Went there to look at mattresses because they carry the three brands that I have been researching. When I entered the store, no one greeted me or acknowledged that I came in. This was okay with me because I knew what I wanted to see and didnt particularly want to hard sold as I had been at another store. Denver mattress was very professional and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I felt very informed and all my questions were answered. Jeremiah did a great job explaining and going over the different qualities of the mattresses, pillows, etc. He was not pushy and he gave me time to try them out and think about my decision without looking over my shoulder. We had been putting this shopping trip off, knowing it would take awhile and be overwhelming. Montgomery made it much easier and far more pleasant than it could have been and we got just what we came for.

This was my second experience with denver mattress..first one I bought 2 mattresses..hated both of them..they tried to help but after fees and delivery charges, it was costly for not even winding up with a mattress...went there again about a week ago because I was interested in a purple mattress..Makenzie helped us..made suggestions..knowledgeable and friendly..I love this mattress and I am going to keep it. The first part of our mattress buying decision was a no pressure visit with all of our questions being answered. I can honestly say that the experience we had this evening with Heather and Tristan was BY FAR the best customer service we’ve received anywhere!! My husband is in a wheelchair and they even physically helped me lift him into mattresses to find the perfect one for us. They spent 2 hours with us and never made us feel as though we were “just another sale”. They were extremely honest, warm, welcoming the entire time. These 2 are GEMS for this company...if every business operated with integrity and heart this way, they’d all be successful. Hospitality and kindness go far and tonight we felt nothing sort of that. I NEVER leave reviews because I honestly don’t waste time as “just another sale”, but when a person goes above and beyond the way that these 2 did for us tonight, they deserve recognition and an amazing review to reflect the amazing experience. I purchased a pillow a long time ago. Wanted to purchase a second one for my husband. They were able to look way back and find what I wanted. Got a great price and even got it lowered by 400 bucks since it was one of only a few mattresses they had in stock during the current shortage of foam (due to the snowstorm since sealy memory foam and other major mattress companies have their foam made here in Texas and even now in JUNE theyve not caught up with demand) and the shortage of springs (due to covid and the previous presidents high tarrifs on aluminum and steel) meaning there is a 4-6 week order and delivery wait for most of their floor display models. Its even longer at other stores! But my sales rep Mckenzie saved the day and a $2600.00 mattress that was on clearance for 1600 as it was the only one of that model, and she got it down to 1260 THEN the memorial day sale discount and the final price? Lets just say i might ask my mattress sales rep to be the godmother of our upcoming son LOL!
