These people in my opinion have some shady dealings. ..Reserved a truck and tow dolly for the following day online. Truck was to be $ 19.95 and tow dolly was $44.and change plus 79 cents a mile with $22.00 insurance price online was$ 87.00 without the millage fee..Was going 7 miles each direction for a total of 14 miles but in Rose City U-haul office guess rounded mileage up to 30 miles which would have added up to 23.70. Adding all up together price should have been approx. $ 110.00 but these people wanted. $189.00 then could not explain what the other $ 79.00 was for.I have used Uhaul many times and always booked online and never had this problem before so I didnt rent from them. People if you are renting a Uhaul in Tyler TX. go to the Gentry Pky location. Those people are not Crooks.

This location is one of the bright spots for a company that has little else going for it. Ive had absolute nightmares with you all in the past, but Rose City U-Haul is always nice and on top of their game.

Best U-Haul experience ever! The owner was very kind and extremely helpful (even though I arrived rather late, close to closing). The service was fast and the process easy.

If you rent from this location, wrap the the whole van in bubble wrap before you use it. My business has been renting from U-Haul for 15 years. We will never rent again from this location, possibly not U-haul either. I admit we are probably responsible for the paint chip missing on the door, but that is not a $250 repair. As for the ding on the roof, I dont know if it was there or not when we got it. I didnt look at the roof when I picked it up, but thats not $500 worth of damage. These are moving vans, a little wear and tear should be expected.

James is always a pleasure to work with. I was in and out within 5 time. Hes so professional and customer-oriented.

Great storage & u- haul rental place!! Fast friendly service, place is kept neat and clean! Only recommendation I have is a men/ women restroom facility be available for public use! I highly recommend U-Haul Moving &Storage.

This place is awesome. It is a corporate U-Haul place so they have all your shipping boxes and all those amazing supplies you literally cant get anywhere else and they are open until 7. Very nice and ready to help you

The team at this U-Haul location went above and beyond with my online moving supply order. When I called to inquire about curbside delivery, they were very gracious and accommodating. When I got there to pick up my order, they made a quick, no-contact delivery of my items and were very sweet and non-judgemental about it. As a mom to two high-risk kiddos, I was very grateful. If we werent moving from the area, we would frequent this business for all of our storage and U-Haul needs!

I calles them looking for packaging supplies. The address that is listed there is no office here. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes and they didnt pick up the phone. So if want just storage units and no office help or packaging supplies then go here, but if you want great service then go to Rose City UHaul.

Out of the last six rentals in 6 months all experience at other stores were horrible.. I went to Rose City and the service IS EXCELLENT..VERY FRIENDLY ..HELPFUL. GOOD EQUIPMENT..EASY TO WORK WITH ..I WILL BE USING THIS LOCATION FOR ALL MY RENTALS FROM NOW ON!!

Rented a moving truck, but when I arrived to pick it up, they didnt have it. Had to drive to Lindale (about 30 mins away) to get what were needed.

Staff is great. Hate the uturn to get in but not their fault.

Store was clean and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.
