Fantastic cupcakes! We bought a dozen in multiple flavors. They have signature flavors that are available all the time and daily specials. When they run out of a specific flavor, its gone, so dont expect them to have everything available all day. All of the flavors tasted amazing. A great treat.

This is probably without doubt the best place in Tyler to get a decorated half sheet cake. Our guests kept commenting on the beauty of the cake. When eating it, they all raved at the taste and moist texture. Excellent. Went to four other cake places and they didnt do work near as nice as Small Cakes. Thanks to their staff.

Keto product was good when Ipicked up a few flavors, went back to get more for actual birthday, and they were out except for one chocolate, and some pumpkin thing. It would have been nice to have been told about limited availability, either when I called, or was there in person. Call ahead, or be prepared to be disappointed.

I loved the cake! They did an amazing job. I was so happy with it.

For $36 a dozen my expectation on the product was higher, not even toppers were included (.15 cents extra is what I was told) hopefully the taste makes up for it, because I could have ordered from grocery store better value.

I needed a cake for my daughters birthday but she is a diabetic. Precious few bakeries know how to bake suger-free cakes properly . . . Small Cakes DEFINITELY does! Not only did we receive the cupcakes three days early, but they looked beautiful, and the three flavors we chose were AMAZING!!!!!!! Small Cakes was easy to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, and theyre prices were incredibly reasonable.

Great cupcakes but I have been twice and the customer service has been sub par both times. Don’t go there expecting a smile or any kind of help or conversation.To make matters worse, the cupcake I got had mold on top.

I spent a week searching for the right bakery to do my boyfriends surprise birthday cake. And discovered small cakes. And they honestly knocked it out of the ballpark. . We will definitely be using them in the future.

The variety is good but it’s not great when you get home and see that the cupcakes you ordered aren’t the ones in your bag. Half of our order was wrong. We also asked for a pup cake and that didn’t make it on our order either. I’ll probably give them another shot but I must say I’m disappointed for my first time there. Definitely double check your order before you head home...Three stars for flavor, variety and the fact that they have dog treats too. Two stars knocked off for the poor customer service.

This place is really good. Order a custom DND critical role cake from here and the cake decorator added a d20 dice on top when she saw the picture would of been better on the side. She didnt have to but it was amazing and sweet and definitely going back because the cake tasted really good too!

For Teacher Appreciation week I placed a special ordered. I sent an email with photos explaining how I wanted the cupcakes to look like. When my coworker picked them up there were 22 plain cupcakes. Very disappointed!

Just eh. We had the red velvet, I think it was supposed to be strawberry shortcake? (White cake pink frosting) and ones that looked like the hostess cupcakes. They all tasted the same. Waaay too much frosting for my liking. Had to scoop most of it off and toss it, thats a lot of waste for a $3 cupcake. Were talking 60/40 frosting to cake ratio. Cakes theres about two bites worth. And these were the normal size ones. The chocolate cake was dry. But they do look very pretty and fancy. So 2 stars for looks. But honestly not worth the money for taste or anything else.

Their cupcakes are always great. I have also ordered custom cakes from them and they always do an amazing job. Not only are they beautiful but they taste amazing as well. I highly recommend them.

I dont recommend this place. I would not give them any star if I could. I contacted them a couple days ago about a custom order that I need by this Saturday and they did not respond. I tried calling and emailed them multiple times and I didnt get an answer. I call them one last time and they said that they saw my email but they cant do anything about it because they are fully booked. They didnt even try to email me back saying that they are full so they cant make my order so now I dont know where to get a cake by Saturday.

The people were very friendly. The cupcakes are great. They have also started carrying both keto and sugar free cupcakes daily. They are delicious. A great treat for those of us on a diet.

Small Cakes has out done themselves for the second year in a row with my wifes birthday cake! She has to do gluten-free due to an allergy and it always taste amazing!

Its a small bakery shop. Although they have fairy good cupcakes. Their cupcakes are really sweet! They live up to their name cupcakes as they taste like mini cakes. I love the carrot cake when I get it. They also provide gluten free and dairy free cupcakes for those who cant have wheat and or dairy. They also sell macaroons and cookies although not a large amount of either.

This place is great! I love that they have Keto and sugar free cupcake options!

Love the cupcakes. more like a 1/4 of a cake. The red velvet and peanut butter are my favorite. They are quite expensive. $44 a dozen. I sure enjoyed them though. I dont eat cake often so its worth it! Good job. Nice clean store and employees are very nice! I will be back soon!!!

Got four cupcakes in a jar delivered for my birthday and boy oh boy were they all delicious! The cakes are so moist and the frosting is rich and delicious, and all perfectly layered in cute little jars! My favorites were definitely the Lemon Drop and good ole classic Chocolate Cake but the Wedding Cake flavor with the almond flavoring was also divine!!!

In addition to having a wide variety of flavors and designs, the staff was both helpful and courteous. Will definitely be coming back.

I am so impressed and pleased with this business. I spent all morning calling around Tyler to find a bakery that makes sugar free and/or keto cookies or cakes and this is the only one that provides it. My father and father in law are both diabetic but both enjoy sweets too.Walking into the business the staff is extremely kind, professional and helpful. The goodies looked way too yummy to make a decision so I had to get him both keto and sugar free. The young lady who works the front was so sweet and labeled everything for me so he knew which amazing cupcake he was going to try.I definitely recommend SmallCakes to anyone looking for a sweet, healthy alternative ❤

The girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful and the pup cakes were super cute and out dogs loved them, but unfortunately we won’t be back. They are extremely overpriced for the quality. The frosting on the red velvet was horrible and the white cake and white frosting felt like just eating spoons full of sugar. Out of the dozen we got only two of them were actually good, the hostes cupcake and the peanut butter one. The frosting was just an utter disappointment and that’s my favorite part of a cupcake.

1st time trying this place out. I got the birthday cake one. It was a big cupcake I think one would satisfy a sweet tooth. Definitely will be back

The cupcakes were fantastic. Very sweet frosting and the cake was very light. The one issue is one of the girls behind the counter was obviously sick and should not have been working in a food establishment that day. Other than that it would have been five stars.

Smallcakes made my husband and I wedding cake back in December of last year. It was smaller than expected but yet simple & beautiful just perfect for my wedding, it was devoured. It was also inexpensive especially thankful for an old employees discount Jacqueline!

Absolutely amazing! I always have amazing service here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they always have a wonderful product.I dont think Ive ever had anything bad here! My favorite choice is the hot fudge sundae cupcake, but anything they have with chocolate is amazing. The neatest part in my opinion are their speciality cupcakes of the dau. Its always fun to see what kind of fun, festive cupcakes they will come up with for that week.Highly reccomend.

I was not impressed. I ordered a GF 2 layer cake. When I picked up the cake the rude girl at the counter handed me my cake off the shelf and did not even offer to open it for me to see it. I am not sure how long my cake was on the shelf but by the time I made the 27 mile trip home the icing had slide down the sides of the cake. I will find another shop in the future

Fun and fast, I had the lemon drop and my son at the cookies and cream. Lemon drop was perfect, cookies and cream was a little too sweet for us but still yummy!

Their cupcakes are soo good BUT I can only eat one! They are very rich and tasty! Will be back! The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
