I walked in not expecting much because the previous coin shop I went to was rude and tried to offer me pennies. Not only were they friendly, they were entertaining and I got more than I was hoping for. The Christmas card they sent was a nice surprise. I will definitely come back in the future. I have dealt with Texican Rare Coin on two separate occasions so far, and in both dealings Michael and Martha exceeded my expectations. They were very professional throughout each transaction, and they were knowledgable about market values. I have dealt with many precious metal dealers for over 30 years — mostly good, some bad — and these people rank at the top of my list. I had first talked to them over the phone, and both on the phone and in person they were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving at their extremely secure facility, I was pleasantly surprised to see the inventory they had on hand, and even more so when they brought out several additional items that they thought I might be interested in, which were not initially on display. I highly recommend them — great folks to deal with! I plan to do repeated business with them in the future.

We called before hand to make sure they could buy what we planned on bringing. We got there and all the sudden they changed their mind after we drove all the way there. They didnt want to buy anything we brought. We had quality product so they truly missed out on a great business opportunity.

Very rude and snobby just what i expected from the atmosphere when I entered

After calling and confirming an appointment twice, we drove 60 miles to meet with the store manager. Upon arrival we went inside and were greeted with snooty faces and disapproving stares(I guess my blue jeans werent up to their standards). I put all the coins on the counter, mind you there was quite a few, and they then proceeded to tell me that neither of the employees were able to do business until 3 days later. AFTER I had called and confirmed with the mananger what, how many, and when I would be there. If you want to be given the run around, be treated like you are selling stolen items, then this is the place for you!
