My AC broke so I only have hot air. Therefore, I took my Honda to DFM. The staff, Dillion told me that their fee would be $119 for checking the electrical part. But at the end, he only charged me $55 so I really appreciated this big discount given to me. He later explained to me that the HVAC part of my 22-year Honda is in back order so it probably wouldnt arrive in 2 months. Then, he took the initiative, called various suppliers for me, and even tried to find any available parts on various reliable online vendors. I really appreciate his help and all the effort that he has provided. Thank you DFM.

I had no headlights and needed to have them checked. From start to finish, Bonnie was a delight to work with! They are very honest and accommodating and I highly recommend them! And, I ended up paying less than the original estimate! :) Bonnie even texted me a few days later to make sure everything was ok with my car! I will definitely be back! They were able to see me without an appointment and diagnose my problem right away for only sixty bucks including a test drive and putting it up on the rack.Christian was very helpful and honest in the front. and Chris, the mechanic, was very straightforward and willing to listen to all my theories since I am a shade tree mechanic myself.

I have been taking my 2007 Toyota Camry to DFM since I moved to back Mendocino County in 2015. There are a few key things that I find exceptional regarding their service.1. There prices are extremely fair considering market rates.2. The estimates they provide prior to servicing my vehicle have always been accurate3. If the estimate provided is inaccurate they always call and verify prior to doing any additional work4. They are honest, always letting me know if it is important that I make the repair immediately or it can wait.5. They have been highly reliable being consistently accurate with their predicted times to fix/repair/tune my car.The biggest thing with DFM (and really any organization working with your car) is that they are always honest. They provide me with an accurate assessment of what fixes my car may need and they honestly communicate what needs to happen now and can wait. This is very important for me because I know very little about cars, and could easily be conned or taken advantage of.Not only does this not happen, but when there are services that I need for my car outside of what they offer they are able to provide me with an effective cost efficent manner to deal with it (for example getting a key duplicate, Christian at the front desk showed me what I can order on Amazon, rather than heading to the dealership, effectively saving me $100+).

I took my 2005 Harley Davidson RK for a brake and light inspection. I was treated very well. The techs are fast and efficient. Bonnie, the owner has to be one of the nicest people Ive ever met. I highly recommend DFM Auto Repair for any work you may need.

DFM is the only reliable/reputable auto shop Ive found in Ukiah. Bonnie and the guys have been great. I initially came for a smog test but have come back for a few other services and brought my other car here as well. Im so relieved to have found a shop I can trust.

Cant say enough about DFM Auto Repair and the owner Bonnie!! Came in asking for inspections for the DMV on our out of state vehicle, she gave me advice that saved me 210.00 and in the same time cost her 210.00, she could have very well gave me the service I had asked for and would have been justified.. So from the Allens to DFM Auto Repair, you have gained a life long customer and Thank you for your Excellent Service.

Bonnie was kind and helpful my car broke while traveling they got me back on the road in 30 min and checked up on me to make sure the repairs were still good.i highly recommend this shop.

This guy try to charge us 1000 $ just for the labor to change the brakes(pieces not include) he tried to charge us for everything almost 2000$, we went to other place and they fix it for 600$, so I absolutely no recommended this mechanic.

Went to them a while back to have a radiator changed. They charged a bunch. Nearly 1000. Took almost a week to see my car again. However the car was fixed so can’t complain there.

This place gets two thumbs up! I called them in the morning, and they had me in by that afternoon, and got it done in less than an hour.

Way Over priced for a brake and lamp inspection

They charged me over $500 in fees and fixed nothing. I received the vehicle back in worse condition than it was in prior to visit!

Super fast service everytime i come in wether it be for a quick smog or oil change before heading out of town. Competitive prices and friendly service keeps me coming back :)

I just moved here from western ny and dont know many people in the area to ask about a good garage. so I turned to google to find a shop to get my smog check for the dmv. Dfm had 9 good reviews so I went with them and the shop was clean they had a nice waiting room. Great place, i will be going there again when i need a mechanic for sure.

Total ripoff! Price gouging cause they know theyre the only one who can sign off on certification for the dmv

They wouldnt give me any quotes over the phone and then over quoted me way to much for the small amount of work they did.
