We were so impressed with the service at Independent Glass. Eric was so friendly and kind; they showed up quickly after our initial call for a quote and the email came a day or two later with the estimated costs. The timing of the project was just as they had predicted and the install team did super quality work. We had one minor issue with a chip and Eric got a replacement piece in production and changed out in two days. The communication, customer service and quality of labor/materials all provided a very pleasant experience—we could not recommend them more!!

Excellent company with top quality work. Had a shower glass removed and reinstalled. Had an issue with the pricing and some miscommunication and they were more than willing to rectify it. This really is an A+++++ company. Highly recommended.

The guy at the counter was extremely helpful even though I just came in with a tiny order. I really appreciate how personable he was.

They were installing about 25-30 double panes. On the first day, they showed up late, they left early, they broke two windows during the install (one new, one old). Left a bunch of broken glass. They said it would take two days but they might be able to get it done in one; yet they only got about 20% of their work done in the first day. Said theyd be here at 9 and arrived about 10:30 most left before 5pm. They cancelled on me for day two because they didnt have enough glazing. Will wait at least a week now for them to order more glazing after already waiting two weeks for the glass to be ordered. I do not recommend these guys.

Very disappointed with the glass that was cut for my table. The guy who works there said he would cut a new one for me! Nope they trimmed the same glass and called me. Bad job they guys were nice but pretty sure management pressured them to just hurry. Never giving them business again

They fixed several of our doors at McDonalds in Tyler. They do Awesome work.
