Chelsea in the pharmacy is the most proficient, kindest, fastest pharmacist I’ve ever seen. Yuen giving vaccinations was kind and painless. I was pretty nervous about getting the vaccine and this was such a great experience. Great work and much gratitude for our frontline workers!

Honestly the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with in all my life. Always running out of the medication I’ve been taking for years. Then 3.5 years ago 2xs they gave me someone else medication. It’s very important to have trust in your provider especially a PHARMACY.

I often had my medications ordered to the Walgreens pharmacy, they were always processed swiftly and done correctly. I would run over here on work breaks to buy pretty much any convenience I needed at home. The staff are very friendly, and Ive always been greeted with a smile.

I like this Pharmacy very much, clean, friendly, and helpful. They have the best service around town, period. You have to understand, people come here usually are sick or under stress, so based on my personal observation, sometimes customers are so rude and angry, and I understand the reason. However, The Pharmacy staff here are doing their best to serve you, because most of the time, the problem come from your insurance, or your doctor, not from pharmacy! Getting mad at the staff with aggressive attitude wont get our medicine any faster.

We shop here almost everyday. They have some very good buys and the staff has always treaded us like neighbors, which we are. Its pretty easy to get to from everywhere in town and has a lot of other things around it. Just across Perkins a new Court House is going up too.

Waited at drive thru pharmacy for 7 minutes with no acknowledgment, even after inside customers were gone. But usually adequate service.

I have to say that every time I have gone in to the pharmacy, Cindy has bent over backwards to make things happen for our family! Management has alway done what they can within their abilities of what the store allows them to make things happen! I cannot really recall anyone being really rude to use, maybe one time and that was handled swiftly and I was satisfied!I have to say that overall I feel that as long as I express my needs and concerns, I am met with either a reasonable explanation why the staff is unable to fulfill my request (corporate). Most of my review is pertaining to the pharmacy...

Pharmacy is very under-staffed. Wait times are long almost always at the drive through and in the store. Otherwise, the store is clean and well stocked.

I rarely write bad reviews as I dont want to spread unnecessary gloom. But, because this Walgreens pharmacist negatively affected my health, I wanted to share two unfortunate experiences.Following a sinus surgery, I was prescribed antibiotics. The pharmacist, without asking me or my doctor, tried to fill a prescription for a lower dose because she didnt have the correct one. Im not sure why she didnt let me know, so I could fill my prescription at another pharmacy that had the right dose (which I did, and I strongly recommend Ukiahs Rite Aid).Recently, my ENT prescribed a medication that, unfortunately, went directly to this Walgreens (before I changed my preferred pharmacy to Rite Aid). The pharmacist filled the 14-day prescription with only enough medication for 10 days.I wont use this pharmacy again. With that said, I wish its staff well.

I have to travel from Lakeport to Ukiah to fill my prescriptions due to my insurance, and the local pharmacy in Lakeport was restricted in dispensing controlled substances, so now I get to make a trip to Ukiah once a month. I have been able to minimize my driving time, (and minimize wasting fuel, congesting the roadway, and adding to our pollution problem that is probably adding to global warming) by turning in the three monthly prescriptions I get from my provider at the same time so they can be picked up by family members or others going to Ukiah. I am also a medical provider who has full prescribing privileges for all medications since I work in the Lakeport emergency department. All went smoothly, including issues with the fire and mandatory evacuations that cut me off from my meduations as they were enacted while I was out of town overnight and couldnt get my meds. Today, I met the pharmacist, Carol, who made all kinds of difficulties due to vague inadequacies in the written prescription that I as a prescriber of these same exact medications must be aware of, yet are not being kicked back when I write these prescriptions. Neither is my provider, who wrote these prescriptions like he writes all of his prescriptions, and was surprised at this level of denial by discrepancy- even though I have months of prescriptions of the same exact medication to prove Im just filling a monthly medications. She went as far as saying I was filling these medications early because I filled them 7-days late 2-months ago, due to fires and that is the new fill date. We as providers have to take many things into account, and when a dispenser of medications like Carol cannot take into account that my prescription has been filled regularly, 31-days ago, which is a day over a month for a monthly refill, and not take into account I am a prescriber with all the DEA authority to write these same medications, then there is a definite disconnect in the system. I overheard conversations with more than one customer where she was questioning the date of birth, but would fill the prescription for an antibiotic (real abusable drug!) just this time (which in itself is a patient privacy law (HIPAA violation) to have me hear this, even with my hearing loss from 20-years in the military), when this is fighting a potentially life-threatening infection. The supervisor, Yeun, will be notified, as well as the California State Board of Pharmacy. I cant have this type of behavior inflicting possible adverse outcomes because someone who works for me (Pharmacists dispense drugs at the request of Providers- we are why they exist) cant put together all the facts to save me waiting over two hours at that store for Carol to make sure I wasnt abusing the system. My patients are not going to be put through this type of unnecessary scrutiny when I as a provider know what is reasonable.

I went to get otc meds through the drive thru with my vomiting son in the back. After I asked the woman at the counter she spent, an adequite amount of time to get the meds, the whole time asking someone if she could do that. I spent my time staring at the sign that named the otc meds available in the drive thru, only to have her come back and tell me I had to come in the store. This was not an option. Seriously 0 stars. No customer service and no training. I will never return to this establishment.

First of all, when they decided to build here, they cut down a small Grove of redwood trees and refused to listen to the residents about our wanting them to find another way. They stated that they would be open 24 hours as we dont have a 24 hour pharmacy here. That lasted a short time after they opened. I went to get a script filled there and it was horrible. I was sicker than sick and it took 2 hours to get my meds from them.
