a bag with my order in it. Very poor customer service skills. I should have read the reviews of other customers before visiting this place. First and last time I use them. I will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great staff. Didnt get all of my shirts that I ordered. They offered me a refund on the shirts I didnt get but I needed this shirts. They do much more then shirts. They have a great selection of products.

Screen print order was not done at the time they said it would be. I had to pay an employee an extra hour of labor to wait on the shirts. When I received the shirts, 32 of the 42 had errors in the printing. Alex (who Im assuming is the owner/printer) first denied the errors until I sent him a picture. Then he offered to fix them, which means he wanted to color it in by hand instead of reprinting the shirts. Since then, I cant get him to respond to an email or answer the phone and he has not refunded anything that I paid for. If you use this company, be prepared for disappointment.

Alex is a great guy and I have always had good experiences with the company. They do get really busy at times but Alex has always done right by me.

After weeks of no action regarding completing our order. I drove an hour and half to pick up incompleted hoodies. I was already upset about the lack of custom service received over the last 2 weeks. So I was unhappy upon arrival. There are 2 Hispanic ladies who work at front. The First Lady I spoke with she was pleasant as she could be considering the situation but SANDRA BENITEZ complete opposite. I delivered the boxes unopened. They had obviously been shuffled thru since then so I asked if all of my hoodies were there. She responded “I counted them in front of you when you dropped them off” so I responded well how was I supposed to know if they are all here for sure or not and she responded in a condescending tone “ They are all there cause I just told you so” at that time I was upset because then she proceeded to talk about me in Spanish assuming I did not understand what she was saying. I have 4 years of Spanish under my belt. I was upset but. I finished loading all the boxes in the car, I had left my phone and sample hoodie so I went to get and asked why she was so rude to me when I made a reasonable request and she immediately began to speak over me. Unable to get a word in about how I was unhappy with how I was treated. She then proceeded to say “ I do not know why YOU PEOPLE always want to argue” followed with a “BYE FELICIA” Which I thought was a completely inappropriate statement seeing she is representing a business as their employee and seeing that both those statements were directed at my race. Completely unacceptable. We have already had such negative experience with them but this truly topped it all off. I could truly recommend staying away from this company completely. Use ANY other company. They are inticing because of their reasonable prices but it’s not worth the hassle truly.
If i could give a lower rating to this give to this place they have definitely earned it. I gave this place 50 hoddies to put a logo on... they said they would have it done in 3 hours of when they received the order... 3 weeks later the order is STILL not completed. Not only is the order not finished but they are are giving every EXCUSE under the sun of why it hasnt been finished.1. we have alot of orders right now2. we are understaffed3. Alex is at lunch (this guy must take week long lunch breaks)4. We dont know how to scale the sizesliterally, ALL EXCUSES AND NO RESULTS WHAT SO EVER.When you call there, the only person that is designated to help with any problem is ALEX who is always on some type of break and you are told that he will call you back in 10 minutes... which REALLY means that youll have to call back tomorrow ... THEN, after finally getting a hold of Alex i asked when the order would be done. He then said that it would be the following day by 3pm ... Fast forward to the following day ... and you guessed it! ... nope not done ... his excuse this time was AND I QUOTE whatever we do at this point youre not going to like so were just not going to do them ... you can come pick the hoodies up when you need to. so after 3 weeks, numorous phone calls to this establishment with BLANK PROMISES ... No results ... no hoodies... just lots and lots of wasted time ... thank you Alex and ABS Printing for running a TERRIBLE, MAKESHIFT organization ... I recommend that nobody in their right mind should do business with these people ... they are unprofessional and they flat out LIE to their clients. They are super nice in the beginning to get your deposit and your business and dont follow through what so ever ... this place should not be allowed to operate ... AT ALL!P.S. im sure they will right more BS 5 star reviews after the last 4 terrible 1 star reviews to boost their star rating ... PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED ... THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
