Really poor AC goes out you call and no one wants to help it seems..let’s play pass the buck

They will not return your call no matter how many messages you leave. And good luck ever getting someone to ever answer the phone. We have needed help getting our ten year warranty and have been trying to get someone to help us for 5 mo. Now and no one will return a call. Yes we realize to 90 days they give you to get it done is over, I guess thats part of the whole plan.

Poor response time, not to mention they overcharge for labor. We will not use this company ever again
