First time to this location. The drive-thru was long, but well worth the wait. The vegetables on the burger were fresh and the patty was tasty; however, the fries were a disappointment. Employees were pleasant even though it was busy. Final thought: when in the area, I will eat here again.

Dont get a kids meal when visiting this DQ drive thru. They will forget the treat that comes with the meal.Dont order anything harder than a cheeseburger, because this is the jalitos ranch hunger buster.

The Fries were not fresh when order was given to us bt the ice cream was very delicious.

Stopped at DQ for alight lunch while out shopping. Service was excellent and place was very clean. Food was great.

Dairy Queen is classic America! Those jalapenos and those great, big beefy belt buster and triple buster burgers of theirs are incomparable! And this store is great-fast, dependable and just the thing when you need something thats going to cure your hunger. Perfect!

Our favorite place to enjoy ice cream treats like blizzards, sundaes and shakes of all flavors. They offer great Hamburgers and tasty chicken strips. Great place for all ages to eat. The Silsbee, Texas DQ is our favorite stop for these items. Staff is always friendly and when dining room is open it is clean and has ample places to sit.

Customer service here is normally pretty slow, but sweet. I haven’t been to a Dairy Queen that’s quick, to be honest. Although their portion sizes are well balanced & the ice cream is the best!

I nor my mom was feeling good after we ate here. We stayed and ate even though my moms order was wrong, but never again will we dine at this establishment. No one seemed to care.

The staff at the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The food was great and I loved the Christian music that was playing. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stop here again when we are back in Tyler!

Ill be honest. I stopped here only to use the restroom (Im 8 months pregnant) and they were super clean.

I eat tacos here every Tuesday...today the shells are stale and my jalitos were very minimal for costing 3.29..may be rethinking taco Tuesday at dairy Queen. we told the cashier...zero response...like we werent even there...

HORRIBLE!BLTHARD, Cold, Burnt Bacon, No TomatoGot patty melt, which was drowned in mayonnaise had one little tiny slimy onion on it nothing else!!Ordered Large blizzard, NO fudge syrup, but guess what, the blizzard was almost brown with it!Worse thing is, these things were discovered once at home, no not gonna returnWhos in charge of quality control, why would you send out a BLT with burnt cold hard bacon on it? And how can you even make a BLT with no tomato?

Love the place. Overall location is great, staff seems pretty friendly. However I don’t think there’s any social distancing going on. I see some tables marked off but employees half the time have their masks down and the place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned daily like they Say. Great food but a little greasy. Love the dipped cones and all the funky flavors of blizzards will probably come here for the rest of my life we love you DQ!!!

I waited a long time for my order. I was surprised it took so long. I was on my lunch break and I only had an hour. I finally got my food the last 10 minutes of my break.

Very disappointed in my experience this evening. Only ordered a Hunger Buster and a reg. fry, and the asst. manager told me to pull forward to a parking spot. Thought it was a little odd since I didnt have a big order, but figured they were making my order fresh. Unfortunately, the 10 minute wait was not worth it. The fries were certainly not fresh, and neither was the burger. Wont make the mistake of visiting this DQ again.

Great service, clean facility, however the chicken strips were the size of chicken nuggets. I ordered the 4 piece but only had 3 in my order when I picked it up. DQ must know Im cheating on my diet. 😂

They have great food at their normal pricing. They are always extremely busy at meal times and this can cause a long wait. The food is always fresh though and I will continue to go because of that. The staff has always been helpful and courteous, the dining room and bathroom have always been clean. They have a car show about once a month which is always a hit and they try to allow local residents to place business cards and announcements where others can see them. Overall a good environment and good food.

Chicken strips were fried too hard. Couldnt eat them.

Great burgers, fries and chicken strips with gravy. You also get the Texas toast that is yummy, where others just give toast. Did I mention they have wonderful fries? I like to dunk them in my gravy!

Ordered steak fingers & chicken fingers to go along with a Chocolate Sundae & Chocolate Milkshake. They brought out the Sundae & Milkshake first about 3 minutes before the food was done. It was a little melted by the time I got it home, since I wasnt very far from the house, but the food was still hot. Thats the only complaint, they should wait till the food is done before they bring the ice cream out.

I get a Dr. Pepper with a lot of ice.Ordered a hamburger with mayo only and had to pull up because it was taking so long... for a restaurant that’s main thing is hamburgers how can a hamburger take so long.The frys were burned and cold when the food finally came out.First time at this DQ and won’t be back.
