While I could not get them to pick up the phone during the week, the auto center was superb in handling my installation of tires that I ordered - I decided to just show up, and try my luck. They had me out of there in about an hour, which was awesome! I was on Steel belts in the rear because I beat up my Hubs on the mountain. Thanks for all your help and thanks for being open on Sundays!

The final straw for this walmart was my last visit. I had just got off a 96 hour shift and stopped at this walmart because it was the half way point Mileage wise home. Immediately as I entered I was being harassed by transients under the influence of methamphetamine. What makes me boil inside is that I notified the manager and her staff and the only thing she said was hey, its walmart, and walked away. I cant believe they treat paying customers that way. On my way out I had to use the restroom and when I walked in there were two people in the same stall with a freshly stolen torch on and burning away. So sad that the management totally disregarded what I reported.

Most Walmarts are accommodating at their grocery PICK-UP. I usually order my items, pick up my items in the city I’ve traveled to and the associates bring the grocery to my vehicle. Because my vehicle is too large to park in the parking spaces provided, I usually park and will then walk to the designated parking number to wait for the grocery to come out. At that point, the Walmart associates kindly as for my name to verify that I am the correct person picking up the order. Well, the associate at this Walmart also wanted me to provide the order number. I was already irritated. So this associate 1. refused to walk a few spaces down to bring the grocery to my vehicle and 2. She wanted not only my name but also the order number. Geez.

Just a small sample of what to expect at this store (see pics). Everyday, every week, every month.... I drive here once a week and today is the last time. I will hit 3 or 4 stores to get what i need rather than go there to be disappointed as i cant even access many aisles due to stacks n stacks of junk. Literally hardware or bagels on towels on window ac units.. First time i needed bathroom and never again. Worst walmart i have seen (and ive been to walmarts from California to Puerto Rico and everywhere in between). THE WORST. oh and dont hold your breath if u happen to need assistance.. Waited 27 minutes in sporting goods with repeated calls for assistance.

Low inventory, not very clean. In fact I dont think Ive ever seen anybody cleaning there except a spill that was on the floor! Its like ransacked it reminds me of Dollar general after a penny sale! lol And I hate how things are not priced. Oh and stay the heck away from the oil change and mechanic area because let me tell you you will have the worst time of your entire life and it will take you almost your entire life just to get the oil changed done its horrendous back there

Store floor is categorized pretty well, from my experience shopping Walmarts. I can go just one direction and knock out what i need accordingly, without having to backtrack, really. But the electronics department seemed quite small, not that itd mattered, honestly.

Nice store. Front line workers were helpful. Masks required. Staff was cleaning between customers.

Short staffed like everywhere apparently. Ya know if big time corporations would pay a liveable wage as Walmart used to do then maybe not so many help wanted signs would be up! I mean really who wants to get paid less then they can make sitting at home? And now with only one cashier and one tender for the 12 self pays that had a hugh line I personally went elsewhere. Corporations are just squeezing too many Pennys at the cost of the normal American dream.

Most of the employees Im not impressed with although a couple of them you can tell, actually like their jobsand dont take out their miserable existence on the customers.Keep up the good work Austin. Wally world always got your back. Hate it or love it, all politics aside, Walmart offers the best price on thousands of items and yes they do have thousands of items. Even if all you got is a quarter, youll find your item to buy. In this online area Walmart and Target are the last giants holding their grounds. Well they cant always count on my business!

Nice location but a lot of homeless panhandling. Watched people right at front doors, while my wife shopped. Not a lot of good things going on around me. Unarmed Security guard there but not sure how helpful he would be. Watch your back, lock your cars and do not give cash out! If they got rid of the riffraff going ons, this would be a good safe location. Best of luck!

Me and my elderly grandmother went to Walmart and not only did they have only TWO elder carts but the one we were using died in line and they wouldn’t do anything except make my grandma walk to her car with no help from them, things like this happens all the time at this Walmart!!

I would personally rather not shop at Walmart due to their store policies, and politics. It took me half an hour, literally to get inside the store as a disabled person I find this to be excruciating, and abusive. I will no longer shop at Walmart nor support their poor work practices where it involves their employees.

This Walmart is a mess,its like the night workers dont do their jobs...if your in a wheelchair avoid this place as there are always pallets in ever isle...its a lawsuit. Waiting to happen

If you are out of masks for covid. Dont go to walmart. As i entered the store to buy masks and shop, I was stopped and advised to wear a mask. I agree with the current condition and advised door woman I was there to buy some and shop. I was shamed for not coming prepared in front of a line of customers. I requested if i could buy some so i could shop and was instructed to go to a gas station to get one and come back. I left but did not come back. As i left multiple customers told me they thought the employee was rude. I advised them, she was just doing her job.

Everything is locked up even socks and phone chargers and craft supplies. Which would be fine if you can find an associate to unlock them. If you have problems with works being stolen maybe look into donating them.

Really one of the worst Walmarts i have been to. The amount of re-stock pallets in the rows blocking everything blocks half the aisles in the store, staff just tells you to order online if what you want is blocked. Also, boxes are stacked so high in the aisles i have seen them topple over, thank goodness not on a person, because that would have been a death sentence.

There is a lady that follows customers around very agressivly! I think she is loss prevention. She needs to take a vacation before someone gets hut by her and files a lawsuit

Just particular Walmart in Ukiah which was the first time I had been in was very large not only was I able to find everything I was looking for I also got some exercise and other people that were in there shopping were really friendly and helpful

Place was busy and they are short on staff. I had to wait awhile for someone to help me. Thank goodness there is self check out. They didnt have enough cashiers and people were waiting.

The website said that curbside was an option but the order I placed required in store pick up. I’m high risk and have gotten everything curbside to avoid going in store and risking my health. Luckily the guy that from that department was incredibly nice and helpful to bring it out to my car for me. I wish the store was more accurate.

Everything is locked up. Takes an hour to buy socks. Some workers tried to be nice amidst being called to open the toilet paper case.

Tried for a week to get tire department and store to answer the phone so I could make an appt for new tires. I am 50 miles away so didnt want to drive to the store just to make an appt for another day. Never could get through.

Stopped by for some groceries & other necessities which we needed for a trip up north. Convient location near the freeway. They had everything we needed including a new cooler. Fast & good service from our cashier (needed to do a online Walmart price match which she did right then and there). Much appreciated!

Usually pretty busy. Always lots of boxes and not enough products on shelf. Most of the time clean.

I love WalMart and everything they have to offer but sometimes its not even worth the long lines and wait time, its usually pretty packed with people Everytime Ive gone and I can never get anyone to answer a phone or when paging for assistance in the store its rare that you ever find someone willing and not busy.. hopefully this gets better as things start to normalize again

If you like rural America this is your place, its dusty and unorganized...needs to be demolished and redevelopment....the people there deserve better

What a great hardware store located on Haight Street! They have gardening supply, a paint department for your projects, and plenty of kitchen housewares items too. Everyone that works there is friendly and happy to help get what you need. If youre in town go see Roberts!

Product boxes are stacked in the aisles, making it difficult to maneuver the cart. At times, two people can not pass each other. Very few employees, shelving product, care if they are in your way. Some are absolutely rude. Asked a young male checker if he was open, he moaned, I guess.The store normally has one checkout stand open an hour before and up to closing. There were three open the other night! YEA!!!!

The service is just horrible. Alright, this happened the other day, my dad and I went in for an oil change for my car and these two associates giving us an attitude saying that they are short staffed and do not have any technicians to refill our oil.

Bad management.Stuff scattered all over the shelves and floor. Shelves was not stocked. Inventory in all the aisles you couldnt move around.
