Have been calling since 1030am - no one has answered and their voicemail is full.... Between that and their website, I believe this place is no longer in business. Either that, or, really poor managementEdit : so they are open, they just have no professionalism. Ive been here for almost 20 minutes without even being asked what I was here for. Then was told someone would be right with me... That was about 10 mins ago now.

You may not have answered my call (after calling 20+ times throughout 7 days) but after getting my suit I was quite happy. Suit was perfect, didnt need to get any replacements / edit suit. Had good customer service.

This place almost ruined a beautiful dress Id purchased for my sons wedding. They did not measure the hem, sewed it totally crooked, and with stitching too small for its knitted fabric. I was lucky to find someone willing to fix it. I had two witnesses as to the crooked hem, yet rather than refund my money, theyve refused to return phone calls. My new seamstress informed me that I wasnt the first persons to take something to her that this business had botched.

This place charges people too much for their poor quality service. I do not recommend this place to anyone! I had to get my wedding dress altered 3 times and the last time was the day before my actually wedding. Not to mention many of the groomsmen ordered their suites from here and almost all of them ended up getting wrong sizes! I honestly feel like they pushed everything until the last minute. I understand that during a wedding there is a a lot of stress going on and emotions are on edge, but this was ridiculous!

Rude ass people that over charge and have no idea what they are doing. I recommend going to Mac Nabs Mens Wear. They refuse to refund the proper amount when over charged. Will never recommend or use this horrid place again!!!!!!!!!! On top of that they never answer the phone when you call I called on a business day over 50 times before they answerwd the phone.

Staff had little knowledge of other styles/dresses/etc available, for both bride and mother-of-the-bride. Designs were all very similar and traditional.
