Stopped by to see about getting a repair done, he was very rude and all he said was I’ve got 4 hours left on this and pointed at a car and walked off. Very unprofessional and needless to say I left and had it repaired elsewhere

Took pieces (Ansa Marmitte resonator, etc.) I had to Tom for fabrication of custom exhaust on a 50 year old sports car. I cant imagine a more professional job on the bending and welding he did to make the pieces come together. Even at twice the price he charged to do the work, it would have been a genuine bargain.

Always happy to deal with turbo tom. As long as you dont try to rush him or interrupt his work he is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable

When I called to see if he could work on my muffler he was rude and he hung up on me and tried to speak over me when I was talking and before I finished sentence he said he couldnt do it and hung up definitely wouldnt recommend him to anyone

Great service and extremely fast. Great guy who clearly knows what he is doing. I called ahead to make sure he was available and he saw me as soon as I arrived and I watched as he went straight to work. Definitely the best guy in town!!

I called in the morning and spoke to Tom about my muffler problem. He said to bring my car by and hed see what he could do. Thirty minutes later I showed up just like he said and he immediately began work on my vehicle. Within an hour and a half he had completely fabricated a new muffler and connecting pipes. He was gracious enough to allow me to observe as he was working (I was genuinely curious how the process worked). He provided me with great work at a great price and good conversation to boot. I will be returning if I ever have any future problems.

Went in to have my Nissan get a full exhaust. Tom was fantastic and did a great job! I am very pleased.

Talked to him on phone about fixing couple of exhaust pipes told me he still liked about hour on a vehicle no problem I told him im driving from lindale to 155 where is shop was tried to talk to make conversation wit him me and my dad worked on his old shop on 31hes a sob and the rudest guy Ive ever talked to specially running a business I would not recommend this guy for anything

Called to see if they had free time to look at a simple straight pipe job. Immediately was just told no and was hung up on before I could even respond. Very rude service.

Showed up to tom’s shop and had to yell over his tv to get his attention. Before I could explain what I needed, he turned me down. He just seemed like he didn’t want the work. Customer service is pretty much non existent at tom’s evidently. Very rude and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I drove 20 minutes because a friend told me it was a cheap place to have a muffler welded in. Tom was watching tv when I walked up to the door and he unlocked it and yelled “what do you want?”, before I could even say howdy. I told him I needed a muffler welded in and I had one already purchased, and then Tom said, “I don’t put them on for people.” And slammed the door in my face. Guess he doesn’t want to make money?

Call to ask about getting mufflers put on was very short hung up the phone also I said work done by him in a past absolutely poor mechanic hangers fall down exhaust doesnt stay on leaks so badd you cant pass inspection would not recommend him to anyone
