Misdiagnosed an issue with my car and overcharged me for it. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car anywhere else besides Bill Binns. In all seriousness I would have been better off taking my car to the zoo and paying a chimpanzee to fix my car.

I have used tbis shop to work on my powerstroke diesel in the past . I have spent a out 13 k on it in BillsShop. Even when the news was bad i still paid up and went on . I had to have some warranty work performed do to some stripped bolts that the technician missed . Bill stood behind it and had it repaired while i had some other thing done to the truck in the shop. Thank you Bill . When truck was picked upTurbo was making a wooshing sound and truck didnt have any power . I called and talked to the rude lady in the office, she said to have my employee come by tues and she would have Bill drive it wed before the left for Indiana. My employee did, Bill wouldnt drive it said to bring it back monday and that it was going to cost me big for the repair.We looked at the truck ourself . Found a turbo 8nlet pipe cracked from age and a stripped clamp. Not Bills fault . But They just had these bad parts of the truck and the technician reinstalled them ......Is he blind or just doesnt care?I would have gladly paid the extra 57.00 to have my truck right!So point being is customer service was poor to a repeat customer who never complains, just pays . Tech missed the stripped bolts on the 1st repair causing a oil leak . Then when he repaired he reinstalled bad parts and sent it out the door.And for the rude professional lady in the front office ....I would fire her if she worked for me .But how ever they do decent work and Bill is a man of his word. This was our lucky day when I called this business when our 2005 GMC diesel pickup broke down in 2018. We were at a campground north of Ukiah on our way to McKinleyville on vacation. He said he was very busy and had trucks and cars lined up waiting for repairs but told us to bring it by and he would look at it. And......... he would also let us use his car to go to town and eat or whatever until our truck was fixed. We had the truck towed to his business. We were so upset and nervous about what the cost of the repairs would be as we did not know exactly what was wrong. We took his car about 11 a.m. - went to town - had lunch and hung out until about 2 p.m. When we returned to his shop, they were just pulling the truck to the front of the business. It was the injectors - total bill $300. OMG!! Thank you so much Bill. You and your employees are amazing - smart and nice. Thank you - Thank you

Took a truck to bill, after being told the fuel leak was repaired drove home to find the leak was still there. Bill sent a mechanic to my house to make it right. I appreciate the level of courtesy.
